Guest UserThe Crown Tower Perth Front Desk charged me additional breakfast cost for 1 adult and 1 child which i already paid in Trip.com. During check-in, I mentioned to the hotel front desk that i booked breakfast for 4 pax. Subsequently I have to contact Trip.com and hotel to ask for refund. However the hotel still charged me credit card service charges due to their mistake. Their front desk’s service is really bad experience to me.

Housekeeping was poor and sloppy. Cutlery left unwashed, bed not made and on one day left the room door ajar after so anyone could have entered my room. Room curtain controls down up buttons don't work, shower handles were broken in the two rooms we had, aircon couldn't be controlled so both rooms were freezing. Will not recommend. The Holiday Inn Express down the road is half the price and everything works there.

Guest UserAlthough the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are very well-maintained, some even looking brand new. I read online that parking was $65, but that's actually just for the area in front of the hotel lobby. I asked a bellboy and found out there's a free parking lot not far behind the hotel, which was great! They also have a heated pool, but I was too tired to try it on my first day. The bed was incredibly comfortable! 😊

Petrina simWe stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star.
When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store.
Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day.
The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark.
The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :(
On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased.
The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive.
Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu.
The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips.
Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!

木木三The hotel reception is 24-hours, perfect for late check-ins. The only downside is that parking isn't free, costing 30 AUD per day. The room is comfortable and spacious enough for four large suitcases. This was a family stay, and while all the facilities were comfortable and complete, it's a shame that self-parking isn't included and costs 30 AUD per day.

Anonymous UserExtremely clean room with a beautiful view of the City. need to walk around 10 mins to take the free CAT red bus that goes to perth station. There is also a convenience store that opens till 9 or 10 pm opposite the hotel.

Maz PFrom the moment we handed our car over to the valet, we felt welcomed. The reception staff greeted us warmly and made check-in smooth and effortless. Our room was spotless, modern, and beautifully presented—it was clear that cleanliness and attention to detail are a priority. The facilities were excellent, and everything throughout the hotel was well maintained and of a very high standard.
Breakfast the next morning was another highlight. We were warmly greeted, shown around the buffet, and escorted to our table. The buffet offered a great selection of quality food, and the exceptional service made us feel genuinely valued as guests.
When it was time to leave, the concierge promptly brought our car around with the same friendly and professional attitude we experienced throughout our stay.
Overall, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the service exceeded our expectations. The facilities were fantastic, the rooms were beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Pan Pacific Perth to anyone looking for a first-class hotel experience.

Guest UserI very much appreciate Andrea, the hotel manager’s help to upgrade my room so that I could enjoy my 5-day stay in Coma. Andrea’s sincere and considerate attitude towards guests is very impressive. Thanks again. The location of the hotel is almost perfect, the upgraded room is very spacious: simple but cozy. However, the carpets of the corridors, the sofa of the lobby, the facilities of the hotel and the training of the staff have much room for improvement.

WYMCHENGBeautiful hotel, right at Elizabeth Quay. Large room, love the toilet. Generous amenities, comfortable bathrobe and slippers. Warmly welcomed by Have at the reception after a red eye flight, I was kindly offered an early check in to rest. Excellent location, you are right at the city centre. Nothing to complain about!
