Staff members are professional, polite, and always willing to help, which made the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location is convenient for sightseeing and daily activities, while still being quiet enough to relax. Facilities are well managed, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. A great choice for both leisure and family travelers.

Lovely Hôtel in Genovese decorated details with amazing staff members. English reception a plus in Italy. Well received and a rapid Check in. The hotel is located in an excellent position for anyone who wish to be in central Genova. The parking is 25 euros extra but you can leave your car for 24hours. They have all the aménities available just a Quick call to reception to ask for it. Coffee and tea sélection in the room and two bottels of water complimentary on arrival.

The location is extremely convenient, being very close to the train station. The staff were professional, courteous, and welcoming. The room and facilities were comfortable and impeccably clean. The breakfast prioritized quality, a refreshing change from the quantity-focused approach of many resorts. I will definitely return.

This place is great. It’s old but that’s the charm. It’s beautiful and unique. The service provided was easily one of the best parts about the stay, everyone was extremely nice and professional. The amenities were amazing, there was like 4 different types of saunas and even 4 different types of showers (who knew?) and being able to jump into crystal blue waters and then order a beer to my pool lounge which was next to the rocks was pretty sick.

The real palace is very amazing. The experience is full. The tea set is Chinese. The front desk is a bit serious. The waiter is very enthusiastic and active. Help with luggage and parking. The location is unparalleled. Outside the window is the core area of the port. The back door of the hotel is the core scenic spot. As for the room, look directly at the picture. Tong Xuan is not bullying. Breakfast staff is warm but there are too few choices. It belongs to the mini breakfast.

Very convenient beachside hotel in the outskirts of San Remo. 10 minutes walking to the center through a special pedestrian alley. Free parking, pool and a very nice garden

The hotel was very clean and very well-treated, but, considering the price of the rooms, I expected a much more refined and modern design. The environment is quite simple and not at the level of the required price range. In general, good experience for comfort and cleaning, but the quality/price ratio on the esthetic side could improve.
