The hotel is right next to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, but its corner location means it's not too noisy. The subway is convenient, and you step out directly onto Jianghan Road's snack street, so you'll never go hungry, even late at night. The hotel breakfast is very plentiful and delicious, and they even have hot dry noodles! What truly deserves praise is the hotel's service. It's incredibly thoughtful. We received a small gift at check-in, and when housekeeping cleaned our room, they noticed we liked tea. They left a lovely note and extra tea bags, which was incredibly considerate!

The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with comfortable bedding that ensured a good night's sleep. The service was warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient. The location is excellent, with great amenities nearby. It's perfect for sightseeing, holidays, or business trips, offering fantastic value for money. I'd definitely come back for a second stay!

This hotel boasts a great environment, new facilities, and exceptional cleanliness. Ruby provided meticulous and thoughtful service, making my stay incredibly comfortable and satisfying! I accidentally lost my room card, which was a bit stressful, but the hotel handled it to my complete satisfaction. I didn't get to experience the breakfast, as I'm a late riser, but I'll definitely choose a Jinjiang hotel again next time I have the chance. The overall experience was excellent! Plus, there's a CapitaLand Mall nearby, and transportation is very convenient. It's close to everything and offers great value for money – a fantastic choice!

This hotel near the Yangtze River is quite good. It has everything you need, offering snacks and drinks, and is very convenient for leisure and entertainment. It's easy to get to by car or taxi, and it even has its own parking lot. The hotel is also very child-friendly, and my kids loved it.

The hotel offers fantastic views, allowing you to take in the bustling cityscape of Wuhan from above. Its location is excellent, close to all the main attractions, and getting around by taxi or public transport is convenient. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming, check-in was swift, and check-out was incredibly simple – a big thumbs up! Housekeeping is prompt and thoughtful; they even provided extra bottled water for my child. The room was clean and tidy, and I especially loved the hand soap provided – it had a very pleasant scent. The breakfast selection is quite diverse, and although it's advertised to start at 7 AM, you can actually eat from 6:30 AM, which is great for guests with early flights. The only downsides are that due to its CBD location, the elevators can be slow and crowded during weekday rush hours. Also, the late-night snack options are limited, and the room's soundproofing could be better, as I could hear the neighbors discussing their projects at night. Overall, it's a superb hotel, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Wuhan.

The hotel's location is excellent, right above the Jianghan Road subway station. It's incredibly convenient for visiting the riverside, going for a city walk, or finding a place to eat. The room is quite spacious with stylish design, a separate wet and dry area, and a toilet with heating and automatic flushing. The high-floor view is panoramic, and the bedding is very comfortable, especially one pillow that felt like latex. The day before check-in, the hotel called to ask about my arrival and directed me to the nearest subway exit. They also mentioned there was renovation on some floors, and there were signs in the room too. However, there was absolutely no impact from it, and the soundproofing was perfect. There are two dedicated elevators for the hotel floors, so you don't have to share with other hotels or commercial units, which is a big plus for safety and efficiency. Breakfast offered freshly made hot dry noodles and various other noodles and rice noodles, along with traditional Wuhan fried snacks. While the variety wasn't huge, it was certainly enough. The restaurant has a great view. The only drawback was the coffee machine; the Americano felt very weak. I returned late after visiting Yellow Crane Tower in the morning, and the front desk kindly arranged a late check-out for me. Even though I only stayed one night, it was a perfect end to my trip to Wuhan. This will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Wuhan.

Hotel near Tianhe Airport/Panlong City/Outlet,Wuhan
GGuest User 2026.04.06
This hotel really elevated my impression of Wuhan. First off, the service made me feel professional and respected. Before we arrived, my child got some scrapes, and I was a bit worried because I couldn't find any pharmacies nearby on the delivery app. However, when I explained I needed iodine and band-aids, the staff, without any unnecessary fuss, quickly delivered them directly to our room. I hope they continue to maintain such reassuring medical facility provisions. Secondly, the hotel's decor is incredibly grand and inviting. There's a European-style courtyard on the second floor, which I didn't visit so I don't have photos. But the Chinese-style courtyard in the ground-floor restaurant had a very serene atmosphere, and I even fed the goldfish there. As for the stay experience, the central air conditioning actually worked! Unlike other hotels where setting it to 26°C only gets you 22°C (which often leads to me catching a cold 😷), the air conditioning at this Holiday Inn genuinely reaches 26°C when set, making it very comfortable. I stayed in room 2093, and thanks to excellent soundproofing and great blackout curtains, I managed to get a rare full night's sleep. Finally, a quick review of the restaurants. There are three on the ground floor, but I only visited one. I'm not sure if Hubei cuisine is generally salty, but I found both my dinner and breakfast to be a bit too salty. I even specifically asked for less salt on my braised Wuchang fish, but it was still extremely salty... Also, the fruit platter was quite disappointing, with only a tiny bit of cantaloupe and cucumber, a mediocre orange, and a single mandarin orange. For the price, it felt a bit perfunctory. I hope they can improve this.

I had an amazing stay at Four Seasons International Hotel (Shiyan Beijing Middle Road University Town). The room was exceptionally clean and the mattress was incredibly comfortable — one of the best I’ve ever slept on. The overall cleanliness and room ambience truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely sweet, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I needed anything. Their hospitality really stood out. The most surprising and heartwarming part of my stay was that the hotel provided me with free breakfast and dinner. On one of the days, I was very hungry and didn’t know where to go for dinner, but the staff kindly arranged a complimentary meal for me. I genuinely appreciated this thoughtful gesture. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, great comfort, and sincere hospitality. I absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future!

