”百年钢琴”was very friendly and helpful to help us with the check in and luggage’s. We stayed here for two nights and love the breakfast here with more than 100 varieties “江景展厅” always make sure we have our hot desserts, fruits and coffee. We feel like home here. A wet and dry Laundry room is helpful when we travel, and distilled water is always available in gym, laundry room and hotel Room. Cute little robot is always doing Ultra violet light cleaning airborne virus, and nice live singing at the hotel lounge. This is definitely my choice of hotel that why we chose to come back again after we went to snow village for a two day one night trip

The service attitude of this hotel is very good. The facilities are very complete. There is also a free gym. The location is excellent. There is a subway station downstairs. The lady at the front desk is very friendly. The dishes in the Chinese restaurant buffet are also very good. The waiter’s service attitude is very good. He provided us with very high-quality service. Many of the previous reviews confirmed. We arrived late at night but were able to check in easily. The location was spectacular near many coffee shops and Russian restaurants. We even stumbled upon a nearby karaoke bar on the pedestrian street! It is near enough to walk to the Sophia Cathedral (which is seemingly closed). Ice and Snow World is far enough to need a car but close enough that it’s a quick ride. After hours of touring in the cold, the heated floors were much appreciated. The bathtub was also very nice.

Facilities: quite smart, quite complete, quite advanced Hygiene: Very clean, 6-star treatment, the leader should not forget to promote Xu Xin, there are not many talents Environment: quite wow, quite good, the river view is particularly beautiful, spectacular and unobstructed Service: Very satisfied. I give a special thumbs up to the Jilin beauty Xu Xin who served at the front desk. It is really a five-star service. It is not as good as this service when I go to Atlantis Sanya. You really can't fault it.

the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)

One of the best hotels, service is top notch, definitely 5 star or more, clean, spacious, complete amenities. We love the breakfast, afternoon tea and supper. View from room is beautiful, big bathtub, and ample space for luggage. We took the shuttle service to Zhong Yang Da Jie and back. Worth the price we paid. Special mentioning of service staff at executive lounge孙婷雨 and front desk Ms 刘，who are professional and always responded to our requests.

Overall, the service at Harbin Shangri-La is good. The only thing to criticize here is the front desk staff wearing black uniforms who checked in at noon on the 17th! I had made a reservation for a quiet room, but when I went upstairs, I discovered it was a connecting room! Why give a non-standard room with worse soundproofing than a normal room without prior consent from the guest? For this reason, I spent 30 minutes to change rooms! (I would like to commend the female staff member who helped me move up and downstairs twice and ran in with a birthday cake to rearrange my room.) After a long journey, I wanted to go to a hotel to rest, but I still had to worry about such a simple thing! Compared with the enthusiastic service attitude of employees in other departments, the service at this front desk is very stiff. It is recommended to focus on retraining! I would also like to commend the concierge who was responsible for loading and unloading luggage and the female staff in the executive lounge who were responsible for reception on the morning of the 18th, the aunt who was responsible for cleaning on the 17th on the luxury loft floor, and the boys who were responsible for the omelette area in the breakfast room on the first floor. The staff (he cooks porridge and omelette by himself, and is responsible for a large area) are very dedicated, enthusiastic and courteous! Special praise for the birthday cake given by the western restaurant. The packaging and materials are very good, especially the cream part. I came here because of the gimmick of Centenary Hotel, and I came with a feeling that may be good or bad about the whole hotel. Before arriving, I was prepared for a family of three to squeeze into two 1.2 small beds. But the arranged room has a 1.8 or 2-meter large bed, plus a small bed, which is equivalent to changing from a twin room to a parent-child room. And it’s on such a popular day in the third grade of junior high school. However, I did not find this type of apartment on Ctrip. It may be a hidden apartment to surprise guests. Then the hotel has welcome fruits, the hygiene is very clean, the parent-child room has been changed, the toilet is large, and the dry and wet separation is very good. The entrance of the hotel is inconspicuous, but as soon as you open the door and walk in, it is magnificent, resplendent and unique. The service is also very good. For breakfast, each person has a steak and an omelette. It is a Russian meal. As expected of a fighting nation, they eat a good breakfast. When I finally left, I was given a beautiful souvenir. The room was not bad, no smell, very clean. The bed was very comfortable, there were two pillows per person, one soft and one hard, suitable for different people. When taking a bath, the Yuba water is really powerful, the water flow is really big, give me a thumbs up! Next time I come to Mudanjiang, I will stay at the Holiday Inn.

The best hotel in Heihe has an excellent location, backed by Heilongjiang and across the river from Russia. It is far away from the hustle and bustle. It is located in an open garden building complex. The main building is a hotel and restaurant, and entertainment and conference facilities are in other buildings. The hotel is in European style, with magnificent decoration, quick check-in, and spacious and comfortable rooms. I especially like the color scheme of the furniture, bedding, background walls, and carpets. The brown, white, and accent red pillows are elegant and atmospheric. Especially the night view of the river view king bed room is great: as a Northeastern person, sleeping with the Heilongjiang River on my pillow is a rare experience that makes me reluctant to sleep. The hotel service is also very considerate. They gave us moon cakes and milk during the Mid-Autumn Festival, which was a light gift but a heavy touch. The beautiful and handsome guys at the front desk have a very good service attitude. They take the trouble to help check in and call a taxi. The breakfast was also very delicious. We arrived late and it was almost time to finish the meal. The waiter and chef reminded us several times to pick up the meal. The aunt who made the pastry was very kind and even helped make porridge after the meal was collected. You can also try the Chinese restaurant on the second floor.
