Extremely satisfied! The hotel environment is great, and the room is very spacious, clean, and tidy. The service is also very attentive and thoughtful. The breakfast offers a rich variety of options, and all the facilities are well-equipped. There's even a robot that delivers takeout right to your door. Safety measures are excellent too; you need a room card to operate the elevator. It's also very close to Metro Line 7, making transportation convenient.

I have to give a huge shout-out to the room's AC and hot water! The air conditioning, both heating and cooling, works incredibly well and is so quiet it doesn't disturb my sleep at all. The heating is so good that I can comfortably wear just thin pajamas in the room. As for the hot water, it's instant and comes at a perfect temperature that's not scalding, with excellent water pressure. Taking a hot shower was incredibly relaxing – truly made for a very comfortable stay!

I arrived and checked in past midnight and understood that room service was not available after 11pm. Ordered some item for delivery from *******. They managed to deliver an instant noodle hot pot to the hotel reception. But the robot delivery from reception to my room took around 30min which is not accepted. Wonder why it took so long for the robot to send the food up to my room. Even a local Chinese hotel without 4/5 stars rating can do better than this.

This guesthouse met my expectations perfectly. After an exhausting day at Enshi Grand Canyon, all I wanted was to lie down, and this guesthouse is super close, just a few minutes' drive from the visitor center. The owner even came out to greet us, making it easy to spot the place. The room had an amazing view and was very bright. The sofa was really spacious, perfect for lounging around. The complimentary snacks and fruit were a pleasant surprise – I even tried the stinky dried tofu and had a good laugh. We pre-ordered dinner, which was home-style cooking. Enjoying the beautiful scenery with a little wine, isn't that what a good trip is all about? The family room was huge, well-equipped, clean, and had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Breakfast was also something to look forward to. My noodles were a bit salty, but I still polished them off! 😅 The housekeeper was always smiling, which made our stay very comfortable. I even took photos to praise them!

Service: Everyone was very enthusiastic. They called me in advance before check-in to advise on the best place for a taxi to stop, which was very thoughtful. Environment: Everything was very comfortable, and they even upgraded me to a premium king room for free. Cleanliness: The hygiene was relatively clean and tidy. My stay concluded perfectly, and the check-out experience was exceptionally pleasant. The room was meticulously cleaned without any overlooked spots, and the deep sleep mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring great sleep quality. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and the check-out process was quick and efficient. They even thoughtfully packed a portable breakfast for me as I was in a hurry to catch my next connection. The hotel offers a well-equipped laundry room, and the breakfast variety is extensive. The environment is quiet and elegant, truly showcasing Atour's humanistic attention to detail. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just 200 meters from Bagongfangzi, making it perfect for a city walk. You can easily reach Li Huangpi Road, Qingdao Road, and Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street on foot! The front desk staff are wonderful, all lovely ladies who provide thoughtful and attentive service. The hotel rooms are very clean, and the housekeeping aunties are also great. I especially loved the double vanity in the bathroom – perfect for getting ready with a friend, haha! The bathroom and shower are also thoughtfully separated (wet/dry design), which is a big plus. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money and I'm very satisfied!

Facilities: Good, the hotel is new. Hygiene: Good. Environment: Right next to the subway, very convenient for transport. Service: Attentive. Staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Wuhan Tiandi Hankou Beach, you encounter efficiency and comfort right in the heart of the city. The hotel is strategically located in the Wuhan Tiandi business district, directly accessible by two subway lines, and within walking distance to Hankou Beach and commercial buildings. The smart rooms are equipped with Serta mattresses and high-end toiletries, while the 24-hour business center and gym provide comprehensive amenities. With Hilton's standard service, it perfectly balances the efficiency required for business travel with the relaxation of a staycation, making it a quality choice for business travelers visiting Wuhan.

SShalinda WIf you don’t speak the local language, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was incredibly difficult getting both on, and off the mountain “scenic area”. Some hotels in Trip reached out to us in advance to help coordinate transportation, this one does not. Your only way to contact the hotel is by calling, which isn’t feasible if you don’t speak the language. The hotel website showed that parking was available, so I thought we would be able to get there by DiDi, as long as I paid the fee to get the car into the park. This was not the case. We did see private vehicles, but I’m not sure what goes into that, but I believe 4 wheel drive is one requirement. So with our luggage, he dropped us off at the base of the mountain. It took a little while to get to the ticket office, you have to walk up several stairs and through a cobblestone market to get there, so we got nice and sweaty and uncomfortable. From there, you take a bus (ours had no underside luggage stowage) about halfway up to another stop. We had to awkwardly hold our luggage in the aisle of a full bus, while going up-hill and doing switch-backs. Everyone gets off about halfway-way up, at a station with several different buses. We asked for help and someone pointed us to the correct one. From the final bus stop up top, it was a short walk to the hotel. We figured going down would be much smoother, but after getting off the first bus, we accidentally got on the wrong one and started going back up. Overall, took us about 2.5 hours from the airport to the hotel, then just over three hours from hotel to the HSR station. Minor descriptions for the room were inaccurate. Ours was listed as on floor 3 or 4, it was actually basement level. The hotel is in the edge of the mountain, so it still had a scenic view. The window in our room was dirty (I expected more for what we were paying). The hand soap in the bathroom was in a re-used bottle and was watered down. Listed amenities said sauna and massage room, there are neither here (nor was there an offer of other local places to go when I asked). The breakfast food was amazing, including a hot, fresh bar with a chef making eggs and noodles. I wasn’t able to partake in the noodles one day because of the language barrier. Hotel staff was more hesitant than other places we’ve stayed in using translation tools and I felt like too much of an inconvenience in using them to ask for noodles. There is bottled water in the rooms, you can ask for more for free (they friended me via WeChat on Check-In and is largely how we communicated). There is free tea and snacks in the afternoon, the hotel was quiet so we were able to take up one of two seats that had an amazing view outside. The staff working the tea time was great and super courteous. You can hike to South Crag Palace and Nanyan Palace by foot, both are absolutely stunning. In summary, if we were to visit the area again, I would stay at a hotel at the bottom of the mountain (not in the scenic area) and use the day exploring/getting lost on the bus. While the view was great, it simply wasn’t worth the high price and the difficulty in getting there for non-locals. If I knew a hotel in the scenic area would reach out to me in advance to assist, then I would go for it. But unfortunately, with the way Trip.com works right now, hotels have to initiate that, guests cannot. I don’t recommend this hotel for non-native speakers.