The room was spotlessly clean, with everything neatly arranged. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a solid night's sleep, and the shower had instant hot water. Check-in and check-out were handled quickly and efficiently by the front desk staff. Breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious. There's also free ground parking. Returning in the evening, the hallways were quiet, which made for a very peaceful and reassuring stay. A special mention to the front desk staff member who was incredibly friendly. I even tried to get her name to give her a compliment, and she was adorably shy about it! Oh, and the complimentary cookies at the front desk were quite good too – I may have indulged in several, haha!

SShalinda WIf you don’t speak the local language, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was incredibly difficult getting both on, and off the mountain “scenic area”. Some hotels in Trip reached out to us in advance to help coordinate transportation, this one does not. Your only way to contact the hotel is by calling, which isn’t feasible if you don’t speak the language. The hotel website showed that parking was available, so I thought we would be able to get there by DiDi, as long as I paid the fee to get the car into the park. This was not the case. We did see private vehicles, but I’m not sure what goes into that, but I believe 4 wheel drive is one requirement. So with our luggage, he dropped us off at the base of the mountain. It took a little while to get to the ticket office, you have to walk up several stairs and through a cobblestone market to get there, so we got nice and sweaty and uncomfortable. From there, you take a bus (ours had no underside luggage stowage) about halfway up to another stop. We had to awkwardly hold our luggage in the aisle of a full bus, while going up-hill and doing switch-backs. Everyone gets off about halfway-way up, at a station with several different buses. We asked for help and someone pointed us to the correct one. From the final bus stop up top, it was a short walk to the hotel. We figured going down would be much smoother, but after getting off the first bus, we accidentally got on the wrong one and started going back up. Overall, took us about 2.5 hours from the airport to the hotel, then just over three hours from hotel to the HSR station. Minor descriptions for the room were inaccurate. Ours was listed as on floor 3 or 4, it was actually basement level. The hotel is in the edge of the mountain, so it still had a scenic view. The window in our room was dirty (I expected more for what we were paying). The hand soap in the bathroom was in a re-used bottle and was watered down. Listed amenities said sauna and massage room, there are neither here (nor was there an offer of other local places to go when I asked). The breakfast food was amazing, including a hot, fresh bar with a chef making eggs and noodles. I wasn’t able to partake in the noodles one day because of the language barrier. Hotel staff was more hesitant than other places we’ve stayed in using translation tools and I felt like too much of an inconvenience in using them to ask for noodles. There is bottled water in the rooms, you can ask for more for free (they friended me via WeChat on Check-In and is largely how we communicated). There is free tea and snacks in the afternoon, the hotel was quiet so we were able to take up one of two seats that had an amazing view outside. The staff working the tea time was great and super courteous. You can hike to South Crag Palace and Nanyan Palace by foot, both are absolutely stunning. In summary, if we were to visit the area again, I would stay at a hotel at the bottom of the mountain (not in the scenic area) and use the day exploring/getting lost on the bus. While the view was great, it simply wasn’t worth the high price and the difficulty in getting there for non-locals. If I knew a hotel in the scenic area would reach out to me in advance to assist, then I would go for it. But unfortunately, with the way Trip.com works right now, hotels have to initiate that, guests cannot. I don’t recommend this hotel for non-native speakers.

BBelitskay TravelA good hotel with excellent service! The staff doesn't speak English, but they are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with all our questions using a translator. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 16th floor. The only disappointing thing was the cleaning. The rooms are new, but quite dirty. The floor is sticky, and there was ash in the toilet as soon as we checked in, and it wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious and well-designed. My husband and I were traveling together and worried about not sleeping well, so we each had our own room with two bathrooms, ensuring no disturbances. The location is also very convenient, with a mall downstairs and the subway just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and getting around very easy. The downside is that while the soundproofing within the room was good – my husband's snoring didn't bother me – I'm quite sensitive to noise, and the sound of water being used from either the next room or upstairs, or the air conditioning starting up, would still affect me in the middle of the night. Also, the trash can in the bathroom was foot-pedal operated, which was quite odd, especially since it was positioned behind me. You'd either have to move it to your feet, which was a hassle. Finally, although the deposit was refunded quite promptly after check-out, I don't really see the necessity of paying a deposit anymore. Many five-star hotels now allow you to stay on credit without a deposit, so there's no need to add unnecessary inconvenience for guests.

Our room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated the luggage storage service, which allowed us to explore the nearby area easily. The rooms are perfect, and the whole hotel has that old foreign villa style. So many people were taking pictures, it really has a great vibe! The room size is just right, with a separate wet and dry area, and there's even a robot delivering food! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! And the cat is super cute too!

WWan Sin TanThis was my first time in Yichang, and I found the city to be beautiful. I chose this hotel, and the room's decor was simple yet sophisticated, exactly as pictured. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hotel felt very safe. They paid great attention to detail. The front desk even proactively recommended nearby restaurants, which made our trip so much easier. A big thank you to the hotel staff! I had a fantastic experience here, and if I ever get the chance, I would definitely choose this hotel again because I truly believe it's excellent.
