Excellent
GGuest UserZaha Hadid's futuristic, flowing architecture gives the public areas an incredibly artistic vibe – every photo you take here looks amazing. The guest rooms are spacious with luxurious amenities, comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing. I really appreciated the smart facilities and complimentary mini-bar. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the border and airport, making travel very convenient. Located within City of Dreams, you can easily find dining, shopping, and entertainment right downstairs – the facilities are incredibly rich. The only minor drawback was having to wait a bit for the elevators during peak hours. Overall, it was a truly luxurious and high-quality stay.
DDeth capiliClean and tidy, very spacious. Special thanks to Jaypee for being very accomadating and making our stay comfortable and worth it. Surely will comeback again next time. 👍👍
GGuest UserI stayed at Altira Macau for a few days at the end of 2021, and coming back after four years, I'm truly amazed at what an impeccable hotel this is. In terms of facilities, the air conditioning was cool and quiet, and didn't blow directly onto the bed. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from outside the window or the hallway. The bathroom and the sofa lounge area were both very spacious, never feeling cramped at all. As for service, all the hotel staff were warm, polite, and made us feel right at home. And the convenience is undeniable: there are restaurants, supermarkets, and banks all around the hotel. It's incredibly easy to call a taxi or take public transport, and it's only about a ten-minute drive to either Coloane or the Macau Peninsula. What's particularly worth mentioning is the lounge on the 38th floor, which is very comfortable and perfect for a nightcap. I'm already planning my next trip before this one even ends, and I'll definitely choose Altira Macau again without hesitation when I return to Macau. I saw a review that said, 'If you're not satisfied with a hotel like this, are you expecting to live in a heavenly palace?' I couldn't agree more!
BBashinianhuanyoushijieEven with Macau's generally high hotel standards and my high expectations, The Londoner Macao's Bond Suite still exceeded them. The room was brand new, and the overall quality felt top-tier. What particularly stood out was the breakfast. You can enjoy it as late as 1 PM (simply keep your room card after 11 AM check-out or provide your room number to use the benefit – I recommend arriving about 30 minutes early to avoid queues and ensure you get a table). It's served à la carte at the Food Garden, with plenty of delicious options, and the portions are huge. Our two breakfasts were easily enough for a substantial lunch for two adults and one child. The swimming pool service was also excellent; they proactively offered snacks and water, and provided a life jacket for the little one.
GGuest UserAn absolutely five-star experience! The W Macau is stylish and trendy, with incredibly attentive service!
I was really impressed with my stay at the W Macau - Studio City. The hotel's location is fantastic, right inside Studio City. Downstairs, you'll find a mall, a Donki supermarket, and all sorts of dining options. The light rail station is just a short walk away, making transportation and shopping super convenient.
The room design is incredibly stylish and modern, very bright and chic. The floor-to-ceiling window, facing the Parisian Macao's Eiffel Tower, offers an absolutely unbeatable night view. The room was spotlessly clean, and the toiletries had a really premium scent.
CChoo Chee yuanIt was the best boutique hotel I ever experienced. We stayed 4days3nights there. Fast check-in, friendly staff especially Selene who help us with the check-in process, she gave the room that I request-high floor, near lift& room with a view of Macao tower. Selene handed out 2 roses for us. 🥰🥰🥰Such a sweet gesture. Fullly equiped hotel with AI toilet bowl, Dyson hair dryer, coffee machine & complimentary nail clipper. There is paid laundry area with iron& resting area with microwave& complimentary oats&tea!
Hotel S even gave us a complimentary photo at their rooftop bar as a memory with Macau tower as a background. Thank you Hotel S for making our stay a memorable one!Highly recommended hotel to stay in Macao!
CChrisChen1029The L'Occitane en Provence hotel is located on the 11th and 12th floors of The Parisian Macao building. Our room, 1216, offered a view of the East Asian Games Dome, with about two-thirds of the Eiffel Tower visible from the window. The stay included breakfast for two days. On the first day, we chose the Ice Room, and while there were many options, the food quality wasn't great. On the second day, we went to Angelina, which offers a Western-style breakfast that I personally preferred.
The hotel's location is a bit out of the way. There aren't many public transport options directly outside the hotel, with only the T435 'Skating Road / The Parisian Macao' bus route available. It's about a 700-800 meter walk to the nearest Light Rapid Transit (LRT) station.
JJieyuThe room was nice; I booked a sea-view room.
My daughter and I used to come here when she was little. Back then, it was quite new, with a beautiful and very comfortable environment, and it was called The Westin Resort Macau.
Originally, The Westin Resort Macau opened in 1993 and was renovated in 2004. In 2013, it won the Silver Award in the 'Macau Green Hotel Award.' In 2020, it was rebranded as the Grand Coloane Resort.
Now, under new management, the attention to detail in the decor is not as good as before, and it hasn't been redecorated, so it feels a bit dated. However, its unique location, right by Hac Sa Beach, makes it perfect for a family vacation away from the hustle and bustle. The original hotel architecture and garden design still retain that holiday vibe.
I'll definitely come back, hoping for some improvements, especially with the details.
AAnonymous UserWe have a good experience...my family spent the good relaxation..while in macau.casa real hotel give us the quality of good hotel.we Will come back again
AAnonymous UserThis time, I made a last-minute booking at Holiday Inn Macau. During check-in, Mr. Wang at the front desk was professional and efficient. After understanding my situation, he proactively upgraded me to an executive floor suite. He wasn't overtly enthusiastic, but his attention to detail made me feel genuinely valued.
It happened to be the fourth day of the ***** New Year, and in the morning, the hotel had a lion dance and a 'God of Wealth' performance. The atmosphere was lively but not chaotic – a nice, ceremonial touch. The executive floor was relatively quiet, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay overall.
What truly left an impression on me was what happened afterward. After checking out, I realized I had left my ring in the room, which naturally made me anxious. Upon contacting the hotel, the housekeeping manager quickly helped confirm its location and retrieve it. The entire communication process was efficient, and the sense of reassurance brought by such professionalism was more important than any physical amenity.