CChet and SunnyHotel was located very close to Metro and shopping street. Comfortable, clean, and quiet room with partial river view; only complaint was the window needed cleaning to give full marks for our stay. Breakfast was also very good with pleasant seating atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it for a very good value if you're touring Wuhan!

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious and well-designed. My husband and I were traveling together and worried about not sleeping well, so we each had our own room with two bathrooms, ensuring no disturbances. The location is also very convenient, with a mall downstairs and the subway just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and getting around very easy. The downside is that while the soundproofing within the room was good – my husband's snoring didn't bother me – I'm quite sensitive to noise, and the sound of water being used from either the next room or upstairs, or the air conditioning starting up, would still affect me in the middle of the night. Also, the trash can in the bathroom was foot-pedal operated, which was quite odd, especially since it was positioned behind me. You'd either have to move it to your feet, which was a hassle. Finally, although the deposit was refunded quite promptly after check-out, I don't really see the necessity of paying a deposit anymore. Many five-star hotels now allow you to stay on credit without a deposit, so there's no need to add unnecessary inconvenience for guests.

LLove_maimaiThe century-old villa hotel has a charming decor, and the rooms are clean and hygienic with no unpleasant odors in the bathrooms. All the staff at the hotel are very polite and friendly. Xiao Shang provided exceptional service, proactively helping us with our luggage, making coffee for us, and offering water when we went out. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. We were a group of four and booked two rooms for two nights; all my friends agreed that this hotel is excellent.

GGuest UserThe bed was incredibly soft! Definitely not for those who prefer a firm mattress. It was advertised as zero-pressure but it absolutely wasn't; my back started hurting in the middle of the night and I ended up sleeping on the windowsill. The decor is quite old-fashioned, the floors were dusty, and there was noticeable dust in the corners. There was a damp smell when I first entered, but it dissipated after opening the windows. The bedding itself seemed clean. It's on a low floor, which was very quiet, and I could sleep with the window open without issues. It’s about a 7-8 minute walk from the visitor center, which is convenient. Breakfast was very simple, just enough to grab a quick bite. Service was good. Soundproofing isn't great; I could hear luggage thumping around next door. That bed, though, seriously too soft. I wouldn't recommend it to others.

GGuest UserCleanliness: The hygiene was impeccable. Since the hotel was renovated in the last two years, everything from the facilities to the amenities felt brand new. I've stayed in many hotels, and this one truly stands out for its cleanliness, especially considering the price – it's excellent value for money. Facilities: The surrounding transportation is very convenient. I didn't go out much and mostly stayed in the hotel, but the location is genuinely convenient. Environment: The surrounding transportation is very convenient, and having a window with a nice view outside was very pleasant. It wasn't noisy at all; the noise level was relatively low. The air conditioner might be a bit loud, but a pair of earplugs would easily solve that for someone like me who is extremely sensitive to noise. Service: Lastly, the service was incredibly attentive. It was my first time seeing a front desk staff member escort me to my room and meticulously explain the room's facilities. They also provided some snacks. The breakfast was very rich and satisfying, and there's also a gym. These past two years, when booking restaurants or hotels, I've started paying more attention to hotel breakfasts, and having one this good is just perfect! All the front desk staff were absolutely wonderful – beautiful people with kind hearts. A million thumbs up to the ladies!

GGuest UserStrangely, this is by far the best hotel I've stayed during my 21 days travelling in China on a USD 100-125 per night budget. It has electronic face scanner at the door (for Chinese speaker only tho, or just use the keycard like me as usual) and in-room Ai (Chinese language only) and the room size is generous, high ceiling, very well-appointed and maintained. Bathroom is super clean (aka. no corner mould). They're a bit far from the Yichang downtown, but then Didi taxi is cheap in China so we just hail a Didi for meals. They also have free airport shuttle for my 5.30am check out. Will stay here again when I'm at Yichang.
