Paris is small, so it is completely feasible to visit two parks in one day. It is more difficult to run around, so remember to wear comfortable shoes. The castle is indeed small, but the park is not as bad as rumored. The staff are very enthusiastic and alcoholic beverages are provided in the park.

it was disappointed because all city was under renovation due to the Olympics. However, close to Palais Garbier there were the Gallery Lafayette and it was an amazing stop.
