NNiutou™The Yabuli Yabuluoni Hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of the ski resort, offering incredibly convenient ski-in/ski-out access directly to the slopes and lifts. The rooms are clean, warm, and offer expansive views; you can enjoy the snow scenery right from your window. The facilities are comprehensive, with ski rental and dining all available in one spot. The service is enthusiastic and responsive, and it offers great value for money. It's truly the top choice for a ski holiday; we had a comfortable and worry-free stay. We'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!

MMiwa627Among the 5-star hotels in Harbin, I chose this one, which is the newest, and I wasn't disappointed upon arrival. The facilities are new and very clean, and the hotel staff are very enthusiastic. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your room. It's quite close to the airport, only a 30-minute ride. The only thing to consider is that the location is a bit out of the way, a little further from the main tourist attractions.

RRachelrianyouyuFirst off, I want to praise the hotel staff's service – it was excellent. From the warm welcome at check-in to helping with luggage in the room, the constant smiling service made us feel incredibly welcome and truly showed the hospitality of Northeasterners. 👍 The breakfast was abundant, mainly featuring a wide variety of Chinese dishes like stir-fries and Lanzhou noodles. Western options were relatively fewer. If you opt out of the hotel breakfast, you could also try some snacks at the nearby Hongzhuan morning market, which is affordable, though inconvenient on rainy days. The location is a major plus. Just a short walk away is the Yangtze River, where many people gather in the evenings, playing with water guns. The expansive river view is very relaxing, and there are also many aunts and uncles dancing and singing. The hotel is about a 2-minute walk to the subway station, making it very convenient to get around. In Harbin, if you're traveling in a group, taking a taxi can be more cost-effective. On the downside, the bathroom drain was clogged on the day we checked in. Although it was eventually handled properly, I hope the hotel pays more attention to this issue and manages it better. The complimentary afternoon tea included fruit, milk tea, and some small pastries. It's suitable for an afternoon break, but the quality was just average. The room was clean. The toilet was automatic flushing and came with wet wipes. Complimentary toiletries and disposable compressed face towels were also provided, which was very convenient. The hotel's activity area isn't very large, but overall, if you're looking for convenient transportation, it's a good choice.

JJingluoshengshengI chose the Huater Hotel for my trip to Harbin. This hotel has quite obvious pros and cons, so I'll give an objective review for everyone's rational consideration. 1. **Location** It's very close to the northern section of Central Street, which is the hotel's biggest advantage. This location is truly convenient. At night, you can leisurely stroll around Central Street without worrying too much about time. When you're tired from walking, it's just a few minutes back to the hotel. 2. **Service** As soon as I entered the hotel, I felt the staff's enthusiasm. The bellhop helped with luggage and provided a map of the surrounding area. However, just like other instances of sudden 'enthusiastic service' I encountered in Harbin, there was always a catch. The bellhop helped take photos and even prepared captions, so guests could just post them directly. So, that's how high ratings are achieved! Does this mean hotel ratings won't be as meaningful in the future? Aside from the initial 'fiery' enthusiasm upon arrival, the service attitude for daily interactions like entering and leaving the hotel or general communication was noticeably much more lukewarm. The difference was quite stark. 3. **Food and Beverage** The hotel's dining is what I want to complain about the most. Having stayed in so many hotels, this was the worst breakfast I've ever had. Besides the boiled eggs tasting normal, there wasn't a single dish that tasted good; in fact, several dishes were extremely unpalatable. The milk and soy milk were both made from powder, and the bread slices didn't look high quality. The boiled wontons had no dried shrimp, no nori, not even salt, and the filling wasn't good. The 'sliced pork with sauce' (溜肉段) and fried shrimp or fish were all batter; there was barely anything inside, and crucially, they weren't even fully fried. It was genuinely awful. This breakfast standard is nowhere near what you'd expect from a five-star hotel; it's even worse than some three-star hotels. I tried to communicate with the hotel to see if I could cancel breakfast for the remaining days and get a refund or some compensation to eat out, but I was politely refused. Well, I guess I'll just have to make do with a bite, pretending it's to save time and control my weight. There was also a complimentary afternoon tea from the hotel. I did check it out in the afternoon, and it honestly didn't whet my appetite. I can't even describe it; you'd understand if you saw it. 4. **Facilities** The room size was advertised as 45 square meters, but it felt more like 30 square meters. Guests aren't ******; I know what a 45-square-meter room looks like. But I didn't bother arguing about it, as the size was still decent and sufficient. The lighting, equipment, water pressure, etc., were acceptable for a four-star hotel, I suppose, but clearly not five-star. The overstatement is quite obvious. The hotel has no swimming pool and no independent, spacious parking lot, all of which completely fall short of five-star hotel standards. Overall, I feel this hotel is a mixed bag. If you can get a cheap price, combined with its excellent location, staying here could be a good choice. However, absolutely do not consider this a five-star hotel, because whether it's the exterior, the lobby, the room decor, the facilities, or the service, none of it meets five-star criteria. Setting high expectations will only lead to disappointment. Also, I strongly advise against having breakfast at the hotel; it's better to save your appetite and go out to try local Harbin snacks.

