5-Star Hotels in Misiones, Argentina

Our stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the staff claimed we hadn’t paid for our stay, despite presenting both the Trip.com invoice and credit card statement. Thankfully, Trip.com’s customer service responded quickly to resolve the issue, but we were still hassled until the morning. The rooms lacked basic amenities and were uncomfortably humid with mold. There was no complimentary water provided, which was inconvenient. The food at the hotel was overpriced and did not meet expectations in terms of quality. Overall, this experience fell short of what we expected.

The hotel is right next to the 'One Glance, Three Countries' spot, which is a bit far from the Grand Waterfall. The Grand Waterfall is very close to the airport, so if you're short on time, going back and forth would be very inconvenient. The hotel offers food at any time, which is incredibly convenient!

Located in a dense forest, the environment is beautiful and elegant. The reason for the high humidity may be that the hotel is an all-wooden structure with a sense of age and the facilities are a bit older.

The hotel is not far from the Great Falls and the airport. There are always cars in the doorway. The hotel is very big. There are swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, and an oversized football field. The facilities are great, except for the bed in the room. All can be.

I had a massage at the spa and after doing it, I felt very comfortable and strong! There are very exciting cultural and artistic performances every night! But the restaurant has individual employees whose work performance can be improved, for example, I booked a table for dinner, but when my roommate went to the restaurant to pick up the table herself, she said she could not find my reservation! The food for breakfast was varied and high quality, but the cut fruit had a couple of fruit flies flying around, which made my appetite decrease!
