Received very good service from the hotel’s butler Lily. She helped us book the attraction tickets and explained the routes to us in detail. As we were not used to the local food. She went out of the way to help us arrange for MacDonald food delivery. I booked the executive queen room and got room 1501 on the highest floor. Room was of good size with nice view. Bed is comfortable. Only issue is the water heater needs to be fix. It was ok on my first day but it wasn’t as strong on the 2nd. I have informed the hotel to look into it. Breakfast is good

Second stop of our winter vacation: Changsha! The St. Regis was too out of the way for dining, and the Park Hyatt didn't have a club lounge, which is inconvenient with kids. So we chose the Grand Hyatt, and the environment is beautiful – quite impressive! **Facilities**: The rooms show their age a bit. The hairdryer, which was rumored to be Dyson, turned out to be a Laifen. The Samsung TV, while decent, had some outdated ports, and I consistently had trouble connecting my laptop via HDMI. Everything else was pretty good though. The small dining table and long sofa setup were comfortable for a vacation. **Breakfast**: From a distance, it looked like standard five-star hotel fare, but up close, there were some highlights. The juices were freshly squeezed, and there were many types of smoothies. While the bread selection wasn't huge, the bakery items were excellent, with croissants that had perfectly flaky layers. **Swimming Pool**: A 25-meter pool. Going early in the morning meant it was nearly empty, which was wonderful. The changing rooms were impeccably clean, big plus! **Club Lounge**: Perhaps because it was Chinese New Year, the standards seemed a bit lower. There was a good variety of drinks, but many bottles were empty when we went in the evening. However, with so much great food in Changsha, the lounge was mainly just for making sure the kids had something light to eat so they wouldn't go hungry. **Location & Transport**: Unbeatable! Wenheyou is right next door, and just around the corner is the Heyer But Different branch of Chayan Yuese, so you can drink all the bubble tea you want. Walk a few more steps and you're at Pozi Street, and you can even see Orange Isle from the window! **Value for Money**: It was a bit pricey over Chinese New Year, but if it were a bit cheaper on regular days, it would be an excellent hotel that truly delivers!

I chose the Suli Lianhua Resort Hotel for this trip, and it was truly amazing. The classical Chinese decor is unique and stylish. Opening the window, you're greeted with a beautiful and quiet night view of the Tuojiang River. The location is also great; you can drive right up to the hotel entrance. The hotel butler, Kele, provided very attentive service, always ready to help. There's also a free shuttle service to the Rainbow Bridge scenic area. The hotel breakfast was abundant as well. All in all, I'm very satisfied and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Fenghuang! 👍🏻👍🏻

Five-star praise! This time I stayed at Wyndham, I was completely conquered by Alan's professionalism and enthusiasm! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, they patiently guided me through the check-in procedures and answered my questions with a smile throughout the entire process. They were so detailed that they even included a map with recommendations for nearby food. This thoughtfulness was really touching. They always pay attention to needs and respond very quickly. Whether it is borrowing small items or itinerary consultation, they handle it efficiently and thoughtfully. From service details to professional attitude, Alan perfectly interprets the quality of a five-star hotel! But maybe it’s because it’s been open for too short a time. There’s no laundry room and no screens on the windows, so it’s hard for people to really believe that this is a five-star hotel.

An absolutely delightful stay at InterContinental! Location: The hotel is perfectly situated at the confluence of the Liuyang and Xiang Rivers, right next to Beichenhui Joy City. There's a direct walkway from the hotel lobby into the mall, making dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly convenient. It's also a comfortable 5-7 minute walk to Beichen Delta Metro Station, passing other malls like Fenghuanghai along the way. The surrounding area is a residential neighborhood with plenty of local eateries on the ground floor shops. Room: As a member celebrating a birthday, I was upgraded to a balcony room directly overlooking the Xiang River. The view was expansive and unobstructed. The 270° balcony essentially offered panoramic views. Unfortunately, it rained heavily in Changsha over the weekend, so visibility was poor due to heavy mist during the day, though it improved slightly in the afternoon and evening. From the lounge, you can enjoy views of the Changsha Library area, or step out onto the outdoor balcony for a different perspective. Ambiance: The facilities are still very new. The lobby bar is spacious, and the first-floor breakfast restaurant had far more seating than I anticipated. The overall decor is very stylish. It's also very comfortable to just sit and relax in the first-floor lobby. Food: I experienced the lounge's happy hour, breakfast, and the main lobby breakfast. They offered local specialties like liangfen (cold noodles) and rice noodles. There was a wide variety of Western and Chinese options. The Western selection had a good number of delicious baked goods. The bar was quite busy in the mornings with many people getting coffee and tea. Service: The service was incredibly warm, meticulous, and professional. During check-in, the front desk staff introduced us to all the hotel's functional areas and features. A special thank you to Cathy for her outstanding contribution to our stay. Since we were celebrating my partner's birthday, Cathy thoughtfully arranged decorations and a welcome dessert for us. Throughout our stay, she responded to our inquiries quickly and professionally and actively addressed my previous requests. My partner described the entire stay as comfortable, surprising, and heartwarming. Once again, thank you to Cathy for her professionalism and dedication. And thanks to all the staff for their service, which made us feel right at home. I'm very much looking forward to returning to InterContinental Beichen when the mountains are ablaze with autumn colors!

