This will be our 3rd in house sparring event. We invite a bunch of clubs from around the Okanagan to come out to compete at our club.  These are very exciting and high action sparring matches.  We allow 75% Power shots - So high intensity, but in a controlled environment.
Events like these are really great for folks wanting to make there way into the ring for full on fights.  The events we host are stepping stones for Martial Artists to make their way into the ring.

On the way to Banff, I will stay for lunch in Kelona for a while. Lake O&#39;Kennagan is the main attraction of the city. The lake is a place for citizens to relax and vacation. The white sail sculptures stand by the lake, and some people play in the cold lake water.
