Introduction to Self Defence Workshop Come and join us at St. Mary's Church Hall for an exciting and accessible workshop where you'll learn the basics of self defence. This event will cover useful ideas and techniques to help you feel more confident . This course is suitable for all so whether you're a complete beginner or looking to brush up on your skills, this workshop is perfect for anyone interested in learning how to protect themselves. Don't miss out on this opportunity to empower yourself and have fun while doing it! This is a 'pay what you can' workshop which means that you can pick how much to donate when you book your spot. The suggested price is £6 but if you can afford to pay more, please do! If £6 is out of budget for you now, don't let that be a barrier to you coming along, you can pay less or pay nothing at all. We believe that opportunities to build confidence in yourself is more important than how much you can put in the pot so why not repay us in another way and share the event, like our page and tell your friends instead!
