This was our second stay at Sunway Lost World Hotel, and it was a much better experience than our first. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a Classic Triple room, and having the night park passes included for both nights was a huge plus. However, there were a few areas that could be improved: Amenities: The room was clean and the linens were fresh. Unfortunately, we had no hot water in our room for both nights. Despite being told it just ”takes time” to warm up, it never did. Taking a cold shower at 11:00 PM after the night park was a major downside. Dining & Location: The hotel isn't very close to outside eateries. Room service ends around 10:00 PM, so if you return from the night park late, options are very limited. Since we visited during the Raya break, most nearby Muslim-owned shops were closed, requiring a drive to find food. Breakfast: Day one was enjoyable, but day two was a bit chaotic due to the surge of guests. Food wasn't refilled quickly enough and finding a table was a challenge and a lot of food were not refilled as it finished. Overall, a good stay for the park access, but the water temperature and breakfast logistics during peak periods need attention.

The exterior is pretty grand for first impression. Security Guard is super friendly and helpful. Do keep this up. We arrived after 10pm and we have to checked in with the help of a security guard as the receptionist closes at 10pm, but all good. Location wise, a drive/ grab is necessary for all foodies. The infinity pool was amazing, overlooking the polo ground. Suppose to have a cafe and kopitiam at the top floor, but since this condo project is still new, it is still not operating yet. Maybe my next visit. Interior of the room is spacious, there's NETFLIX, YOUTUBE and etc. Fridge, microwave and kitchen utilities, Hair dryer, iron. Floor not so clean though - rather dusty. we booked a unit with 2 rooms (1 room with 2 twin bed and 1 room with Q bed). No private bathroom in the bedroom though, only one bathroom. The Bathroom drain hole was clogged during our stay. Therefore, the draining was a bit slow, and it causes mini flood inside the bathroom. Things to improve (in my opinion, that is): 1. to add an extra latch at the entrance door for extra safety, I will not have a peaceful sleep if I am staying alone though. 2. Only have one bedside table. would be nice to have another bedside table so I don't have to place my things on the floor. 3. Dressing table inside the main room not to be placed facing the bed for feng shui purpose (just saying) Overall, I had a nice stay here and the bed is so comfortable. I had a good rest though.

Had a pleasant stay at Weil Hotel Ipoh with my family. The location was excellent and very convenient, especially for getting around and finding food nearby. The service was good overall, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room and hotel were generally clean, although there is still a little room for improvement in cleanliness. The amenities were good and made the stay comfortable. Overall, it was a nice experience and I would consider staying here again.

Facilities: The best hotel of this trip. The overall service experience was excellent, convenient, and efficient, with no deposit required. It's also within walking distance of key attractions like Concubine Lane, and there's a shopping mall right across the street.

I had a wonderful stay at Stallionz by Mana-Mana last weekend and came away genuinely impressed. The room was clean, well-maintained, and nicely put together with modern touches. The bed was especially comfortable, which made a big difference after a long day out. I also appreciated the small details—everything felt intentional and guest-focused rather than generic. Service was another highlight. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any questions I had were handled quickly and professionally. The location worked well too, offering a nice mix of convenience and a bit of escape from the busier areas. It felt like a good base to relax while still being within easy reach of nearby spots. Overall, Stallionz by Mana-Mana delivered a really pleasant experience. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable, stylish place with warm hospitality. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

I had a wonderful and peaceful stay at Tambun Retreat Ipoh. The place is very quiet, relaxing, and surrounded by beautiful nature, which makes it perfect for a short getaway away from the busy city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared when we arrived. I really enjoyed the calm atmosphere and the greenery around the property. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a lovely and relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend Tambun Retreat to everyone.

The hotel has a beautiful view, convenient location, and a clean, fresh lobby. The shower pressure is strong, the room is spacious, and the service is excellent. Most importantly, it's dust-free, gets plenty of sunlight, and the mattress is soft.

Its a newly refurbished hotel. Within city center. Walking distance to all shops and eateries. Can even walk to taiping lake gardens. Room is very spacious. Big bathroom, water pressure nice. Rooftop swumming pool. Only setback is a bit noisy during nite time as hotel is next the main road. Did not try the food.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. Since it is a new building, some floors are still under renovation. This was my first experience having a blackout while showering at night. I tried to contact the agency, but there were no staff available, so the only solution offered was a room change. We had to spend extra time moving all our belongings to another floor. One suggestion is to consider waiving the deposit requirement, or for the agent to contact guests one day before check-in to reconfirm the booking and deposit payment. I had already submitted my deposit before check-in, but the agency may have missed my message. I only received the entry QR code after being stopped and questioned by the security guard, which made the experience stressful.

I booked a single bed on March 26th but got a twin room instead 😩. I wasn't happy about it because the Indian girl at the front desk said the hotel was fully booked and I couldn't switch! But I checked online, and there were plenty of rooms available! From March 30th to 31st, I stayed two nights. A Chinese girl named CC helped me out by arranging a king-sized bed and even gave me a high-floor room. I'm so grateful to her!
