"My second stay at Grand Lisboa Palace, and the experience was even better! 1. Smooth check-in, probably because it was late afternoon and not a weekend. 2. Got an direct upgrade to a Grand Suite, which was fantastic! 3. Breakfast was as rich and varied as always!"
Harbourview Hotel
"Value for Money Nice Place to get away and unwind. Very relaxing rooms altho kind of smells like moldy in this living room area i dont know why maybe i think because hotel is a bit old and on the seaside area same as other hotel in this line/area i noticed. Enjoyed the pool, you can purchase swimming stuff is a plus 👍 as we didnt bring any. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices here its why i chose to come back here and will surely come again every time i visit Macau 💜 This time i was lucky there was the food fest events happening."

Altira Macau
"The hotel is great, the view is awesome—facing the sea—and the room is big and clean. Special thanks to Yuki, the gym worker, who helped my girlfriend find the AirPod that we forgot to take after the gym. He even helped us open the machine to get it since it had dropped inside. I really appreciate it, and he was so nice to do all of that. The receptionist, Steven, was also nice; he helped me follow up on the case of the missing AirPod and finally brought it to my room. The service is awesome. I’m looking forward to coming again."
Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau
"Where Every Detail Felt Like Home. From the moment I stepped into Artyzen Grand Lapa, I felt a warm and inviting atmosphere. At check-in, I was greeted with the words, “We have been waiting for you,” which immediately made me feel special. Soon after, a beautiful bouquet of flowers with birthday wishes appeared—sent by my loved ones through the hotel, which was a wonderful surprise. The hotel kindly upgraded my room and offered a late check-out, and I also received a welcome fruit platter. The following day, the staff delivered the most delicious blueberry cheesecake, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The service throughout my stay was immaculate. I would especially like to thank Edgar and Maree for their assistance with booking my birthday dinner and helping me plan my sightseeing schedule. The room was lovely, with an exceptionally comfortable bed—I especially enjoyed the pillow menu. Coffee was great, everything worked perfectly, and I loved the strong shower and high-quality bathroom amenities. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The spa and swimming pool facilities were also amazing. Overall, the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Thank you for creating such a memorable and wonderful birthday experience for me."

Hotel Okura Macau
"All was good except the smoking smell in the room althogh it was a non smoking room. The smoking smell was so strong that I couldn't sleep well. They changed the room next day and it was ok. The Ramen resturant was just down there and many shops connected to other hotels."

"The hotel is quite grand and the rooms are very spacious, though a bit old-fashioned. There was a faint 'ding-dong' sound occasionally at night, so the soundproofing could be better. The service was excellent; the front desk staff were very welcoming and my luggage was delivered right to my room door. The shuttle service was great, running every few minutes, very convenient! Recommended."
YOHO Treasure Island Hotel - Rivage Continental
A premium extension offering upgraded suites with apartment-style comfort and enhanced city and waterfront views.
Regency Art Hotel
"To be honest, this hotel is beautiful on the outside, such as the lobby, restaurant, but the rooms? No! The rooms need intense revamp, there was a stuffed smell, the things in the room are so old, I can’t remember when I last saw the type of things they have, they need to get some new items that are more of updated for the rooms, besides that, the service was okay, can’t complain… I’ve gotten better service before so I think they can do better. The pool area is nice even if I didn’t get the chance to use it."

"It's convenient, but that's about it. The floor I was on smelled terrible, like a cigar bar. The front desk staff were really cold during check-in, but the employee who helped with the shuttle was very polite."
Grand Coloane Resort
"I would like to commend Hancy at the front desk. She was very welcoming and accommodating, providing us with all the necessary information about the hotel. The stay was highly convenient, especially with the free shuttle bus service. This was our first time here, and we found the hotel very nice and relaxing. We will definitely come back again! I also want to mention Cristina at the pool reception for her great service."
