Guest UserExcellent! It truly lives up to its reputation as the best in the area. The breakfast is plentiful, and it's undoubtedly the cleanest hotel in Medan. It was fantastic; the bed was made exceptionally well, and the water provided was good. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

AIMRAN ABDULLAHInitial room was at level 9 but since its weekend all of the room types are fully book. Smelled of smoking remnants makes me dizzy and ask for air freshner. Next morning ask to change room and got the level 7 which decent, but both room does not include with a smart TV for me to a conference for business meeting.
Anyways my advixe is prior booking should have add a notes for non smoking request

Guest UserFantastic resort at Samosir island, typical of what one might expect from a 5 star resort. Island weather was a cooling 20 degrees but the water in the pool is warm, so you could enjoy it even in the evening. Oh not to mention the view.
The outdoor equipments like bicycles, e-scooters, electric cars are very well maintain, so you could rent it with peace of mind.

IT'S JUST FANTABULOUS EXPERIENCE STAY IN THE PROPERTY HONESTLY. LOCATION JUST BEYOND IMAGINABLE DISTANCE AS WELL AS EASY ACCES TO THE CITY. ROOMS ARE COMFORTABLE TO STAY AS WELL AS FRONT DESK AND HOUSEKEEPING HOSPITALITY. GOOD MANNER WELL TRAINED STAFFS. FANTASTIC BREAKFAST HAS BEEN SERVED.