The Niccolo Changsha on the 93rd floor offered an incredibly attentive check-in experience. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, the concierge proactive and thoughtful, and room service responded quickly. Every detail showed care, from the welcome fruit and handwritten card to the turndown service. The high-altitude river view was breathtaking, the facilities luxurious, and the location convenient. The entire stay felt professional and welcoming, with the guest experience, particularly from Lucy, exceeding all expectations. This is definitely the top choice for luxury accommodation in Changsha, highly recommended.

Seriously, you guys! After the Joker Xue concert in Changsha, I practically checked into a fan's dream hotel! From check-in to check-out, I was constantly surprised, and even the room details hit all the right notes for a long-time fan like me. I absolutely have to recommend this to everyone! The hotel is super close to the Joker Xue concert venue in Changsha! After the show, there's no need to rush for a taxi or squeeze onto the subway; I just leisurely walked back to the hotel without any stress. They even had Joker Xue merch and standees, and thoughtfully provided disposable raincoats!

This time I stayed at the W Hotel in Changsha, originally planning a surprise for my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary. From the moment we arrived, Lin, the receptionist on the sixth floor, made the whole experience incredibly heartwarming! I had communicated with Lin beforehand about wanting to give my girlfriend a romantic surprise, and she was incredibly dedicated and helpful throughout. She actively assisted with coordinating the room setup, preparing small surprise details, and even thoughtfully offered many recommendations suitable for couples. From the moment we arrived at the sixth-floor lobby, Lin greeted us with a sweet smile, proactively helped with our luggage, and guided us through check-in. Every word she spoke was gentle and considerate, with no hint of perfunctory service. Knowing it was our anniversary, she even quietly arranged a small congratulatory gesture for us. The entire process felt natural and warm, moving my girlfriend immensely. While the W's trendy and cool design was great for photos, Lin's service was truly the highlight of this trip – professional, meticulous, and full of human touch, making the surprise and sense of occasion perfect. I'm so grateful for Lin's exceptional service on the sixth floor; she made this anniversary trip perfect and unforgettable! Next time I'm in Changsha, I'll definitely choose the W again and look for the wonderful and warm-hearted Lin!

My stay at St. Regis Changsha had been marvellous! This is my first time at Changsha and picking St. Regis was a right decision. It is 3 metro stops away from Changsha South High Speed train station. A Didi ride took around 15 mins. The room was spotless and everything was in great conditions. The amenities were sufficient and were replenished daily or upon request. The butler service worth a special mention. Request could be made via a WeChat/Weixin message so I requested a drink when I was on the way back to the hotel. Breakfast had great selection and the services was great. The team would recommend local style dishes while the international selection was great. I recommend trying the items from the bakery and pastries. I look forward to coming back.

