Exceptional Stay! Beautiful, Spotless Hotel and Unmatched Hospitality Our stay at the Sulv Lianhua Hotel was absolutely perfect, largely thanks to the incredible hospitality we received. A special, heartfelt thank you to Qing Qing, who went above and beyond to make our trip memorable! She greeted us with a wonderful room upgrade to an incredibly beautiful, traditionally styled room that we fell in love with instantly. As someone who is very sensitive to odors, I was incredibly impressed by how clean the room was—there was absolutely no smell at all. Many hotels, especially in historic areas, struggle with a sewage smell, but this hotel was perfectly fresh and spotless. Throughout our stay, Qing Qing was exceptionally responsive to every single question we had. She even helped us arrange a free ride to the station and kindly granted us a late check-out, which made our departure entirely stress-free. Fenghuang itself is magical—the town is so vibrant, and the views at night are absolutely stunning. We cannot thank Qing Qing and the hotel enough. Highly, highly recommend!

The Grand Hyatt Changsha is conveniently located above Hisense Plaza, right by the Xiang River. Downstairs, you'll find Super Wenheyou, and it's an easy walk to Pozi Street and Taiping Old Street, making it a one-stop shop for all your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs – super convenient! I booked a guest room and was immediately blown away by the view upon entering. In the evening, you can watch the sunset paint the river, perfect for photos! The front desk service was excellent, and they even offered a kind farewell and a small gift when I checked out. Looking forward to my next stay!

This hotel was truly excellent, and probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in with regard to the quality of the rooms, and especially the quality of the service provided. The building: reception, interior, balcony, and rooms themselves, are all extremely modern, well maintained, and have lots of technology such as automatic curtains, voice control (in Chinese only), large televisions, big windows, EXCELLENT air conditioning, robot food delivery, in-room alarms, electronic light controls, modern electric toilets, and even more that I won't list here. The hotel also has on-site free laundry service (self-service but the detergent is provided), gym, and a very good breakfast. The location of the hotel is very good, and we found it convenient for everything we wanted to do, including being only a short walk (or Didi) from the city centre, and only 10 minutes walk from the Tianmen Mountain cable car. However, the true stand out of our stay was the service. It was my birthday during the stay, and the hotel decorated the room with balloons, provided a cake, happy birthday lettering in Chinese, and made sure that the surprise was kept from me until my partner arrived to be there with me to receive it. I would like to especially thank Xiao Li for helping to arrange everything during our stay, and all of the staff that were involved in our care. The service was truly outstanding and far beyond what I have received at five star hotels in the past. They were quick to reply to any WeChat message and no request was inconvenient for them. We really felt looked after. We booked the mini-suite and this room was incredible. Extremely spacious, with two toilets, a living room, a bedroom, a hallway, a LARGE amount of storage space and cupboards, two televisions, a bath, a shower, a fridge, and three sinks for washing. This was the best hotel room I have ever stayed in and we were so sad to leave. There was no smell of smoke in the hotel at any point. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay so special.

The hotel room was exceptionally spacious with a classic decor, and the bedding was of very high quality and incredibly comfortable. The butler service exceeded my expectations and truly impressed me. Before check-in, the butler, Grace, proactively contacted me to inquire about my needs. Throughout my stay, whatever I required, the butler responded promptly and resolved my issues, making me feel exceptionally cared for. The hotel offers a wide variety of dining options, with a diverse breakfast selection and a pleasant restaurant ambiance. Highly recommended!

Facilities: The hotel has been open for some years, so the facilities aren't super new, but the room was quite spacious and had pretty much everything you'd need. There's no minibar in the room. The swimming pool is open from 3 PM to just past 9 PM. The hotel is surrounded by schools, so there are plenty of small eateries and restaurants nearby. The soundproofing in the rooms could use some improvement... Cleanliness: Clean. Environment: The hotel is quite close to the highway exit, which is convenient. Service: The bellboy in the lobby was very polite. When we were leaving, he proactively and warmly greeted us, helped with our luggage, and even brought it to the car. I forgot his name, I don't think I saw a name tag on his uniform. The hotel breakfast was all very clean, and the variety was quite rich.

