5-Star Hotels in Lazio, Italy

Absolutely cannot fault this hotel at all! We spent 4 nights in Rome and it was absolutely perfect. The staff are all so friendly and the rooms are stunning. Our room was spotless and they always added nice little touches. The spa was a huge bonus after walking all day. The hotel is perfectly situated to get to all the landmarks and really close to the metro station. Furthermore, it was my girlfriend’s birthday (which I didn’t tell them about) and we came back to a gorgeous cake and champagne waiting in the room. They also left roses for Valentine’s Day. I honestly cannot thank all the staff enough for everything! This is the best hotel in Rome and we will definitely be back. Thank you aleph for such a memorable trip!

Facilities: All quite new. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: A direct walk from the train station, with delicious Chinese restaurants and a large supermarket nearby. The location is excellent. Service: Excellent and responsive. The breakfast was plentiful and beautifully presented, overlooking the ancient Roman walls. The mornings in Rome in late July weren't hot at all, and sitting outdoors was very comfortable. This was the best hotel on our trip to Dubai, Italy. Thumbs up 👍

Sofitel 🏨 Health is very good, facilities are good, the environment is OK; breakfast is delicious, the restaurant service staff is more polite and thoughtful, keep smiling; unfortunately Italy 🇮🇹 Rome Sofitel Sofitel 🏨 staff do not know what is going on? The attitude of the five-star hotel I have ever stayed in is the worst. The hotel service staff at the door never pulls the door to the guests (it is not only us to observe), the chat content is full of impolite and swear words 🤬, the quality is amazing, the attitude is speechless, impolite, Not thoughtful, not service, do not know their work content and work attitude. Is it the Sofitel Sofitel in Italy 🇮🇹 that does not employ qualified personnel? Or is the company not responsible for employee training? Or is the company's salary dissatisfied? Or is this the case with the Italian 🇮🇹 Roman staff? (Other Italian 🇮🇹 hotel staff are polite! ! ! ) Or are these Sofitel Sofitel hotels that specialize in working as God? For your reference only.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of romeo - location simply couldn’t be better. The staff are amazingly friendly and went the extra mile after i busted my ankle in rome. Special mention to the front desk and the door man who always greeted us with the warmth of a long lost cousin and were amazingly helpful throughout. They also have the best cappuccino i’ve ever tasted in my life! i’d recommend this hotel to anyone without reservation.

The noise is very loud. I live on the first floor of the annex building. I can hear walking below upstairs. The room doesn't taste good without windows.

The room is clean and tidy, the location is good, the security is good, the service attitude of the hotel staff is good, and the breakfast is also very good; the hotel facilities are relatively modern and comfortable, and the advancedness is relatively high. The French style is simple and generous, comfortable and fashionable, and the cost performance is relatively high; I am quite satisfied with the living experience; it is for your reference only.

Except for the good location, there is nothing else to recommend. The room is very small, and the bathroom facilities are similar to the lowest level of 7-day hotels in China. There is nothing except towels and soap. There is no bathtub in this room type, and the floor is also mottled. Entering the room, the feeling of Rome dropped to the freezing point. The air conditioner was very noisy on the first night, and I couldn't sleep at all. The next day, I decisively changed the room. The attitude of the front desk manager was okay. I changed to a room on a lower floor. There was a smell of floor drain, but because the air conditioner was a little quieter, I still stayed. The facilities and equipment in the room are really too ordinary without any texture. The only good thing is that the breakfast environment is not bad, but the waiter is also very mechanical.

The room is very good. The room we booked is relatively large. The hotel environment is very retro and has a strong European cultural atmosphere. There is no electric kettle in the room, so you need to prepare it yourself. There are many breakfast varieties, but no Chinese food. The hotel is in a great location. There is a subway 650 meters away, close to the US Embassy in Italy, and it feels very safe. The waiter has a very good attitude.

Location is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options.

Excellent Hotel in incredible position overlooking Rome and Villa Borghese. Will be back for sure!
