"Traveling with a friend, we found this hotel very convenient as it's just a short walk from Dobutsuen-mae Station, and Tsutenkaku Tower is right next door. The staff were friendly and helpful, guiding us through the check-in process step-by-step. You can pick up any essential toiletries you need near the front desk, while other items like shower gel are provided in the room. There were also plenty of towels and bath towels. The soundproofing was excellent; we barely heard any noise from other guests, and the room was spacious enough to open our 24-inch suitcase. Just be careful in the bathtub as it was a bit slippery."

Guest UserThis was the most satisfying room during our trip to Japan. The wet and dry areas were separate, and the hygiene was impeccable. The bathtub was also very comfortable. My child loved the room's decor and facilities. We could see most of Universal Studios Japan from the room. The TV had Phoenix Satellite Television, but I couldn't find any Universal movies. The staff were incredibly friendly. We received a princess-themed toiletries set upon check-in. We stayed for two nights, and the cleaning on the second day was just as thorough as on the first day, which was a huge plus. The hotel restaurants were all delicious. My child didn't want to leave. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we have the chance.

While the location of the ac was really inconvenient and the room did smell a bit like urine, we were prepared for these circumstances thanks to earlier reviews and didnt mind as much. Given the very good location and price, the hotel was more than sufficient for our stay.
