is a multi-dimensional creatrix focused on self-empowerment, embodied wellness and hosting heart activating events. Lizi's super power is enabling people to feel comfortable to express themselves, and she brings sacred sound with the Gong, whilst also guiding powerful breathing practices. She loves bringing people together in community and into safe spaces for their full expression.
Carli Thorpe
is an intuitive Trauma-informed Somatic Coach, Energy Alignment Mentor & Pilates instructor. As your mind, body & soul wellness expert, she is here to empower you to take back control of your well-being by sharing with you the tools, techniques and knowledge that facilitate well-being self-mastery. Carli brings a calming, nurturing presence with a natural ability for holding space and guiding others on their self-healing journey.
