The hotel's environment is fantastic! The sea is right behind it, offering beautiful scenery and fresh air. The room was very comfortable, clean, and tidy. The staff's service attitude was excellent! Everyone was friendly and patiently answered our questions about tourist attractions. It's right next to Fisherman's Wharf and a bus stop, and across from Sands Casino, where you can catch free shuttle buses to downtown attractions and other casinos!
It was our anniversary and Gary at reception offered us a lte check out since we arrived at the hotel quite late. We were also upgraded together with a free red wine as our gift and we were thrilled and we were further offered 2 complimentary breakfast althought we didn't use att the end. I found out that I didn't take my airpods with me at the time when I checked out and we went to lunch. I came back and then 2 receptionists helped me out and called the room to bring it back down even after checkout, I m so pleased by the services Ascott provided me and to us.
Thank you very much and I will for sure come again.
Btw the room we stayed was really nice spacious and comfortable.
Cleanliness: This is an older hotel that's been recently renovated, and the hygiene is excellent.
Facilities: It's small but has everything you need.
Environment: Located in a residential area, there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants downstairs.
Service: The staff are warm and attentive.
I initially booked for a few days to try it out, and I've already extended my stay twice. I use the gym daily, and then go out to enjoy the local food. Although the gym isn't huge, it's never crowded, and it's very comfortable and clean.
The hotel felt a bit old and worn. The duvet was very thin, and I suspect the comforter insert has been used for many years; I hope they can replace it. However, the service was still very satisfying for an established hotel. I'll definitely come back next time. Plus, they offer a free shuttle service.
The hotel's location is excellent. There's a bus stop right outside, and taxis are plentiful. It's only about a 10-15 minute drive to the airport. To the right of the hotel entrance, you'll find a 7-Eleven and another supermarket, along with McDonald's and other dining options.
It's about a 10-minute walk to the Grand Lisboa, and there's a bus stop directly across from the Grand Lisboa, making public transport very convenient. The New Yaohan department store is roughly a 20-minute walk away.
Unlike other hotels, this place isn't noisy or crowded; it's very quiet. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Macau.
Drove to Zhuhai, and since I had my HMT travel permit, I smoothly crossed over to Macau and chose to stay at The Karl Lagerfeld. The hotel's decor is grand, the room size is good, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. Plus, they offer unlimited bottled water, which is a nice touch. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that!
The L'Occitane en Provence hotel is located on the 11th and 12th floors of The Parisian Macao building. Our room, 1216, offered a view of the East Asian Games Dome, with about two-thirds of the Eiffel Tower visible from the window. The stay included breakfast for two days. On the first day, we chose the Ice Room, and while there were many options, the food quality wasn't great. On the second day, we went to Angelina, which offers a Western-style breakfast that I personally preferred.
The hotel's location is a bit out of the way. There aren't many public transport options directly outside the hotel, with only the T435 'Skating Road / The Parisian Macao' bus route available. It's about a 700-800 meter walk to the nearest Light Rapid Transit (LRT) station.
The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Our first room had a smoke smell, but they immediately switched us to another one. It was the best night's sleep we had during our Hong Kong and Macau trip. There's a sour and spicy noodle shop right at the alley entrance downstairs from the hotel, and it was surprisingly delicious! When we left Macau, we luckily caught the hotel's free shuttle. It was a business van, and they dropped us off at the border crossing for free. Super awesome!!!
The hotel environment was excellent! We even got a free upgrade to a family room, which was a wonderful surprise. The service was fantastic 👍🏻. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's and a 10-minute walk to the nearby casinos. We spent the day exploring the Ruins and then enjoyed the night views before heading back to the hotel. It was a really nice experience.
The room was pretty good. It's a LINE Friends themed hotel, and the shampoo was excellent. The service was great too. They didn't have twin beds available, so they gave us a king-sized bed and a sofa bed instead. We also got complimentary cable car tickets, which meant we could skip the line.

DDongshengAlthough the hotel looks a bit old, it offers good value for money and is clean and tidy. The service is also decent. The breakfast is simple, but it met my basic needs. It's very close to the MTR station and Rua da Cunha, and right opposite Galaxy Macau, which is convenient for concerts.
GGuest UserVery clean and very good!
I went with my baby, and the Grand Prix Museum is just a short walk away. The transportation is incredibly convenient.
The lady at the front desk was very friendly.
The breakfast was delicious.

WWangchengcheng189The environment is beautiful. You can watch the sunset from your room or at Cheoc Van Beach, which is right next to the hotel, in the evening. In the morning, you can walk about 30 minutes to Long Chao Kok Coastal Trail near Hac Sa Beach to watch the sunrise from the Seaview Pavilion.
The complimentary breakfast offers a variety of Chinese and Western dishes. Every food item maintains excellent quality, and the dining area has a charming view.
The hotel is older, and the facilities are a bit dated, but they are well-maintained and perfectly functional for daily use. Plus, there was absolutely no smoke smell in the room, which is a big plus. :)
Overall, while the facilities might be a slight drawback, the environment and food more than make up for it. Because of this, I'm giving a perfect score for facilities.

LLvxingshuoThis hotel has a charming European retro style, complete with Portuguese-inspired tiles and vintage telephones.
The room layout is a bit compact, but it's very clean.
The location is fantastic, right next to major attractions. There's a Guandi Temple downstairs and the Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau across the street. It's a 10-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's, Na Tcha Temple, Macau Museum, and Mount Fortress, and about a 20-minute walk to Grand Lisboa Hotel and other spots.
The service was friendly.
I really appreciated the complimentary mini-bar (one per stay) with free snacks and drinks. A special highlight was enjoying the night view from the rooftop with a free drink – it was incredibly romantic and truly wonderful!
