Hotel Golden Dragon

The Macau Golden Dragon Hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently situated near Fisherman's Wharf and the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, making travel a breeze. The rooms are spacious and clean, adorned with elegant Sino-Portuguese decor, and the bedding is very comfortable. The service is attentive and efficient, and the dining offers authentic local flavors. With a 4-star rating, it offers great value for money, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The room was very clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation! The mattress on the king bed was a bit soft but had excellent rebound. Amenities: Quite comprehensive. Hygiene: Wet/dry separation, and the fish tank design was very thoughtful. Service: The hotel front desk staff spoke very standard Mandarin. There are two buildings for accommodation: Jinlong Building and Yulong Building.

Overall, it was quite good. My only complaint would be the bathroom. For a standard room like the one I booked, there's really no need for a bathtub, especially an old-fashioned one that seems to be there just for the sake of having a bathtub. It's too small for a comfortable shower; there's no room to stand. In fact, a small room without a separate shower stall actually makes it look lower quality. Everything else was fine.

This hotel is super convenient! Downstairs, you'll find the Golden Lotus Square and Tao Heung restaurant, plus tons of Japanese eateries. The metro is incredibly close, and there are so many restaurants nearby. The room was a suite and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Facilities: Some facilities are undergoing renovation, but overall they're good. Cleanliness: The hygiene was also well-maintained and clean. Environment: It's convenient for getting around; you can take a **car to Sands and walk to the hotel, and there's also a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Service: The service was excellent, and everyone was very enthusiastic. I accidentally left two pieces of clothing when checking out, and they promptly reminded me when I picked up my stored luggage. Very good! 👍

The room was clean and tidy, comfortable, bright, and quiet. This is my third time staying at the Golden Dragon Hotel. It's an established hotel with a high reputation.

Arrived at the hotel at 11 AM and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, helping us check in early and even upgrading us to a business room. The room wasn't huge, but the layout was very efficient, with distinct areas for the bathroom, sleeping, and a small living space. Everything was spotless and comfortable. The hotel's location is super convenient for transport. It's right next to the Sands Hotel, and just a short walk to catch a bus from Sands directly to The Venetian, The Londoner, and The Parisian. Lotus Square is right next to the hotel, and behind it is Macau Polytechnic University. If you want to visit the Ruins of St. Paul's, it's about a twenty-minute walk. Fisherman's Wharf is directly opposite the hotel, and there's a bus stop right on the side of the hotel, making getting around incredibly easy. For this price, given the location and the hotel's quality, I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau.

The hotel's location is excellent, with very convenient transportation nearby. The environment is also great, the room size is quite large, and there's a fantastic variety of dining options all around.
