The hotel was nice, even though the room was a bit small. The view was beautiful, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was great, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast. I will definitely come back again.
The location isn't very convenient, but the breakfast is absolutely amazing, and the views are great. The front desk staff was also super nice and even upgraded my room. The hallways are a bit confusing to navigate, and the layout feels a little strange, but the rooftop pool offers a view of the Acropolis.
The hotel is not big, just a small white building, but the location is great (Vouliagmeni is a wealthy area in Athens). It is surrounded by private villas. There are bays, lakes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby within a few minutes' walk. I stayed in a superior single room. The room was very elegant and clean. It also had a small balcony facing the street and was very quiet. The front desk service was very friendly. They helped me book a taxi (don’t forget to tip) and patiently told me the location of the supermarket. My flight was late, and they agreed without hesitation that I would check out an hour later.
The room was also very clean. I tipped the waiter 1 euro every day and she was very happy. If you have any questions, just talk to the front desk, they are very efficient.
This is an excellent place for vacation and leisure. The Mediterranean climate is pleasant, the air is fresh, and the sea water is very clear and clean. The nearby Vouliagmeni Lake is a seawater hot spring lake. Many locals come here to swim. It is a paradise for those who like swimming.
The price is very cost-effective when booking in advance, and the price-performance ratio is very high. It is very expensive in peak season. The hotel's breakfast is a buffet with all kinds of Greek specialties. I didn't get tired of eating it for five days. The Greeks are just as good at cooking as the Chinese, and our tastes are similar. Most of the nearby restaurants are seafood, with first-class environment, all on the seaside, and very cheap and delicious. Friends who like seafood can really enjoy it.
If I have the chance, I will stay at this hotel again.
The hotel in general was great. They did not reach out prior to arriving asking whether we are okay or need assistance to the hotel. I've encountered other 5 star hotels that do so.
Upon arrival they were quite friendly and informative. A deposit for the mini bar was required of 60 euros per day of stay which they didnt inform the guests of prior to arriving. That could've been easily avoided.
The room was clean, and an adequate amount of amenities provided. We had some issues with the trash can and the body wash had to be refilled after the first day but they attended to that immediately.
The gym is good, well equipped. The location not bad, about 20min from the nearest metro Neos cosmos, and about 30minutes walk to Syntagma Square.
The asthetics of the hotel is beautiful, there's a good bar and club within the hotel. Room service was offered and efficient daily.
Lovely hotel and new condition, it is very comfortable. Pool is smaller than what you see in a pictures but still beautiful. Staff are friendly and breakfast is good. Annoyingly, you have to pay €10 for parking but they do have a very cool parking with an elevator for your car. Although a five star hotel, they do not have above a bath tub.
Very close to the sea, the surrounding is very quiet, suitable for places like quiet holiday, eating and shopping is not convenient, hotel breakfast is OK, the hotel has a beautiful pool, suitable for children, service is very good, weekend pool bar activities, Will be noisy~

The room is large and quiet. The service is very good and luggage can be stored for free. The biggest highlight is that you can see the Acropolis and the whole view of Athens from the 7th floor of the hotel. It is so shocking and so cool…

The room is in a great location, in the center of Athens, quiet in the bustling area. It is worth mentioning that their breakfast is made to order, and it is of a very high standard. Their steps are the kind of old-fashioned and exaggerated luxury, but the facilities in the room should be renovated and modern.
Great service. They tried their best to give me my room ahead of check in time along with a complimentary breakfast. Great buffet spread. Maybe as an improvement, add something something new each or every other day.
I stayed a total of 5 days in between tours. Rooms were always clean. If had to find any improvement, maybe have a bidet in every toilet.
But overall, I recommend this hotel. Close enough to city centre via subway or €8-10taxi.

Everything was perfect.we enjoyed our stay in Nyx. Location, service, food, view, design of the hotel, the pool.i will come back for sure
Athens Airport has long been my gateway between Ireland and Israel, and Sofitel is the only real comfortable option for an overnight layover. The location is unbeatable — you just walk out of the terminal, cross three zebra crossings, and you’re in the lobby. The hotel is definitely 5-star and feels it in cleanliness and comfort. The room was spotless and quiet, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee and water. However, prices are steep. Normally it’s around €400 per night for two adults and a child, though I managed to book midweek for about half that. Still expensive, but I wanted comfort — and got it. The booking didn’t clearly confirm if an extra bed was included for my child, and neither Trip nor the hotel replied to my message, though we did get the bed in the end without extra charge. Breakfast is not included in the high price, and €30 per person felt excessive, so we skipped it. Also, food options are overpriced — €22 for a “Greek salad” that oddly came with ricotta. We ended up getting Burger King from the terminal, much better value. The indoor pool was clean but the water was colder than expected and the size modest. The shower had fluctuating warm water, a small annoyance but tolerable for one night. Overall: great convenience and comfort for an airport hotel, but pricing for food and extras feels unreasonable.
Highlights: beautiful views of acropolis and surrounding area from rooftop bar/restaurant space (also where breakfast served), buffet of good standard and restaurant staff very polite and a credit to the hotel. Improvements: reception staff generally very helpful but one particular staff member was not forthcoming with information/recommendations for restaurants/ details regarding late check out - we were always referred to come back later/following day to reception to ask someone else; when same questions asked later to a different member of staff, they were more than happy to help with all enquiries. Room: no ‘do not disturb’ sign available, housekeeping knocked on room at 9am every day, which woke us up; also housekeeping entering room after knocking on door without waiting for guests to respond; need some adjustments to respect privacy or guests; hotel corridors are very stuffy even in winter time Overall: a very pleasant stay
Location, location, location. Within walking distance to the Parthenon and Olympic Stadium. Shops and restaurants nearby. Views from the rooftop restaurant are amazing. Pool/lounge area is great. Mattress was a little firm for my taste but overall a great place to stay.
High standard service. Professional chain brand hotel. Breakfast was nice. A lot of options. Rooms spacious and bed very comfortable. It was just that the hotel is very old, needs a renovation.
I had an amazing experience at the Divani Caravel Hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect — from the warm welcome at the reception to the elegant and comfortable room. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel’s atmosphere is luxurious yet very relaxing, and the location is ideal — close to the city center but still quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful stay. The breakfast buffet