GGuest UserI normally don't like writing reviews but this hotel really deserves more attention. I'm not kidding, this hotel was super value for money and I felt the quality service surpassed even what many luxury 5*star hotels can offer. 1. Tour concierge Even before our 3d4n stay in Zhangjiajie, I contacted the hotel via WeChat and the hotel helped us plan a comprehensive travel itinerary and booked for us entrance tickets to attractions, airport transfers, a private tour guide etc for a very reasonable package price. All my questions were patiently answered and quickly by the staff. We had a great time in ZJJ without any fuss and with great peace of mind, as everything was planned for us. I felt we had a far more relaxing travel experience with a private tour guide over booking multiple daily group tours as we could travel at our own pace. Literally all we had to do was follow our tour guide. Room 2. Our room (type: Colorful Brocade Twin Room) was clean and came with a cool smart home system?! We could use it to control room temperature, lighting, curtains, tv, play music and even tell jokes. The room was fairly quiet except occasional noises in the morning, and we are light sleepers. Bed was comfortable. Only minus for me was the fact that the shower, toilet and sink area were all separated so it made changing and placing belongings tricky. Loved the free laundry service - the staff picked up our clothes at night and they were laundered and delivered to our room by the next late morning. Food 3. We got a personal warm welcome by the staff on our first night's stay. The hotel gave a complimentary afternoon tea set comprising fruits, cakes and nuts daily. The hotel also offered porridge for supper but we didn't try it. Breakfast was 7-11am and the same food daily, standard western/Chinese fare but we easily ordered other coffee nearby to supplement our breakfast. We also used ******* app to order supper daily with the hotel's number. The hotel was able to deliver the delivered food to our room through a robot. Photography with costume rental 4. I have never encountered a hotel that gave a free photography session with costume rental (no hair or makeup) but this did. I initially thought it was just an indoor studio thing but it turned out to be a full 30min photoshoot indoors and outdoors with the staff giving us instructions on poses very patiently. It felt like I was taking my engagement photoshoot again. We were pleased with the 4 edited photos and all raws. Overall service 5. The staff were really kind and professional. I felt like they were genies making our stay more worry-free as they always answered our questions patiently over WeChat and helped us with many issues. They even texted to ask what time they could deliver us the free afternoon tea which we kept forgetting about. When we checked out, they even surprised us with a goodie bag with lovely snacks and cute memorabilia! Location 6. The hotel was literally in front of the ZJJ National Forest Park Wulingyuan East entrance. Don't see how it could be more convenient Caveats: I could speak both English and Mandarin, and although the staff spoke decent English, I felt the communications were much easier when I used Mandarin to communicate in person or via WeChat (use ChatGPT or some other translator!). The smart home system also worked better with Mandarin although it understood a few languages

AAnonymous UserOur hotel room was in the Japanese tatami style, simple, bright, and refreshing, with an unbeatable panoramic view of the Xiang River. All disposable amenities were provided, and the front desk butler and other room service staff were very responsive and excellent. The cleaning auntie also had a great attitude. The location is very convenient, situated in a popular commercial district, close to all the famous Changsha check-in spots, and surrounded by numerous food options. Taiping Street is right behind the hotel, and it's very convenient to be near IFS. We stayed for several nights, and on our last day, they even upgraded our room for free, which made for a fantastic experience!

RrhzyThis hotel has a really stylish vibe, especially the lobby and restaurant areas. The service was excellent; they provided breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks. The photography service was also great – the photographer was very helpful, and there were no hidden extra charges for photos. There's a self-service laundry room, or you can have the butler take care of it for you. It's a great choice if you want to experience Chaozong Street. The only minor drawback is that, being nestled among old houses, the views aren't very expansive, but that's not the hotel's fault; guests choose this style for themselves. In the room, the toilet didn't flush automatically, and the button was a bit confusing. The hot water kettle was also a bit tricky to use and leaked a little. I hope the hotel pays more attention to maintaining these smaller items.

GGuest UserOur stay at harmona resort was one of the highlights of our month long honeymoon in China. The hotel is set on beautiful grounds about a 10/15 minute drive outside of Wulingyuan, making it the perfect base to visit Zhangjiajie National Park. We were met at the airport by Mr Hu who transfered us to the resort and who offered his services to drop us off to the train station on our departure and who operates a private shuttle bus service to the key attractions. On arrival at the resort we were met by Cherry who is an absolute credit to the hotel. Cherry was on hand throughout our time staying at Harmona and greeted us every morning with enthusiasm offering some of the best hospitality I have witnessed from a hotel. Cherry and Fenfen informed us that we had been given a complimentary upgrade to the new villas to celebrate our honeymoon which was a really appreciated touch and I would highly recommend to anyone to pick these villas as they are finished to such a high standard, located across a beautiful river where you can take in the beautiful surroundings whilst walking to breakfast. Other special mentions to the hot springs after a long day of walking around the national parks! Hopefully we'll be back someday!

