Craving a space where you can just be yourself and talk about the stuff that actually matters with other young Muslims in Durham? Welcome to Faith & Friends. We're creating a "third space" - somewhere between the mosque and the rest of the world - for young Muslims (ages 20-34)in the Durham Region to connect, converse, and build genuine community. Our Vibe: Real Talk, Mutual Respect This is a mixed social event, open to both men and women, and co-hosted to ensure a balanced and comfortable environment. Our goal is to foster a non-judgmental space built on curiosity and respect. This isn't a formal lecture or a matchmaking event - it's an opportunity to share diverse perspectives and make real friends. Come as you are. The Format: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Facilitated Group Conversation on a new topic each week. 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Open Social Time. Grab a coffee, continue the conversation, meet new people & make friends!
