Stayed at the family suite for 3 adults. The room was very new, moden, clean, neat, and very spacious. The views from the room were marvellous. The Guest Relationship Officer Miss Tan Wen Xian was very friendly and even gave us a packet of goodies bag which contained yummy Hainan Island tidbits. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient and near a mall. The mall has shops and restaurants. Directly opposite the Hotel is Terminal 1, which has a Hong Kong cafe. The food at the cafe was very good. Highly recommend to stay here.

we stayed for 7 days in this hotel.This hotel has a good location,many stores nearby,10 minutes walk to the beach,but it's a bit old hotel,also the rooms are not upgraded,you can see old things inside room.breakfast is very rich and delicious.and swimming pool is also big and great.one bad thing they don't have laundry room.

This place is amazing! We moved to this hotel on the last day of our HaiKou trip as we have an early flight the next day. It's only 5-10 mins away from the airport, depending on the traffic. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they provide free transport to the airport. They helped us booked the transport when we checked into the hotel. The room we booked is beautiful, it's clean and tidy, comfortable bed and nice thick towels. Very happy with the room we got. We brought some local fruits to bring back to our country, but there isn't any fridge in the room. Their staff helped to keep the fruits in the fridge at their counter. We were given a reminder call 30mins before the transport came, which was a surprise to us. This is such a good service which we don get in other countries, unless you requested for it. There are eateries and convenient stores around the hotel, so you dont need to worry about food. If not, you can just take a DiDi, to the airport where there are shopping outlets and food courts. Overall, very good experience at this hotel. Highly recommend to everyone

Stayed here for a night. It was a pleasant stay. Hotel gave off a dated vibe which I enjoyed. Staff was courteous. Amenities were sufficient. There was also a small public hot spring facility just outside the hotel and a tub you can fill with hot spring water in hotel room. Different varieties of food served during breakfast. Location is convenient to go to qilou old street. We took a cab.

It’s our first time to Sanya,so we want to book a hotel for the first 2 days near the airport for convenience purposes especially with kid. To our surprise,the service rendered by the check-in counter hosts is amazing and beyond our expectations.Don’t get me wrong,we have never doubted their service,however we didn’t expect the service rendered by them is superb and beyond excellent. I would like to thank and compliment 3 particular hosts by the name of 陈太月(Chen Tai Yue),李婷 or 小婷(Li Ting) and Wang Xun Le (Pardon me if I remember the name wrongly).Their services and attitudes are fantastic,they never fail to assist or answer all our enquiries. Really appreciate and very thankful to Wang Xun Le,he even helped to pull 2 luggage and brought us to the airport departure hall.By then,he was perspiring… 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I hope that their management will also compliment and reward these 3 particular hosts,they are definitely an asset to the company. If anyone ever travels to Sanya,please try this hotel despite it’s not the best location,it’s easy to get taxi or grab anyway. Still,it’s worth spending a few nights in this hotel. Overall the food,room cleanliness and service are excellent.

And special gratitude to Sophie, who was extra polite and kind to us 🤗 The hotel room was clean, had a lot of free space for family, good view from the window, calm and quiet environment. Swimming pool - great 👍🏻. The location is comfortable too: you can go to the pineapple mall (it’s very close), to the beach (the hotel has it’s own chaise lounges there), to the bund (in the evening it’s nice to walk there), and etc. If you want to live comfortably and not too far from the civilization, this place is perfect!

Very close to the beach, just across the street, the price is quite suitable during the Spring Festival! You can have breakfast before 12 o'clock, which is unmatched by many hotels. It is very close to the pedestrian street, only a few hundred meters away. You can see Phoenix Island from the balcony, and you can go to the beach to see the lights of Phoenix Island at night.

The service here is very good, and there are midnight snacks. I arrived very late by bike alone, but the housekeeper Xiao Zhao still made me feel at home and upgraded my room for free. His voice and tone were very nice, and I give him a thumbs up. There is also welcome hot water. Every staff here is very warm and friendly. When I was washing clothes in the laundry room, the clothes were taken by mistake. The staff kept helping me find them. The clothes here can also be taken to your room after washing. If I have time, I really want to go there again.

