"The place is beautiful, and not in the very center, but it’s a nice 20-minute walk to get there. There’s a transport stop nearby if you don’t want to walk. A bus leaves for the waterfalls almost right outside the hotel. The room is spacious, but the equipment is a bit old. There are not enough chairs on the balcony. In such a wonderful space, I would like more attentive staff and customer focus. They take a very long time to check in, although the rooms are ready. Breakfast does not reach 4 stars, a lot of spoiled fruit, no vegetables. And the omelette is not always ready, the expectation is that it will be prepared on the spot, but this does not work. But the hotel area is very beautiful and green!"

"The overall environment is good, in a jungle, the room is spacious and clean, and the balcony faces the Brazilian side. The service is good and the breakfast is good. The only drawback is that the location is a little off. There are many discounts for Ctrip mobile orders."

"Terrible The worst experience of our long trip. Two nightmare nights. All it took was arriving at reception to realize that the photos were the complete opposite of reality. When we got to our room, after 10 minutes, a cockroach the size of a finger entered through the gap between the door and the floor. Tired after a long day of traveling, we crawled under the covers and found dead insects, hair, and similar debris. A piece of glass on the floor almost hit my foot. The bathroom was dirty, with spiders in the shower and dead ants on the toilet. But that's not all: after all-day trekking, I couldn't take a shower because the hot water wasn't working. I notified reception and they said they'd come and fix it the next day, but luckily I left early... without a shower! I almost forgot... the outlet next to the bed is loose from the wall and doesn't work. At least breakfast wasn't as bad as everything else."

"I decided after seeing the reviews and location, but it wasn't that great. The facilities were not that great, unlike the first photo and review. The second morning breakfast was just bread, jam, and drinks. The bread was handed out as if it was distributed. It was a bit poor to call it breakfast. The electricity went out every morning during the third 3 night stay. The electricity went out while I was showering, so there was no hot water.. I couldn't use the hair dryer or other electricity. I asked the staff, but they said they didn't know and didn't apologize. There were a lot of ants in the room. Overall, the facilities were not that great for a hotel."

"Very good location next to bus terminal for bus from airport to puerto iguasu and also from puerto iguasu to iguasu national park. Good breakfast spread with bread, ham, juices and fruits. One of the best I have seen so far. Rooms not very clean and the hotel seems dilapidated. There is a water dispenser but can only get a small cup each time."
