Carolina LanVery good, very satisfied, very clean, tidy, comfortable and professional, the bed is very comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows have a beautiful view.
The public area is elegant and the elevator goes directly to the underground mall, which is very convenient.
The area where it is located, San Pedro, is also very safe and clean. Recommended, I will stay here again next time I go to Monterrey on a business trip.

Anonymous UserThe room facilities are very old and simple. There are no slippers. You have to bring your own toiletries. The air conditioner is quite noisy. The breakfast is OK. There are bread, fried eggs, and tacos. The juice is very good. The hotel is located in the city center and there are many restaurants around. You can order food in the hotel lobby, which is a little expensive and requires tips.

MadameKNice hotel, great location and service. Cleanliness could be improved. We had to ask for the sheets to be changed because they had blood stains, and they changed them immediately. Some belongings from the previous guests were also left in the room. Other than that, the room was very comfortable and the location was excellent.

The room is OK, the location is good, the service is very bad 1. I asked for coffee many times during breakfast and waited for 20 minutes to get it to me; I was prepaid. When I checked out, the front desk actually asked for my credit card again. I asked why he said that he was rejected because of the card. I said that I was prepaid. If I don't have any text, I will give him the card directly and repeat the deduction.

YUEIt should be the best hotel in Monterrey, the equipment is very new, in Plaza Arboleda , there are many delicious restaurants next to it. The room is quite big and the service staff is warm.