DDanbo1974The hotel boasts an excellent location, offering a quiet retreat despite being centrally located. It's within walking distance of Central Street, the Hongzhuan Street morning market, Saint Sophia Cathedral, the Songhua River, and the Binzhou Railway Bridge. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is warm and friendly. I also had the unique experience of riding their century-old antique elevator, which operated smoothly.

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a beautiful environment. The rooms are quiet, spacious, and comfortable, with stunning lake views. It also has a lovely back garden, and there's an amusement park and a large indoor ski resort nearby, which is very convenient. The facilities are great, and the service is exceptionally professional and efficient. The staff are warm and highly responsive, and the rooms are clean, roomy, bright, quiet, and comfortable. They really go above and beyond to help with anything you need. What's more, the room rates are affordable, and parking is free. I had a fantastic and very satisfying stay! Definitely a top rating!

GGuest UserAfter staying here, I feel it's worth writing a few words. Before choosing this hotel, I actually hesitated a bit. A five-diamond rating paired with a relatively low price made me a little unsure. After one night, I realized my worries were unfounded. This hotel fully lives up to its five-diamond standard, paying extreme attention to customer privacy and etiquette. It's truly a luxurious yet cost-effective choice. The room was thoughtfully arranged; I was particularly impressed by the vase on the table. My first impression upon entering was cleanliness and brightness. A front desk attendant helped introduce the room and carry my luggage. The central air conditioning and central boiler system operated quietly, maintaining a comfortable room temperature. The shower pressure was stable, without the common hot-and-cold fluctuations found in older hotels. On the nightstand, there was a capsule coffee machine. Waking up in the morning, I'd press a button and leisurely stand by the window while waiting for the coffee – a truly relaxing moment. The bathroom was equipped with a smart bidet toilet, which was a pleasant surprise at this price point. The heated seat was very friendly for those with hemorrhoids, showing great attention to detail. Regarding dining, the room rate included a buffet breakfast and afternoon tea. The breakfast variety wasn't extravagant, but it had everything necessary – a choice of Chinese or Western set meal, fried rice, bread, fruit, salad, and beverages. The quality of vegetables and fruits was guaranteed, as shown in picture one, indicating excellent quality control. It was a satisfying meal. The afternoon tea was complimentary; enjoying a cup of tea with a couple of pastries and cookies during a break was neither perfunctory nor half-hearted. Overall, the price, including these two meals, offered genuine value for money. Service was a major highlight, especially for a five-diamond hotel. The front desk staff left a deep impression. From check-in to asking questions later, their demeanor was consistently gentle and patient. They kindly inquired about your needs; it wasn't a standard, trained smile, but rather a feeling that they were genuinely listening to you. They helped carry luggage all the way to the room and then thoroughly introduced the room's furnishings, explaining everything meticulously. While I don't know the staff member's name, I believe most of the service personnel exhibit such excellent attitudes. Solid hardware, warm service, and reasonable prices. There weren't any over-the-top experiences, but every detail made you feel that the money was well spent. If your budget falls within this range, it offers excellent value for money. This hotel is also not far from the exhibition center, making it worth a try.

GGuest UserA very unique hotel with a wooden decor that feels eco-friendly and high-quality. This was my first time staying in a forest-themed hotel. I hope more people get to experience the charm of Northeast China. It would be great if they could offer more discounts for families with children on breakfast, as kids really don't eat much.

AAnonymous UserThis was my first time staying at a hotel in Harbin, and I must say the facilities and service were top-notch. The bed, as always, was incredibly comfortable – I slept wonderfully. The rooftop bar at night had a great ambiance, offering fantastic views of Harbin's night cityscape and the river. The breakfast was a rich mix of Chinese and Western options, with plenty of variety. From check-in to check-out, all the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, often striking up conversations with me. My holiday experience was excellent! I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

QQiqipengpengThe room was spacious and generally clean. It was very soundproof with good ventilation, and there were no strange odors. The breakfast selection was rich, comparable to Wanda Vista. The hot springs offered a good variety of pools, and the water quality was excellent with no unpleasant smells. On Children's Day, kids under 1.5 meters were free, which was a fantastic bonus! The staff were very enthusiastic, and both check-in and check-out were quick.
