La vida en serio (Adriana Hidalgo) recopila el material publicado por Juana Bignozzi de1998 en adelante. Su albacea, Mercedes Halfon, conversará con la escritora Flor Braier y con el librero Carlos Acevedo sobre Bignozzi, poeta argentina que residió 30 años en Barcelona *** Juana Bignozzi nació en el seno de una familia anarquista que se preocupó por su acceso a la cultura. A fines de los años cincuenta militó en el Partido Comunista argentino y se vinculó con el grupo de poesía El Pan Duro. Después de diversos trabajos administrativos y tras casarse con Hugo Mariani, se mudó a Barcelona, donde residiría treinta años y se desempeñaría como traductora. Regresó a su ciudad natal en 2004, en la que vivió hasta su muerte. Su poesía se afirmó progresivamente en un tratamiento del yo poético de una indiscutible originalidad, que trasciende los motivos recurrentes de la generación del sesenta, de la que formó parte, y la convierte en un referente ineludible en la poesía argentina. Recibió el Segundo Premio Municipal de Poesía en el año 2000 y el Diploma al Mérito de la Fundación Konex para el quinquenio 1999-2003. En 2013 recibió la Rosa de Cobre que otorga la Biblioteca Nacional. La vida en serio incluye materiales de diferentes períodos hasta ahora no editados en libros. Se suman los paratextos originales que acompañaron la salida de estos libros. *** Mercedes Halfon (Buenos Aires, 1980) es escritora, periodista cultural y curadora escénica. Su firma es habitual en el suplemento Radar de Página/12, en donde escribe de teatro, y en algunas de las revistas culturales más destacadas de su país. Además, es curadora del ciclo teatral Invocaciones, en el Centro Cultural San Martín y ha llevado a cabo actuaciones en centros como el MALBA, Fundación Proa o ARTEBA. En 2019 dirigió, junto a Laura Citarella, el documental Las poetas visitan a Juana Bignozzi, premio a la mejor dirección en el Festival Internacional de Mar de Plata. Tras publicar cinco libros de poesía, presentó su primer libro en prosa, El trabajo de los ojos (Las Afueras, 2019). También es autora de Diario pinchado y Vida de Horacio, ambos también publicados por Las Afueras. Flor Braier (Buenos Aires, 1979) es escritora, traductora, compositora y cantante. Como poeta, publicó Bambalinas (2008) y Los nombres propios (2018). A raíz de cursar el máster de Creación Literaria de la Universidad Pompeu Fabra, Braier imparte laboratorios de creación poética en el Goethe Institut. Ha coordinado también talleres de escritura creativa en el módulo de mujeres del Centro Penitenciario Can Brians. También trabajó como traductora simultánea (portugués-catalán) y redactora en lengua catalana para diversas campañas de cooperación con Angola en la ONG Oxfam Intermón en Barcelona. También ha trabajado como correctora de estilo de novelas como Memorias de una Beatnik, también en editorial Las Afueras. Carlos Acevedo hace diez años que ejerce de librero en Barcelona, donde también ha sido docente, ha participado en diferentes proyectos y ha intentado dejar de fumar. Cthulhu Books, el sello editorial del Institute for Postnatural Studies, fomenta las relaciones entre diferentes campos del conocimiento, desdibujando las fronteras entre la investigación artística y académica, la teoría y la práctica, la ciencia y el arte, la cultura y la naturaleza. *** Cthulhu Books quiere hacer visibles nuevos modos de coexistencia, imaginando otros mundos posibles que puedan ofrecer nuevos marcos y sensibilidades sobre la crisis ecológica contemporánea. Este evento en Llibreria Finestres explorará cómo el Institute for Postnatural Studies y Cthulhu Books se retroalimentan mutuamente, y ahondará sobre la importancia e impacto del vínculo de la plataforma editorial con el centro de experimentación artística. Karol Muñozcano, cofundador y director general de IPS, y Catalina Imizcoz, directora de Cthulhu Books, hablarán sobre cómo ambos proyectos exploran y problematizan la postnaturaleza como un marco para la creación contemporánea, desde diferentes puntos de partida y con resultados singulares. También presentarán su último libro, Compost Reader 2, publicado en noviembre de 2024. *** KarolMuñozcano es un agente cultural que trabaja en investigación, modelos educativos alternativos y estrategias culturales. Con raíces mexicanas y polacas, actualmente reside en Madrid, donde cofundó el Institute for Postnatural Studies (IPS) en 2020 con el objetivo de repensar la gestión cultural fusionando arte, ecología y prácticas comunitarias. Los proyectos de IPS han sido comisionados por instituciones como MACBA, Museo Jumex, la Bienal de Arquitectura de Venecia, CA2M, Galería Municipal do Porto o ARCO, entre otros. También fundó el Centro de Acercamiento a lo Rural en Madrid en 2018 para Inland-Campo Adentro y coordinó diversos proyectos en México durante su paso por el Centro Nacional de las Artes en Ciudad de México (2013-2016). Catalina Imizcoz es investigadora y editora. Es profesora asociada en el programa Exhibition Studies MRes en Central Saint Martins, Londres. Su doctorado (2020-24, AHRC) sostiene que la dicotomía sujeto-objeto no fue inventada en un espacio de exposición, pero que el espacio expositivo ha sido un vehículo a través del cual asentar dicha dicotomía en la cultura social. Su trabajo ha sido publicado por Parse, Third Text, OnCurating, entre otros. En Phaidon Press (2015-19) editó la primera monografía de Adrián Villar Rojas, así como encuestas sobre arte queer, arte coreano, mujeres artistas y muchos otros.
