Mong Kok's travel ceiling! Royal Plaza Hotel made my entire Hong Kong trip comfortable and healing.
I stayed at the Royal Plaza Hotel throughout my self-guided trip to Hong Kong, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. I simply must write a detailed review.
The room was cleaned daily by dedicated staff, with impeccable hygiene control. The entire room was spotless, clean, and comfortable. The butler service was highly responsive and efficient; when I needed cutlery, it was delivered to the room instantly, which was very thoughtful. Every evening, I like to relax with a bath. The bathtub was clean and odorless. After a tiring day of travel, a hot bath washed away all the fatigue. Downstairs, there's direct access to Mui Wah Bing Tang, offering authentic Hong Kong-style food readily available and delicious, making dining out extremely convenient.
What surprised me most was the location: the hotel is seamlessly connected to Grand Century Place, and Mong Kok East Station is right outside. Taking the MTR to major popular spots like Ocean Park, Disneyland, Central, Tsim Sha Tsui, and Causeway Bay was a breeze, with no need to worry about transportation. In Hong Kong, where space is at a premium, the rooms are spacious and wide, providing maximum comfort, suitable for both family trips and solo travelers.
Two small, heartwarming suggestions for the hotel's improvement:
Currently, the cutlery and bowls provided are a bit small. It was slightly inconvenient when I occasionally cooked Samyang Buldak noodles at night. If larger instant noodle bowls could be added, it would better cater to the needs of young guests. Also, if a stainless steel caddy could be installed on the bathtub, allowing for a glass of wine, aromatherapy, or a book while bathing, the ambiance and experience would be even better.
Overall, it's impeccable. Hardware, service, and location are all top-notch. I will prioritize choosing this hotel again for my next trip to Hong Kong. I sincerely recommend it to all visitors to Hong Kong!

KinheiwongOur stay at The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong was an incredibly delightful and relaxing getaway.
The most striking feature of the room was undoubtedly the floor-to-ceiling window. The panoramic views of the magnificent seascape and lush green islands were simply breathtaking. Whether it was watching the shimmering ocean in the morning or simply relaxing on the window-side sofa in the afternoon, it was incredibly peaceful. Seeing my family leisurely admiring the sea view by the window, or my child comfortably sprawled on the spacious, soft bed watching cartoons, these moments of tranquility and relaxation are truly the most precious parts of a vacation.
The interior design of the guest room also deeply impressed me. The overall color scheme of warm light wood tones paired with soft Morandi green created a natural yet sophisticated ambiance. The space was bright and spacious with excellent flow. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, offering just the right balance of support and softness, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The in-room amenities were complete and modern, with an oversized wall-mounted TV providing great entertainment for the kids.
In summary, The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel not only boasts unparalleled ocean views but also demonstrates a high standard in room design and comfort. It's perfectly suited for family trips or travelers looking to escape the city's hustle and bustle for some rest and relaxation. This is definitely a high-quality hotel I would love to visit again.

bobo_goA perfect experience! We originally booked a Deluxe Seaview King Room, but the hotel upgraded us to an Executive Seaview Suite and, as per our request, provided a twin-bedded suite.
The lady who checked us in was very gentle, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth. I can't sleep on soft pillows, and the Four Seasons has always remembered this, providing me with a firm pillow and proactively asking if I wanted to switch to a harder mattress – very thoughtful.
The welcome amenities from the hotel were also very generous, including pineapple cake, pineapple buns, and milk tea cookies. My friend and I both agreed they were delicious. The welcome fruit was incredibly fresh, and the grapes had just the right amount of sweetness; even as someone who doesn't like sweets, I ate a lot. The mini-bar in the suite was also complimentary, and my favorites were the chips and coconut juice.
We also visited the Argo bar. Even on a Saturday night, it wasn't overly crowded, and the Hong Kong Punch was impressive.
Our booking included breakfast, and we chose the à la carte restaurant. I loved the waffles and bircher muesli, and my friend highly praised the Japanese set meal she ordered.
All in all, a perfect hotel and a perfect experience.

Guest UserThis is my second stay at Island Shangri-La this year! I'm extremely satisfied with both the service and cleanliness. A special thank you to Nicole Tang for helping me switch to my preferred room type! The first room was a bit off to the side, without a direct sea view, but Ms. Tang thoughtfully called to ask if we were unhappy and did her best to arrange a room change for us. It was a very satisfying stay!

This was our first trip to Hong Kong with the kids, and what we were most satisfied with was the hotel. It was conveniently located, in a bustling area, had beautiful views, and the room was spacious and well-equipped. Our family of four was very comfortable. The front desk staff kindly upgraded us to a higher floor city-view room for free, which the kids loved. We could enjoy the night views of Victoria Harbour and Kowloon right from the hotel. We are extremely satisfied. Hopewell Hotel will definitely be our go-to choice for future Hong Kong trips. Thank you, Hopewell, and thank you, Trip.com! 💝💝💝

Guest UserOverall, I was quite satisfied. The hotel is located on a high floor, but the view is blocked by other buildings. However, it's right next to a large shopping mall and restaurants, so rain doesn't affect your ability to shop and eat. The mall is really big though… I got a bit lost. The room number at the door was designed like a book, which was quite interesting. West Kowloon is also close to some museums… I'd be willing to stay here again next time.

Whenever I'm in Sha Tin, I stay at ALVA HOTEL BY AKOYA. This time, I had a long-term stay, about a month.
**Facilities:** Relatively new, not as old as other hotels in the same price range.
**Environment:** For Hong Kong, the room is quite spacious, and the layout is comfortable.
**Hygiene:** Daily cleaning is prompt and thorough, and amenities are replaced frequently.
**Service:** The hotel management is strict, and overall it's pretty good. The female staff at the front desk are gentle and friendly, but some male staff can be arrogant and overbearing, speaking unpleasantly and giving off an 'if you don't like it, don't stay' vibe, which is off-putting.

TuziThe stay was quite good. The room was a comfortable size, not too big and not too small, with a reasonable layout. The only downside was the very small bathroom and this room type didn't have a bathtub. Coincidentally, the Chelsea football team was also staying at the Kerry, so there were always some enthusiastic fans downstairs, but the hotel managed security well. Breakfast was quite varied.

DarrenCWLThe Royal Garden Hotel Hong Kong (Kowloon East) is super conveniently located near the Tseung Kwan O MTR station and a shopping mall, making transportation and shopping a breeze. The room itself was quite spacious, and the overall cleanliness was well-maintained. It also had all the necessary amenities.
