4-Star Hotels in Henan, China

Out of all my business trips, this hotel is by far the most satisfying! The lobby is grand and beautifully decorated, making you feel very comfortable. The desk in the room is large, perfect for long working sessions, and there's complimentary bottled water and tea bags. The bathroom has excellent hot water and strong water pressure, making showers incredibly relaxing. Since it was cold, the air conditioning in my room was thoughtfully turned on before I checked in. The front desk staff were very professional; both check-in and check-out were quick, and they even arranged a car to the airport. Overall, it's great value for money, with fantastic service and facilities. I'll definitely be back for my next business trip!

This B&B's location is fantastic! A 5-minute walk left takes you straight to Luoyi Ancient City, and a 15-minute walk right leads to Lijing Gate, making sightseeing and dining incredibly convenient. It's a renovated old house with a Chinese courtyard, where every step reveals a beautiful, ancient charm. Each floor has unique and thoughtful designs, and the third-floor terrace truly sets the mood. When the lights come on at night, it genuinely feels like you're in an ancient town. The owner's service was incredibly warm and helpful; when my child suddenly felt unwell in the middle of the night, they responded promptly and caringly. There's a parking lot in the back, and it's easy to get a ride-share in the morning. However, in the afternoon and evening, with more tourists, ride-shares can get stuck in the narrow alleyways. It's a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, allowing you to experience the authentic life of an old alley.

Service: The service was acceptable, but it didn't meet the standards of a high-end hotel and fell short compared to other hotels on this trip. Cleanliness: The interior was relatively clean, though there was some dust and lint in certain corners. Ambiance: There was construction behind the hotel, and the courtyard had foot reflexology services, etc., which made it very noisy. Facilities: The facilities definitely didn't live up to high-end standards. I'd suggest downgrading its rating; it would be more fitting for a comfort-level hotel. It's not that the facilities are old, but rather that they're missing – for example, there's no wardrobe in the room, the bathroom doesn't have a wet/dry separation and lacks a door or curtain for physical isolation, and the laundry room only had an unknown brand of detergent without a lid or any instructions. I recommend downgrading it to a 3-star (comfort-level) rating, which would be appropriate for the hotel's conditions. A 4-star (high-end) rating is completely overstated and simply doesn't meet the standards for a 4-star hotel.

This hotel is super convenient, just a 10-minute walk from Zhengzhou East Railway Station. The staff are all incredibly friendly and the service management is top-notch. The lobby is spacious and bright, and the rooms are larger than other hotels of the same type. You can even enjoy a great view of the East Station through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Highly recommend!

The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The curtains, lights and air - conditioner are linked to Xiaodu smart devices, which is very convenient. The super king size (2 - meter - wide) big bed is really cozy. An adult and two kids can sleep comfortably on it, offering a great experience. We arrived at 1 a.m. Parking was convenient and free. After shopping at Pangdonglai Supermarket, you can push the trolley straight to the hotel elevator. It's worth recommending. As there was a long queue at Pangdonglai Supermarket, I called the hotel's customer service. The hotel kindly gave us a free late check - out until 2 p.m. It's really nice and definitely worth a recommendation. 房间很舒适，超级大，很干净，窗帘灯光空调都链接小度智能设备,很方便. 2米的大床超级舒适，一个大人两个孩子一起睡的很舒服，体验非常好！我们是凌晨2点到的，停车很方便而且是免费的，胖东来超市购物出来直接就能把推车推到酒店电梯口. 因为胖东来排队太久，给客服打了个电话，酒店给免费延迟到2点退房，非常赞！值得推荐.

Booked this hotel with a friend, and the staff's service was incredibly professional. The check-in was guided by a personal butler who was meticulous, patient, and communicative – truly deserving of high praise! The hotel itself is charmingly antique, showcasing Song Dynasty aesthetics everywhere. The lobby entrance features a 'A Thousand Li of Rivers and Mountains' backdrop and a beautifully layered garden landscape. The guqin arrangements add to the serene and elegant atmosphere, and there's a complimentary tea room situated right within the garden. Breakfast was plentiful and nutritious, and you can enjoy the relaxing and picturesque garden view through the glass while dining. The location is a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, yet incredibly convenient for all the attractions. It's a ten-minute walk to Bianhe Pier, and just a few minutes by taxi to Qingming Shanghe Park, making it perfect for multi-day passes, even if you want to enjoy the evening activities and return to the hotel easily. Very thoughtful and highly satisfying! I highly recommend it to all my friends!

I stayed at a fantastic smart hotel during my business trip to Nanyang. You'll understand how smart it is once you've stayed there. Located at the intersection of Renmin South Road, opposite the Morgan Wuyue Plaza, it's incredibly convenient for shopping and dining, and taxis are readily available nearby. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and fully equipped, showing great consideration for guests. The buffet breakfast wasn't extensive, but everything was delicious; I personally felt it was better than restaurants outside. The hotel provided welcome fruit for both nights, and a small gift upon check-out. The staff were very polite and attentive. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanyang.

The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding food, drink and shopping are very convenient. The room facilities are perfect, the air conditioning, hot water, network are very stable, the bedding is soft and comfortable to sleep. The front desk is friendly, the check-in is fast, and the questions are answered patiently. The sanitary details are full, the floor tabletop is spotless, the bathroom is clean and stainless, and the cleaning is very careful. The overall experience exceeded expectations and is a good choice for travel and accommodation.

This hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient for getting around. It's right opposite a snack street and a subway station. The room amenities are comprehensive, and the room itself is clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The hotel service is excellent, with everyone being very welcoming. Parking is also very easy right outside the entrance. I really loved the decor.

OMG! This is my first time staying at such a large Atour, and the value for money is just incredible. A family of three staying in a suite was absolutely perfect. It's only a few steps away from Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. This courtyard-style Atour is simply unbeatable!
