Having stayed at this hotel 13 years ago, I decided to book it again this time, but unfortunately, the experience was a far cry from what I remembered! 1. **Bottled Water**: There's no complimentary bottled water in the room. Guests have to go to the front desk to collect it, and each bottle is minuscule, only 296ml! You're also limited to just one or two bottles per person per trip, which means a daily trek downstairs just for water. 2. **Minibar Sensor Trap**: All food items in the room, both in the minibar fridge and on the shelves, are equipped with sensors. Simply moving an item from its original spot registers it as consumed/purchased. This policy is incredibly unreasonable. I merely picked up a bottle to look at it and was charged! A single bottle of mineral water costs $24 USD. Upon check-out, I discovered I'd been charged for three bottles. The front desk informed me they needed to 'verify' the charges before processing a refund to my credit card, and couldn't even provide an estimated timeframe for when the refund would be issued. 3. **Missing Towel Incident**: A huge warning: Do NOT bring your own white bath towels! I hung my personal towel behind the bathroom door, assuming that hung towels wouldn't be taken for cleaning (as most hotels only clean towels left in the tub or laundry basket). When I called the hotel, they claimed they needed to 'investigate' with a third-party laundry service to see if my towel could be located. If not, they'd compensate me, but I have little hope of a resolution for this matter. 4. **The Oshow**: The 'Oshow' in the hotel's West Tower costs around 2100 RMB per person. While the performers were very dedicated, I couldn't even recall the plot from my previous viewing, and overall, it lacked any significant appeal. The sound, lighting, and special effects felt quite dated. 5. **Delayed Check-in**: Although check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, we weren't fully checked in until 3:30 PM. We booked two rooms, but one wasn't ready until 5:00 PM, and only after I called to inquire! As compensation, the staff provided each person with a $25 meal voucher, valid at the hotel restaurants.

Wynn Las Vegas delivers exactly what it promises. Polished luxury without feeling stuffy. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and genuinely comfortable, with one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in on the Strip - if not the best. I had strip view, 35th floow. Basic king room, just asked for a good view at checkin. The pool area is fantastic - get there early (or late afternoon) for shade. My booking came with $60 in daily food credit, which I used for the dinner buffet and it was great. The second best buffet after Bacchanal.

I was given a room on the 26th floor in the lower zone, and the view was decent, perfect for watching the Sphere. The room itself was clean and tidy, with smart controls operated by a tablet. Downstairs, there's a casino, various restaurants, show venues, and a shopping street. It was too hot and sunny to go out during the day, so spending an entire day inside, eating, drinking, and having fun, was never boring. It's a bit far from the Bellagio on the Strip, but you can catch a bus right outside.

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transport links and plenty of dining and shopping choices nearby. The front desk staff were warm and professional; check-in was efficient, and they even thoughtfully upgraded our room. Our room was spacious and bright, featuring stylish modern decor. The comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless, with ample hot water and good quality toiletries. Breakfast offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western options, and the food was delicious. A special thank you to the customer service staff for proactively offering travel tips; it was a very considerate touch. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, with quality evident in every detail. We will definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend staying at the Fontainebleau Hotel when in Vegas. The room design is novel and grand, and it's super clean with very comfortable bedding 😌. Just relaxing in the room and enjoying the moment—that's what life is all about, isn't it? The Sphere outside the window is amazing to watch, absolutely fantastic! Plus, every staff member, from the front desk to the floor attendants, was incredibly enthusiastic. They definitely deserve a shout-out 👍.

Room is spacious with nice decor, especially the modern and beautiful bathroom. Room is clean and bed comfortable! Location is reasonably convenient, 10 minutes walk to public transport in boulevard. 30 minutes walk to the sphere and strip centre. Hotel doesn’t provide kettle or cups which is inconvenient. You can’t make hot coffee or tea during your stay. You will be charged for snacks if you remove them from the tray for more than 30 seconds.

It was so frustrated and annoyed that when we woke up early in the morning ready to go for a tour to realise that there was no water and no one had ever told us before. A 5 star hotel should not have made an assumption that their guests would not need to go to toilet and flush the toilet nor did the guest need to go out very early in the morning with the need of showering or brush their teeth.

This is a popular hotel, so expect long queues for check-in, even late at night. The hotel boasts excellent facilities, and there's direct access to entertainment and dining options right downstairs. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. My only minor complaint is the absence of a coffee machine and an electric kettle.

TTravelifeJoStayed at Vdara recently and wanted to share a few highlights and realities from the experience. The location isn’t ideal for public transport—you’ll need to walk about 10 minutes outdoor to reach the nearest bus stop (which is quite challenging in summer time with over 100F). However, the hotel is well connected to others like Park MGM and Bellagio, which are just a 10–15 minute indoor walk away or could take monorail.  Dining options directly at Vdara are quite limited. For a wider range, you may head to nearby hotels like Cosmopolitan or Bellagio, though most options there are on the pricier side. we ended up order uber for meal delivery, which is a less expensive option. Lyft is a good choice for getting around more easily, coz if u take bus to downtown, it can take an hour for a single ride. Rooms come with a kitchen, which sounds convenient, but kitchenware isn’t provided unless requested. If you’re planning to cook, be prepared for a bit of a hike—nearest supermarket is about a 20-minute walk away. We also had an unfortunate experience on arrival: found leftovers from the previous guest in the kitchen—pretty disgusting. When we asked for a kettle and cups, the cups still had stains on them, which was disappointing and frankly, unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Definitely some upsides in terms of location and connectivity, but for what you pay, the convenience and cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

DDavid.Will.HThe hotel has a great and convenient location, right in the heart of the city. However, it's a standalone hotel, so it's relatively small and doesn't have many entertainment facilities. You also need to take an elevator to get in and out. It's not as diverse as larger hotels like the Bellagio.
