The location of the hotel is pretty convenient. 5–6 minutes walk to Hommachi St., which you can easily use to travel to Kyoto, Kobe, etc.
The check-in and check-out were really fast, and we had an upgrade, which was worth the price. I had read the previous reviews about the rudeness of the staff, which is not actually due to this, but it’s the language barrier that could make a tired traveller a little less patient.
If you wish to ask something more specific, please don’t be afraid to use the Google Translate app to help you with the communication. The staff have been really helpful to all of our enquiries.
Some remarks were about the hotel lobby being on the 15th floor, but they have a dedicated entrance for taxis or cars to reach the hotel.
Bonus: if you exit through KoKuMiN Osaka Metro
Yodoyabashi Station (Exit 4) on your right is a local grocery store that sells local produce and other fruits/food products. It's cheaper to go here to buy your drinks and fruits, etc.

Very good bargain for this famous Jap branding hotel. Room was big enough for two luggages and movement, just personally think the lights were little bit dim making the room not bright enough. It’s a traditional hotel so looks a bit old style but I am ok with it. Super convenient location, and ¥1200 for 24 hours parking was one of the biggest reason I chose this hotel.

Zentis has become my favorite hotel in Osaka!
The service is excellent, and the staff are always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with anything.
Breakfasts are delicious, and the location is perfect — very convenient for exploring the city.
The hotel is new, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable — a real gem!
My stay was so pleasant and memorable. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

The Imperial is quite nice. It was the last few days of the Expo back then, so it was super crowded, and the price was a bit higher because of that. The view from the executive lounge was still pretty good. I don't speak Japanese or English, and it took a while to get breakfast delivered to the room. The service was still good though; you could ask the front desk to help call a taxi when you left. They even gave me a welcome gift on my first stay. When I went out, there was a doll on the bed, and when the housekeeper cleaned the room, she propped it up against the headboard for me, which was super cute ☺️. The view outside the room window was also good.

The hotel has amazing views! This time, I booked a room with a view of the Tenjin-gaku Castle, and wow, it was absolutely stunning. I got some fantastic photos from the room! The hotel is right next to Osaka Park, close to government buildings, so it's a very safe area. It's not far from the subway station, making it convenient to get to several shopping districts. In the morning, you can take a stroll through the nearby Osaka Castle Park.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, conveniently located near Namba Station. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s about a 6 minute walk to Kuromon market and 15-20 minute walk to Shinsaibashi, which was perfect for exploring the area. While we didn’t use many of the hotel’s facilities, the room quality and prime location made our stay very enjoyable.

The location is super convenient, you can reach it by cutting through a few shopping malls every day. However, the hotel's main entrance is a bit hard to find. If you don't go through the mall corridors, it's difficult to tell which one is the main entrance, and you end up walking around for a long time. I only figured it out on the third day of my stay. Breakfast was very average, with limited options and everything was cold, which I wasn't used to. For this price, you could easily eat breakfast at a nearby restaurant. The room was quite spacious; for a standard room in Japan, it was surprisingly roomy.
Absolutely loved this hotel! All the staff were so enthusiastic and genuinely warm. The room was the largest we had during our entire trip to Japan. While the furnishings felt a bit dated, they were exceptionally well-maintained, and there wasn't that old room smell; it was very clean. The breakfast was generally good.
The hotel offers a free shuttle to Sapporo Station, the airport limousine bus stop is right outside, and there's a Lawson convenience store just across the street. This will definitely be our top choice for our next visit to Sapporo.

Facilities: Very well-maintained.
Cleanliness: Extremely clean.
Environment: Boasts unparalleled high-rise city night views, unique to Osaka.
Service: Nothing to complain about.
Transportation: Very convenient for airport access, direct line. The Midosuji Line is just a left turn from B1 of the hotel, running through Osaka's main shopping areas and connecting Shinsaibashi and Umeda. Super convenient, no worries about rain or wind!
The best choice in Osaka, outside of the Umeda area! ❤️

Well? The hotel is gorgeous!
Installations and the concept is amazing.
The room is spacious with amazing city view. The bed is huge and super comfortable, also pillows are kinda clouds. Loved that.
The reception always ready to help. But at the check out hour there’s a long line, so to avoid it I checked out earlier.
That was pros. Now cons.
Cleaning service always forgets something. Like one day I didn’t find cotton buds, another day they didn’t put the toilet paper etc. For such a class of the hotel it’s unacceptable.
Also there’s no iron and iron desk in a room so you should ask to bring it and if it’s peak hour you should wait some hours. Unacceptable again.
Location isn’t really wow because all the restaurants and activities and shopping are away and at the peak hours the subway is super crowded because the hotel located in the business area.
Overall, the hotel is really nice but cons are bigger so I would not stay there again.
Shinsaibashi area looks more attractive for me, also there’s another Candeo in that area so next time I’ll try to stay there.
Thanks for the reception guys and girls.
Cleaning service, please be more attentive.