The sanitation and environment are good, clean and tidy, and they clean and replace it every day. Because I have to go out, I don't want anyone to come in to clean when I'm not there. I chose the Do Not Disturb mode, and the cleaning sister came to ask in the evening. The front desk upgraded the room type for free and delayed the check-out time. The service is very thoughtful. Most of the facilities in the room are very good, the network is unobstructed, the TV projection is no problem, the curtains are electric switches, but the air conditioning has some problems, sometimes good and sometimes bad.

The last stop of the island tour was to the beautiful Haikou where the coconut breeze was blowing. I stayed at Atour Hotel, which I have always liked and is famous for its service. It is located near Qilou Old Street. The hotel lobby is on the eighth floor of Wanguo Metropolis. It has a simple decoration style. , unique and unique, the hotel is located in the city center, with an excellent geographical location and convenient transportation. Miss Qingjiu at the front desk has been following up on my service from the time she answered my call to the time I checked in. She carefully inquired about my housing needs and was very enthusiastic about arranging an upgrade to a comfortable room for me. Xindi turned on the air freshener in advance before I checked in and served fresh fruits. It was so nice and very comfortable. It made us feel full of surprises and joy after we were tired from the journey. Manager Wan Xin who handled the check-in patiently introduced the hotel's dining times and locations, nearby restaurants, and various check-in precautions, and helped deliver the luggage to the elevator. A small problem arose after checking into the room. Although Ms. Qingjiu was off work, she still responded to the message in seconds and helped to communicate and solve it immediately. Manager Wan Xin said, ”We are very happy to help you change rooms. A good sleep is more important than anything else.” He also thoughtfully provided eye masks and earplugs. His warm words like a spring breeze instantly relieved our worries and made us travel. Feeling more friendly and warm. Sincere smiles and considerate services make every stay at Atour a wonderful memory. I will choose Atour again in the future!

Second time staying in this hotel and enjoying. Really good price/value. Hotel is in a central area and nice to relax alone or in couple.

The satisfaction exceeded expectations. The room is spacious and bright, and the intelligent operation is simple and convenient. I am very satisfied with the design of the separate toilet and shower. Especially the breakfast, the dishes are rich and changed every day. The clam and shredded pork noodles (powder) are delicious, absolutely worth the money!

The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation and complete supporting facilities nearby. It is not far from Wanlv Park, Qilou Old Street, and Haida South Gate Night Market. The lobby is spacious and bright, with free coffee and tea, snacks and various small supplies. The front desk lady is very beautiful, with very good service attitude and quick check-in. The room is clean and tidy, the mattress is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the smart toilet, the towels and bath towels are placed in the disinfection cabinet, and there is a small refrigerator to provide candy and drinks for free. The smart TV projection viewing effect is great! The restaurant is not big but very clean, the breakfast variety is diverse and the taste is great! In short, this stay is very pleasant! I will choose here next time I come to Haikou!

Nice room at 4th floor with sea view and balcony. Small but with all the necessary for a short staying. Breakfast with good choices and quality only Chinese style. At the reception Bingbing was friendly and helpful.

Convenient location for those who doesn't plan to go to the city center. Just across the street from the sea, 10-15 minute's ride to the airport, within a walking distance from regular (not touristic) Chinese eateries. Rooms are cosy and cleaned every day if necessary. Great pool and pool view! Front desk employees don't speak languages other than Chinese, but can find a way out with the help of a translation app. Mind that some free services mentioned in the offer are only available for Chinese citizens, no matter whether a foreigner speaks Chinese or not. That's a bit disappointing, everything else is fine.

The resort features spacious rooms within a large complex. However, kitchenware was absent, and only three bath towels were provided for four guests. Cleanliness requires improvement; for example, window stains were noted. The property includes large swimming pools and a large gym. Yalong Paradise Forest Park is an eight-minute walk away. For the price, I will still recommend it

The hotel is very close to Dadonghai Beach. You don't need to cross the road to walk. You can go 90 degrees and it will take more than 5 minutes to reach the beach. There is a big pineapple shopping mall next to it, as well as a food street. There is also a noodle restaurant next to the hotel. The breakfast is rich, but be careful with the yellow chili sauce in the noodle place, it is very spicy! The uncle at the entrance of the hotel provided good service. As soon as we got off the car, he helped unload the luggage from the car to the luggage cart and sent it to the room. Thanks to L112 Master Yan Feng. When we left, Master 105 (in the photo) was also very considerate, guiding us to take a taxi and helping to send the luggage to the car. In short, the accommodation experience was very good!

