The Bathtube was chipped, with big rust stains con the marble. The bathroon door hits the bidet every time you open it. The breakfast was very rich but with no meat, because “they’re vegetarians”. When you go to a five stars hotel tou exepct something different. At the check in they even ask for a credit card or a 50 euro deposit in case you finish off their minibar. I was really not pleased.

Staff was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We felt at home, and were very happy with the property but also with the service. New favorite hotel in Rome :)

Fomos em família, em 4 casais. Quarto impecável, excelente estrutura, localização sem igual. Alguns funcionários muito bons( principalmente Angélica, atenciosa, excelente profissional) Houve muitas falhas qdo chegamos , não liberavam os quartos mesmo sendo 15:00 hrs. Saímos qdo voltamos uma confusão , com malas trocadas, quartos trocados, um stress muito grande para todos. Na saída mesma coisa, confusão de contas e muita demora. Café da manhã não tem muitos itens por ser vegano, pão muito ruim, uma harpa tocava maravilhosamente e acabou amenizando os problemas. Qdo reservamos não percebemos que era vegano e o café da manhã ficou bem comprometido.

Exceptional hotel, exceptional staff, exceptional location. The furnishings are eclectic and beautifully appointed. I am in the hotel business so admittedly I’m a bit selective. This property was outstanding in every way. Moreover, the management and staff. The General Manager, Simone Sanna was the ultimate gracious host over the four days we stayed there. Agostina, Hanna, Carlo, Giada, Anna, and everyone else we engaged with were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The food was as exceptional and the housekeeping did a great job. I salute you all for raising the bar and exemplifying hospitality. We will be back!!!

Quick trip to Raphaël was perfect. Just steps off the Piazza Navona, the location could not be better. But it is the service that stands out. With a welcome glass of Prosecco and bites, the staff was always warm and outgoing. The manager walked with me to show the way to the Piazza and, after a night when my room was a bit warm, he was aware of the situation and let me know they would follow up. That’s the kind of personal attention every hotel should offer. I had a couple of small suggestions - they need more outlets for chargers - but minor compared to the overall experience. Well done!

Die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals haben mich sehr erfreut und uns auch sehr gut getan. Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt. Die Aufmerksamkeiten waren wunderbar. Das Angebot auf der Rooftop-Terrasse sowie das Frühstück waren sehr lecker, kreativ, modern und frisch. Der Mix aus Modernem und Traditionellem finde ich sehr gelungen. Die Beratung bezüglich der Ausflüge hat uns bereichert. Den Marathon in Rom hätten wir als einschränkend empfunden. Stattdessen fuhren wir zur Villa Hadrian, einem wunderbaren Ort in Tivoli, der 30 km außerhalb Roms liegt und gut mit dem Taxi erreichbar ist.

I have been traveling to Rome since the mid 70s. I can stay enough about the superior level of customer service that I was provided on from the moment I checked in till the time I was departing. Check in is special they had me relax on a beautiful sofa with Prosecco and canapés and the an espresso ! They are truly professionals and I received a beautiful upgrade. I went to lunch one block to Piazza Navona and had a wonderful time. The room is impressive and impeccable clean. Ultimate temper-pedic adjustable mattress and. Beautiful cotton linens. Gorgeous! Wine and water free for your arrival in room Dyson hair dryer and curler. Nespresso in. Room and mini bar first round compliments of hotel. Beautiful bathrobe slippers and thick towels. Rooftop bar and restaurant amazing! Breakfast is included and truly the best buffet experience I had ever had. Front desk manager and entire staff are friendly, intelligent, and passionate about providing an amazing hotel experience!! Thank you for providing a home away from home. Grazie Mille !! The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location for sightseeing in Rome. Everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful. And breakfast was superb. The view from the rooftop bar is priceless.