MMengmengmamaChoosing InterContinental Osaka was hands down the smartest decision I made!
The location is absolutely phenomenal! A shopper's paradise! Major malls and flagship stores are right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to get all your favorite items in one go!
The rooms are incredibly spacious! In Japan, where space is a premium, the InterContinental's rooms feel like a true luxury. We booked a king room and even added an extra bed, and it still didn't feel cramped at all! The bathroom was also large and bright, and being able to lie down and gaze at Osaka's vibrant cityscape made it absolutely worth it!
The service was exceptionally thoughtful! From check-in to check-out, every single staff member was polite, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented. The front desk, housekeeping, concierge... even the parking and luggage storage services were absolutely faultless!
When checking out, they even proactively offered to weigh my luggage. The most delightful surprise was when a staff member wished me ”Gong Xi Fa Cai” in Chinese – it felt so incredibly welcoming!
It truly proved to be a brilliant choice to stay at InterContinental Osaka! Next time I'm in Osaka, I'm definitely booking this place again!
XXixiFor an early morning flight from Kansai Airport, staying at Hoshino Resorts the night before is ideal. The rooms are a good size, well-equipped, and the subway station is less than a hundred meters away, making transportation very convenient. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to the airport.
Xxia****This was my first time staying at Hotel Nikko Osaka. I chose it because I've stayed at Nikko hotels in Shanghai before. The location is excellent, right across from Daimaru department store. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff were diligent and polite, as you'd expect in Japan. There are two breakfast restaurants to choose from, Japanese and Western style. I stayed for several days and found everything very convenient.
XXiemimiThe hotel view is absolutely fantastic, offering a great cityscape of Osaka. From the better room types, you get a direct view of a large area of Umeda, including the train station. The decor is European style, though it feels a bit 'knock-off' – like a fake European imitation. The details don't hold up under close inspection, and the cleanliness is noticeably not as good as in Tokyo. They're very generous with amenities, providing a lot. Breakfast is à la carte, suitable for those who enjoy Western breakfast; I found it pretty good, and the bread was quite tasty. There was a musty smell in the room, so overall, it didn't feel very high-end. The bedding was also quite ordinary. Its strengths are definitely the view and the value for money.
GGuest UserFirst time to Osaka and chose this hotel for family of 4 due to the great reviews. Location is super as it is just next to Takashimaya and the subway is just right below the hotel. The room is so clean, spacious and cozy and the kids love it. Not looking back and looking forward to come back here again.
XXiaoxiaoxiaoxiaolaotouThe hotel's location is convenient, about 1km from the commercial center's Daimaru and Hankyu department stores, and around 600m from the subway station. The room facilities are well-maintained, and the staff are enthusiastic. Breakfast is well-organized with orderly queuing, though the variety of dishes is just average.
AAnonymous UserOverall, this hotel is quite good if you're staying in an executive room.
Service: The sommelier in the lounge was very professional. Regarding food, they offered caviar and sea urchin rice bowls, and sake starting from breakfast. For dinner, there was freshly shucked lobster. However, the champagne was just so-so.
Because they don't recognize member benefits, the lounge was very quiet, which was great.
Facilities: The rooms are small compared to other hotels of the same caliber. The room layout is typical Marriott design. Executive room guests can use the large public bath, but there's no swimming pool.
Environment: The air conditioning in the room was excellent, completely silent, and the airflow didn't hit you directly. However, being above a train station, there was train noise. Higher floors would be better.
__cangyueI've always loved the style of W Hotels, and choosing the W Osaka this time was definitely the right decision.
**Facilities:** The facilities are comprehensive, truly befitting a five-star hotel. The breakfast was also delicious, and the gym, swimming pool, and other amenities were all fully equipped.
**Cleanliness:** Spotless, no complaints there.
**Environment:** The 'nightclub' vibe of the environment is fantastic! There are also many great places to eat nearby. I highly recommend the Blue Bottle Coffee downstairs. It's also very close to Shinsaibashi and Namba, basically within walking distance. The subway is convenient too, and Daimaru is just across the street diagonally, making shopping very easy.
**Service:** Everyone was very enthusiastic, and most staff offered Chinese language service. English communication was also not an issue. I will definitely choose W Hotels in other locations in the future.

GGuest UserThe room was bigger than I expected, and it was super convenient for getting around. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk to the subway station if you turn left outside, and there's a big supermarket and a drugstore right next to the station.