WWilliam FBAn amazing experience! The room: We stayed in the round bed guest room for two nights, and found it to be beautifully designed, warm, and super clean. Nestled in the forest, it felt very private and safe, while also showcasing stunning views of the mountains. We were also able to order food delivered from local restaurants (which were all very delicious), even though the location was too remote for normal delivery apps. Overall the room was perfect and we had no problems at all. Location: The area is located by a small village in the mountains with clean air, beautiful views, and friendly animals and wildlife. Only a 5 minute drive from the West gate of the Zhangjiajie national park, the staff were always ready to drop us off or pick us up in their electric buggy, accompanied by their cute dog Zhaocai (who was one of our favourite staff members). A major benefit of going through the West gate, is that the staff were able to plan our route such that we were always traveling in the opposite direction to the main crowds from the other gates. For example, when we got to the base of the Bailong elevator, there was no one waiting in line and we were able to go straight inside, however when we arrived at the top we saw hundreds of people lining up to go down. Service: Despite every aspect of the hotel being so wonderful, the staffs hospitality was the best part. Well before we arrived, the staff planned our whole trip around what we wanted to see and how long we had, helped us buy all of the necessary tickets, and organised pickup and drop off from the main town. Their drivers were super kind and friendly, and we had a very comfortable ride to and from the hotel. When we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, responding quickly to all of our questions and requests on WeChat, and going above and beyond on every occasion. An example of their good nature is that we never had to climb up stairs, the staff would always collect us at the road below our cabin, and drop us off at the road above our cabin. The kitchen staff were also very friendly, and cooked us delicious breakfasts every morning :). When we returned from the park, our room had been cleaned and serviced so well, it was a very nice surprise after a long day in the park. Thank you to everyone who helped us during our trip and made it feel so special!

GGuest UserThe summation of any good review is if you know what you know now would you do it again? And on this one there's nothing to talk about. In a heartbeat. I knew nothing about this place, and just rolled the dice. Came up big! Awesome! My single best experience in China! (In fairness, my second best experience is right there, just the other side of the spectrum) Warm welcome! The staff is young, super contemporary, and helpful, but not in that folding over for you way that is never truly genuine anyway. I was escorted to my room and shown the facilities. Everything excellent. Shower water goes to super hot, washlet bowl, soft towels. Things that were free: Bottled water and soft drinks in your room Beer in the lobby. Yes, 12 oz can of local Budweiser! I don't know what the policy is, but they drove me in an EV to the train station on my departure date. Not a rideshare, not a minibus. Like a nice car, with my own driver who was waiting in the lobby for me, and I was already 5 minutes early. No charge! The breakfast service is as good as I've seen. Everything is super neat, really high quality local offerings, in addition to the normal Western staples. Rest assured, this is definitively not free continental breakfast, with the one waffle iron overflowing with batter and the translucent cereal containers. As an example if you want to just sit there and eat croissants with chocolate sauce and unlimited really good coffee, they have that. You want six eggs over easy made into a perfect circle right in front of you? They have that too! And also what I showed in my pictures. The staff is constantly fluffing the place so everything stays fresh. Do yourself a favor, try to get in before 8:00. You get the whole tranquility vibe. If you're just walking in at 9:30, and the hotel happens to be full, obviously maybe not the same effect. But that's true wherever you go. The hotel offers good size rooms, and an enormous amount of very accessible outdoor space, on every floor. Multiple viewing platforms that every height that you can easily access and just look off into the mountains at any time of day. There is enough space for everyone. It is also walking distance to the Avatar Forest. Which is its own amazing thing, but that's a separate story! Excellent place! Even if you didn't go into the forest, I would say it'd be worth it.

DdenghjI originally booked a deluxe mountain view room on Ctrip, but after checking in, I found the room to be quite small. I paid extra at the front desk to upgrade to a business suite, and the room immediately felt much more spacious and bright – I was super satisfied! My child could run around inside and burn off some energy. The window overlooked both the mountains and the street, offering a magical view of the misty mountains on rainy days, which was incredibly therapeutic. The hotel's first floor offers complimentary self-service small drinks and popsicles, which was a fantastic touch. Coming back after a day out and enjoying a popsicle was truly delightful. Thumbs up to the hotel for this thoughtful gesture. Stayed for two nights and was very pleased. Highly recommended.
