Friendly staff, nice, well maintained. My suggestion is to add paprika to the buffet breakfast menu and just make the vegetables separately, don't mix them directly.

Located in the center of Medan City, the service is okay..The staff is quite friendly, especially in the restaurant..Sauna and gym are also available and free..
The hotel atmosphere is quite comfortable and not noisy...
The room TV is still a regular TV, not a Smart TV... you can change it to a smart TV, at least it has Netflix...

The hotel is good, the rooms are spacious, the facilities are quite old and don't work, the bathroom door can't be locked, the TV is noisy, everything else is quite ok
The breakfast is delicious but the variety is very lacking for a 5 star class, still inferior to 4 star hotels in Medan too, but public facilities such as a gym and sauna are great, the pool is not large enough for that many guests, and places to relax by the pool are also limited. The service is okay and the staff is helpful.
