QZenPleasant stay here. Staff friendly and helpful. A nice hotel labelled bag for hand carry. Love the toothbrush set. Wide nice breakfast spread. A worthy hotel to stay in Palembang

Had a great stay at this 4 stars property. The facilities are top notch; The gym, sauna, pool, and spa were all well maintained and a highlight of the trip. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff truly stands out for being friendly and attentive.
My only major concern was the bedding. The king size bed, was actually two single beds pushed together. This made the middle of the bed quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Aside from the bed setup, everything else was perfect.

Samson kharelGreat place with a strategic location. The only downside was the breakfast menu, which didn't offer many choices for a 5-star hotel. The selection was limited, more like what you'd find at a 3 or 4-star hotel.