Before checking in, I saw reviews saying the hotel was old and run-down, which made me nervous. I originally booked three nights but changed it to one. Even though it was a non-changeable reservation, the hotel quickly approved my request for a refund. However, after checking in, I found it wasn't as dilapidated or dirty as the reviews claimed. It was very tidy and clean, and not nearly as old as I expected. The river view from the 27th-floor bar is absolutely stunning! When I checked in, the front desk attendant was really enthusiastic and upgraded us to a river-view room. We could relax on the sofa in our room and take in the entire river scenery – super enjoyable! So, we extended our stay for another night, and they even gave us Zongzi (sticky rice dumplings). Five-star rating! I'll definitely be back to stay here again!

The room was spotlessly clean and bright, with soft, comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to fully relax after a busy workday. The bathroom was tidy, with plenty of hot water. The spacious desk and chair area was perfect for working on a business trip, and the natural light and ventilation were great. The hotel's common areas were quiet, elegant, and impeccably clean everywhere. The location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around for appointments. From the attentive service to the comfortable living experience, everything was impeccable, offering incredible value for money. The staff truly go above and beyond for their guests, making business travel hassle-free and comfortable. This will definitely be my first choice for future business trips, and I highly recommend it to all my business travel companions.

Staying at the Four Points by Sheraton Hengyang, I was completely immersed in the top-tier quality of the Marriott brand. A discreet yet luxurious ambiance pervades the entire hotel. The double-height lobby design is incredibly grand, with marble textures complementing elegant geometric chandeliers, creating a sophisticated play of light and shadow. The understated yet lavish decor truly showcases its high-end foundation, and the atmosphere is just incredible. But the highlight was definitely the luxurious experience in the guest room. The modern Nordic-inspired color palette was incredibly stylish, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered expansive, clear views, perfect for admiring the city's stunning nightscape. The room features smart home devices, high-end bathroom fixtures, and exclusive branded toiletries of outstanding quality. Coupled with the custom King Koil mattress and high-thread-count bedding, it offered ultimate softness and comfort, ensuring a truly luxurious sleep. The public areas are also lavish and fully equipped, with a heated swimming pool, a top-of-the-line Life Fitness gym, and a spacious pillarless ballroom, all readily available. The staff were attentive, dignified, and gracefully polite, providing thoughtful and efficient service throughout my stay. From the hardware facilities to the smallest service details, every aspect exudes luxury and quality. This is undoubtedly the premier choice for business travel and quality stays in Hengyang!

What truly stood out during this stay was the thoughtful care from our service manager. Before we even arrived, she sent detailed directions and location info, even marking landmarks because she was worried we might get lost. She patiently answered all our questions during our communication, never once being perfunctory. The hotel facilities are very new, the room was spotless, the bathroom had no odors, and the public areas were clean and bright. For this price, the environment and service offer incredible value for money. When checking out, I happened to catch her on duty. She smiled, said goodbye, and even reminded me to watch my luggage, which instantly gave me a feeling of warmth, like family. I've stayed in many hotels, and such meticulous and considerate service is truly rare. I highly recommend it; I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Traveling with five people, including seniors and children, we stayed at this hotel and were extremely satisfied! From the moment we got off the train, taxi drivers kept trying to recommend other hotels, claiming this one was too far and hard to get to. In reality, there's a small path directly from the hotel into the ancient town, which is incredibly convenient – much more so than those budget hotels or guesthouses. Every staff member we encountered was wonderful. The front desk attendant even gave the kids a small toy that he paid for himself. One evening, when we were all heading to the ancient town, it started raining, and the hotel manager even arranged a car to take us to Wubridge, even though I had only booked a basic room. The hotel's buffet dinner had unlimited fresh crayfish, and the lamb chops were delicious! The small pastries were also excellent! There were only a few tables dining at dinner, but they certainly didn't cut corners. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the train station in a business van, which was perfect for our group of five, otherwise we would have needed two taxis. It's a free service (remember to call ahead to book). The housekeeping auntie was also very kind and always smiling when she brought us things. The young staff clearing plates at the buffet were very diligent, and the tables were always spotless. All in all, for this price, service, and dining standard, this is definitely the number one choice in Fenghuang Ancient Town – unparalleled.