An absolutely wonderful hotel. It was the greatest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I can’t wait to stay again. It’s so wonderful. You have no idea. I wanna go go go it’s so good. 

In comparison to my 3 weeks of hotel stay in 7 cities in China, this hotel has to be the most disappointing experience. Breakfast was poor. There’s a sign for coffee but nothing offered across the 3 nights we stayed there. No bacon or fried eggs nor western bakeries. However, there’s limited congee , noddles, cooked veggies & white bread with only one strawberry jam offered . We’re there at 750 am but was told some items was already out of stock. Limited napkins provided in dining area. Room was smelly of tropical dampness, but air conditioning helps. $300 deposit was required for room damage precautions. My friend has an argument over tainted bedsheet caused by previous patrons but has to prove it. So check your bedroom before committing. Location was fairly good, with walking distance to the beach and side street offered various food services and massages. Second level inaccessible by elevator but no one tells us until much later. Russian tourists loved this area & the abundance of Russian posters & welcoming signs told the story.

The room was pretty neat and the service of the front staff employees and the housekeepers were great. The breakfast (if you have opted for it) was alright, nothing too spectacular. The only downside I could think of was the lack of a mini-fridge. I'd say that this hotel is a great location where there are many eateries and convenience stores nearby.

I am from Singapore and I was there with my handicapped mother for the first time. The service in this hotel is very good! They turned up very fast whenever we asked for housekeeping service. The rooms are big, bed is very comfortable and very clean as well! We booked the family suite (vedu room) and it’s the only one in the hotel located on the second floor. It has laundromat(free) and gym on the same floor which is very very convenient for us. Just get out of the room and we could easily do our laundry. Best thing is they also provide laundry detergent (free). We booked the rooms that come with free breakfast. It’s serves local Hainan cuisine and usually western bakeries, toast / bread and salad. It has espresso coffee machine, fruit juices machine, hot milk, hot soy milk and tea. Wide spread of breakfast! I highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you are planning to visit Hainan, Qionghai.

James Joyce Coffetel is a chain brand under Jinjiang. The decoration style of this hotel is British style. American coffee is served upon check-in. The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete and very new, the hardware is great. Except that the location is slightly away from the city center, everything else is good.

There is a musty smell and it will take 15 minutes of air conditioning ventilation to dissipate. The location of the hotel is very remote, you need to drive 3 kilometers to reach the business. The only thing is that it is very close to the beach. You can see the beach and the sea when you open the window. There is a self-service washing machine and drying on the balcony of the room, which can also solve the problem of self-driving clothes. The front desk is a bit shabby, but the service attitude is okay. There is a restaurant on the 26th floor, which belongs to another famous hotel. The overall experience of staying in a first-line sea view hotel is good! The room directly faces the sea, you can hear the sound of the sea, and you can see the sea view in a larger range in the room; the room layout is reasonable, neat and clean; the breakfast variety is rich, which is a good level at this level; the hotel is equipped with a swimming pool and a gym, which can be stayed for free; the service is also good.

I went to Lecheng to visit relatives and chose Citadines. The front desk also thoughtfully upgraded the room. Thank you Xiao Feng for your warm and thoughtful service. The hotel is an apartment-style hotel with kitchen and household appliances. The rooms are large and the facilities are new, making it suitable for long-term stays. Just before Christmas, the hotel also built a creative Christmas tree with mineral water bottles strung together, which was quite interesting.

This is a must-choose hotel for business trips. The big brand is trustworthy. The stay experience is great. The lobby is luxurious and grand beyond expectations. The service staff are well-trained and respond quickly. The location is convenient and the decoration is exquisite. It is excellent in all aspects, clean and tidy without any odor. The bedding in particular gave me a big surprise. I highly recommend it.
