The room was incredibly clean and quiet. Even though it's so close to the bustling Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, we weren't bothered by any noise at all. What's even better is that Wuhan's lively snack street is just around the corner, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. Every staff member I encountered at the hotel had an excellent service attitude. When the weather got colder, hot water was immediately available upon our arrival. During housekeeping, they even left a thoughtful note. When we were checking out, we had an issue with our suitcase and couldn't fix it. It was almost past check-out time, but the front desk staff very thoughtfully helped us check out first. We then spent twenty minutes fixing the suitcase afterward. While we were waiting for our car in the hotel lobby, a staff member quickly noticed we had left something behind and went to retrieve it right away. I'm on the train leaving Wuhan now, and if I ever come back, I wouldn't hesitate to choose this place again. Thank you all for making this trip not just comfortable, but also full of unforgettable human warmth.

This was my first time visiting Wuhan, and after doing some research, I chose this rather unique Atour Hotel, which offers high-rise river views. The front desk is on the 56th floor, and guest rooms are located between the 51st and 56th floors. We stayed in a Deluxe City View Twin Room, and we could still see the distant river. The room was spacious with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel staff were friendly and housekeeping was prompt. When we ordered takeout, the staff personally delivered it to our room door. As a nice touch, they even gave us a small gift bag of snacks when we left. Breakfast was 48 RMB per person, and the buffet selection was quite rich, including some Wuhan specialties. In the evenings, they offered late-night congee, steamed buns, dumplings, cherry blossom cakes, and more. Atour's sleep-aid pillows are incredibly comfortable, and the hairdryer is compact, quiet, and effective. Overall, the room was very spacious, and the soundproofing was excellent. The location is convenient; it's very close to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, and Metro Line 2 is nearby. It takes about 30 minutes by taxi to Hankou Railway Station.

Having meticulously searched for hotels, Changjiang Zhixuan finally proved to be the perfect choice! Upon opening the room door, I was immediately struck by the fresh air and spaciousness of the room. It's likely due to the small private garden, which lent a unique charm to the entire space. For cleanliness-conscious guests like us, every detail – from the bedding to the toilet – was absolutely spotless and impeccably maintained. Furthermore, all the staff were genuinely warm and friendly, always offering service with a smile. Linlin, in particular, stood out with her incredibly thoughtful service. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

The room was very new, equipped with a fridge, microwave, and a mini-bar area. We stayed for three days, and it was spotlessly cleaned daily. The beef noodles at breakfast upstairs were delicious, and the breakfast spread itself was quite varied and excellent value for money. Previously, when visiting Jingzhou, I'd only stayed at Greenland and Wyndham, so I was pleasantly surprised that this Hampton by Hilton offered the best overall environment. Its location is also fantastic: it's just a 10-minute drive to Fantawild and Wanda Plaza is right across the road.

Two years ago, my child had an exam nearby, and we stayed here. I remember the environment was good, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, though the soundproofing wasn't great. This time, I had another exam in the area, so I didn't hesitate to book here again. When checking in, I emphasized needing a quiet room, and they accommodated me well this time – the room was very quiet. The only issue was that the room temperature was too high; it was still quite warm even with the air conditioning off. It would be even better if the room came with a humidifier.

Came here for a trip with friends and thought this hotel was really great! The location is super convenient, close to all the attractions, and there's a big shopping mall right next door. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. The room facilities are very complete, even including a separate washing machine and refrigerator.

The front desk lady checked in quickly and in an organized manner, checked the information meticulously, and took the initiative to remind the breakfast time and the entrance to the hotel's free parking lot. When checking out, she quickly processed the invoice request, communicated with a smile throughout the process, and even explained the luggage storage process clearly, with full professionalism! It's really worry-free to encounter such service when you are on a business trip in a hurry. The hotel lobby environment is elegant and comfortable, very good

I had an amazing stay at Four Seasons International Hotel (Shiyan Beijing Middle Road University Town). The room was exceptionally clean and the mattress was incredibly comfortable — one of the best I’ve ever slept on. The overall cleanliness and room ambience truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely sweet, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I needed anything. Their hospitality really stood out. The most surprising and heartwarming part of my stay was that the hotel provided me with free breakfast and dinner. On one of the days, I was very hungry and didn’t know where to go for dinner, but the staff kindly arranged a complimentary meal for me. I genuinely appreciated this thoughtful gesture. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, great comfort, and sincere hospitality. I absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future!

This hotel stay far exceeded my expectations! The location is superb, right opposite Terminal 2, and there's a free shuttle bus to Terminal 3 for connecting flights. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. From the warm welcome by Ms. Winnie at the front desk to the prompt room service, everything was excellent. The soundproofing in the room was exceptional, keeping out all outside noise. The WiFi was fast and stable, perfect for both work and streaming. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the check-out process was efficient, professional, and thoughtful. Seriously impressed with the lobby tea bar! Not only do they offer a great selection of hot teas, tea bags, and filtered water for free all day, but the cups are spotless and readily available. They even thoughtfully provide little snacks. It's the perfect spot to relax and grab a warm drink to warm up and unwind before or after catching a high-speed train. The staff are incredibly attentive, always refilling everything promptly, so it's never out of stock. The attention to detail is truly top-notch.
