Amazing view, it is like staying on the clouds. Quite cold, so prepare some thick attires. Amenities are great, like u can stay for long period. I got upgraded to 2 bedroom. It has induction hot plate, washer/dryer, water filter/ hot water, bath tub, 2 bedroom+2 bathroom, 3 tvs. The whole experience is luxurious and majestic. The ficilities this place offer is extensive. U can play bowling, sing karaoke, golf, kids got like too many playgrounds that u need to spend at least day and half to explore.

The front desk staff member is not a local, so communication was quite difficult. I called to request that the refrigerator be checked, but they eventually brought me a chair and said that was what I had requested. It was completely unrelated to what I actually asked for.

1. Stay- (6/10) + Room is very spaces + Excellent location for shopping + Spaces lobby + breakfast buffet ample choice but lack in variety (almost same dishes daily) -No power outlets next to bedside. Insufficient sockets -Room wifi not working 2/5 days stay -Pillow too soft and duck feathers leaked from one of them -shower head holder defective (loosely attached to wall)) causing the head to dislodge at normal water pressure. -string for hanging clothes in bathroom defective -lifts too slow - male toilet next at lobby dirty and poorly maintained. Should have separate toilets inside restaurant for hotel guests only.

This hotel is absolutely the best! The price is cheap and most importantly, it's incredibly comfortable. Parking is also easy and, best of all, it's free. However, every time you leave, you need to inform customer service, otherwise you'll have to pay. It's a shame there's no magic carpet, no luck this time... I'll definitely repeat my stay next time! 😍😍😍 The housekeeping staff are also very good; they immediately picked up the call when I needed help, and when I asked for something to be picked up, it was done so quickly, no waiting at all. ❤️

My favorite hotel in Cameron Highlands, my third time staying here. The service is excellent and the location is great. However, this time I noticed visible stains on the towels and duvet cover. I hope the cleanliness can be improved, as I would love to have an even better experience on my next visit.

The room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked very well, making the stay comfortable. The staff were also friendly and provided good service. However, it seems that the hotel has been operating for quite some time, and many of the facilities are in need of maintenance. First, the shower had excellent water pressure, but the drainage was extremely poor. It seemed like the drain was clogged, as the water quickly accumulated and flooded the shower area. Second, the bathtub stopper was broken. No matter how many times I pressed it, it wouldn’t close, so I couldn’t fill the bathtub with water. On top of that, the hot water for the bathtub wasn’t hot enough. I had even bought a bath bomb specially for this stay, but I couldn’t use it at all, which was quite disappointing. Third, the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. There was a noticeable amount of dust in several areas. Fourth, the toilet had yellow stains, and the toilet seat looked old and dirty. I would recommend replacing the toilet seat to improve the overall cleanliness and appearance. Lastly, the breakfast was disappointing. The food was not very tasty. Overall, while the room was spacious, the air conditioning was great, and the staff provided good service, the maintenance, cleanliness, and breakfast quality need significant improvement. Considering the price, I don’t think it offers good value for money. 先说优点，房间很宽敞，冷气也很够冷，住起来算是舒服，工作人员的服务态度也很好。 不过，酒店可能开业已有一段时间，感觉有不少设施需要维修和改善： 1. 淋浴的水压很大，这点很好，但排水非常差，应该是排水孔堵塞了，洗澡时水很快就积满整个淋浴区。 2. 浴缸的塞子坏了，无论怎么按都无法把排水口关上，所以完全不能蓄水。而且浴缸的热水也不够热，我还特地买了 bath bomb，结果完全用不上，有点可惜。 3. 房间清洁做得不够仔细，一些角落积了不少灰尘。 4. 马桶有明显发黄的污渍，马桶坐垫看起来也比较旧、脏，建议更换新的坐垫，会让整体卫生观感好很多。 5. 早餐选择不多，味道也比较普通，没有达到这个价位应有的水准。 整体来说，虽然房间空间大、冷气舒适，员工服务也不错，但设施维护、清洁和早餐品质都有待改善，以这个价格来说，我觉得性价比并不高。

I had an amazing stay at Antara Genting! The place was incredibly cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Genting. The amenities were excellent, and everything was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a comfortable stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. I would highly recommend Antara Genting to anyone looking for a comfortable, cozy, and enjoyable place to stay. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Had a pleasant stay at 1001 Nights Hotel. The location is a little far from First World, so it’s not the most convenient if you plan to go there frequently. However, the hotel provides a paid shuttle service, which makes getting around much easier. Parking validation is free, which is a nice bonus. Hard Rock Cafe is also located on Level 50, so it’s very convenient if you want to dine or enjoy some drinks there. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely consider coming back again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

The room was ok, but overall cleanliness was not good. There were many cigarette remnants and bread crumbs near the window. The service provider by the number of 0126739878 is not professional and not responsive. I was having issue of getting the key card and locating the mail box, and i try to call the number, but the operator refuse to take my call for 8 times. It was frustrating when u couldn't get the check in process done and the operator refuse to take my call. i will not book through this operator anymore
