My overall experience during this stay was very good. Check-in was efficient and smooth, and the staff were polite, attentive, and responsive to requests. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. The bathroom facilities worked well, and the environment was quiet. The location was convenient for getting around. The overall quality is consistently good, making it suitable for both business trips and short stays. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for my next visit.

Five-star recommendation! MEILIE B&B by Xi'an Bell Tower. The location is absolutely perfect, just a 3-minute walk to Muslim Street and 5 minutes to the Bell Tower. The Wabi-sabi design is super photogenic, and the rooms are equipped with Le Labo, Dyson, and Marshall. Soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The rooftop infinity pool and observation deck offer a breathtaking view of the Bell Tower lighting up at sunset. The 24-hour butler service is attentive, with breakfast and late-night snacks delivered to your room. Complimentary welcome fruit and afternoon tea are provided, along with a free travel photoshoot and a custom small seal souvenir. It's a peaceful oasis in a lively area, offering a one-stop shop for dining, sightseeing, and accommodation. If you're coming to Xi'an, book this without hesitation!

I booked two rooms, one directly facing the hallway entrance and the other next to the equipment room, at opposite ends of the same floor. They claimed this was to keep us on the same floor. Is this how you treat long-time customers? Do you call two twin beds pushed together a 'king room'? And then claim it's an upgraded room type? Why didn't the front desk mention this at check-in? It's not like I'm stingy about a few extra bucks. No one paid any attention when we got in or out of the car, or when entering/exiting the hotel. I know you don't lack guests, but I will definitely not choose Renaissance Hotel again when I come to Xi'an in the future. Regarding the Minibar & Welcome Drinks: The front desk specifically told me they were chargeable. After calling the duty manager, it took multiple confirmations for them to finally admit that my booked room type included them for free.

This hotel is absolutely divine! If you're coming to Xi'an, I'd even say it's a must-visit in itself. First off, it's right by the Huaqing Palace, with a private entrance for free and unlimited access. Every room also has its own hot spring pool. They include complimentary tickets for two to Baoji Pool. The complimentary travel photoshoot is super popular; we couldn't book it when we arrived, so definitely reserve in advance. The staff are incredibly enthusiastic. For a room costing just over 1000, it felt like an absolute steal. The service is miles better than a certain hotel in West Lake where I paid over 3000 before. In the evening, they even have staff escort you to see the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance, with a hotel-exclusive通道 (access), so no need to queue up early. At this time of year, the first show at 8 PM is already completely dark, allowing you to fully experience the lighting effects. The complimentary sweet soup in the evening was delicious too. Honestly, with all these value-added services, it felt like the room itself was free, haha. Also, the hotel restaurant is genuinely delicious! I usually don't like eating at hotel restaurants, but the food here is really good and highly recommended!

Having stayed in numerous hotels, from small boutique to large chains, this is the first time I've encountered such exceptional service at a hotel that also offers great value for money! Everyone went above and beyond to help us! This was our first trip with our 2-month-old baby, and we had a lot of stuff. The security guards downstairs were incredibly warm, patient, and meticulous in helping us. We had a ton of luggage and baby items daily, and they never once made us feel like a bother, always assisting us with loading and unloading. We're truly grateful! The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and they thoughtfully set up a playpen for us. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also very welcoming each morning. This trip really allowed us to experience the warmth and hospitality of the people of Xi'an! I genuinely recommend this place! It's absolutely worth the price!

First, the good points: The hotel's location is excellent, right by the Bell and Drum Towers, which is very lively and convenient, especially being near the H exit of the subway. The service is definitely the highlight; everyone is incredibly polite, enthusiastic, and attentive to every request. The daily mini-bar drinks and afternoon tea are lovely touches that deserve high praise. Now for the room: it's advertised as 35 square meters, but it honestly doesn't feel that big; it's a bit small, typical for a Huazhu property. The bathroom and toilet doors are semi-transparent, which could be a bit awkward if you're staying for a business trip. The toilet flush is incredibly loud, even more so at night. As for breakfast, the variety is decent, but many of the dishes and bowls were not clean – I even took photos, and this really shouldn't be happening every day. The restaurant service was good, but the staff tend to speak quite loudly, which feels a bit inappropriate. I won't comment on the airport pick-up service as there were many restrictions. Overall, if you don't have high expectations for the facilities, it's definitely a place worth staying, because the location and service are genuinely excellent. I would still recommend it.

The hotel boasts a unique location with a Joy City mall right next door, offering a wide array of snacks. Behind Joy City, there's the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City and the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, all connected and just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, making it super convenient for a stroll. The front desk staff, Sakura 🌸 and Bai Su, provided exceptional service, ensuring we had a very satisfying stay. The breakfast was delicious, and overall, our stay was fantastic!

This was the first hotel where I stayed for five consecutive nights. I'd go to Mount Hua and Xianyang during the day and return here in the evenings. Even though the hotel has been open for over ten years, the black mahogany decor in the rooms is still very well maintained. The huge lobby is incredibly grand; the only other hotel I've stayed in that can compare is the Zhongwu Hotel. The hotel's breakfast truly deserves a mention – it's incredibly varied, and the quality is excellent. They offer local specialties like 'Youpo Mian' (oil-splashed noodles) and 'Roujiamo' (Chinese hamburger), which taste just as good as what you'd find in a specialized restaurant. The attached Spanish restaurant is also authentically styled. The hotel service was great too; a minor issue upon check-in was resolved quickly, and they even gave me an extra breakfast. The hotel environment is also fantastic, with a resort-style garden. The back exit leads directly to the Furong Xintiandi commercial complex, and the front exit opens to Qujiang Relic Park, which is lovely for an morning stroll. It's also not far from the Tang Paradise and the Grand Tang Everbright City. For other destinations, there are subway and bus stations near the hotel. The only downside was that the TV signal wasn't great, with only a few channels working properly. However, since I was out late and back late every day, I didn't have much time to watch TV anyway, but I still hope they can improve it.

Didn't expect to have a choice of both soft and firm pillows! The shower pressure was fantastic too, washing away all the day's fatigue. And they even had freshly made Xi'an oil noodles for breakfast! Simple pleasures like these really make a couple's trip. Definitely my top choice for the next vacation!
