No tenemos mas que palabras de agradecimiento, el trato, el respeto, la educación y amabilidad de todo el personal es pocas veces visto. Las vistas son increíbles, la pileta, los resto y bares tienen muchas opciones de comida. Entrada directa a las Cataratas a menos de 100 mts. Sector lével la atención de Esteban, Agostina, David, Abigail y Luis realmente excelente. Excelente experiencia!!!! Comodidad y servicio 10 puntos. Vamos a volver y recomendar el lugar. Unforgettable experience! The little extra for the Red Level service exceeded all expectations! Abigail, Agostina, Luis and Esteban were so caring and attentive during our stay, and really made our Anniversary stay very special. The communication and availability from the staff was amazing, recommendations were spot on, and just genuinely good people to be around during our stay. Loved it and hope to come back again!

Natalia y Rocio excepcionales en la recepción. El hotel es espectacular con unas vistas maravillosas y todos sus empleados muy amables. La piscina muy agradable. En caso de lluvia el hotel cuenta con sombrilla para hacer el recorrido en el parque. El hotel tiene todo!!

What a wonderful stay. The falls are amazing and the hotel comes a close second. We didn’t have a room facing the falls but apparently it was the same but without the view. As we spent the days looking at the falls we didn’t need the view from our room. We were very comfortable in our room, it’s not huge but big enough with comfortable beds. We loved the pool area which was stunning. We loved the roof top bar especially when the Dj was playing, nice touch. The food was good although a lot more expensive than other hotels in Argentina that we had been to but given the location not really surprising. It is perfect as a stop over to see the falls. 3 nights was perfect and we loved having the opportunity to explore before the crowds. The staff were all lovely.

El lugar donde el hotel está emplazado es espectacular. Todo el complejo hotelero es una maravilla. Es muy destacable la atención de todo el personal, su buena predisposición y la hospitalidad brindada que arranca con una sonrisa siempre. Excelente el desayuno y la gastronomía que ofrece el restaurant Merkado que es en el que almorzamos y cenamos durante el fin de semana. Si bien sus precios son altos, la calidad de los productos así como las bebidas y apeteizers de bienvenida, valen la pena. Participamos de una cata gratuita de vinos en "De Barricas" la vinería del lugar, muy buena. Visitamos el hotel con mi esposo con motivo de nuestro aniversario y fue una experiencia maravillosa. Queremos destacar la atención brindada por Selva, Conserje del hotel que nos orientó en la actividades, de Camila del área de reservas del hotel y del Sr. Claudio Ortíz de remises Ecología. Todos ellos atentos, cordiales y muy profesionales. Un espectáculo aparte, la visita por las tardes de los monos, si bien está prohibido acerc**** a ellos o darles de comer y los vimos a través del vidrio del balcón, son muy divertidos. Un lugar lleno de vida y naturaleza!!! Gracias!!!

I stayed for just over a day and I have to say it was a really pleasant stay. Amazing view of the falls, great dining and the staff was great as well. Especially Carlos from the reception who arranged everything, made my stay that much easier and enjoyable.
