Excellent
GGuest UserI booked two rooms and left a note requesting them to be next to each other. The front desk staff actually gave us adjoining rooms on the 37th floor, which was great. I think the main draw of this hotel is the 'novelty factor,' and it definitely delivered.
Everything in the minibar was complimentary except for the hard liquor, which was a nice touch. We ended up leaving a lot of it untouched...
The toiletries in the bathroom were sufficient and easy to use. The bathtub, though seemingly irregularly shaped, was actually quite spacious. Soundproofing was also good; it was very quiet at night.
The only minor issue was regarding breakfast. When booking, I couldn't clearly tell if it was custom delivered to the room or a buffet, as it wasn't clearly marked on Trip.com. This led to a lot of discussion at the front desk. The in-room breakfast quality was good, and you could select items and delivery times on an iPad, but it naturally couldn't compare to the variety of a buffet. The buffet required an additional payment of around 368 per person, so it depends on individual preference.
Everything else was great. The price from Trip.com was basically the lowest available. It's definitely worth experiencing.
DDeth capiliClean and tidy, very spacious. Special thanks to Jaypee for being very accomadating and making our stay comfortable and worth it. Surely will comeback again next time. 👍👍
CChichifanThis hotel completely exceeded my expectations. Located on the Taipa side, between Taipa and the Macau Peninsula, it offers convenient transportation with a bus stop right downstairs, making it close to all the main attractions. The hotel itself looks luxurious and is easily the most beautiful building in the area.
Amazing View: Check-in is on the 38th floor, and my room also faced the Grand Lisboa with a direct sea view. Lounging on the sofa, watching Macau's fishing boats during the day and the colorful lights of the Macau Peninsula at night – it was incredibly relaxing.
Hotel Service: The room attendant on the 29th floor, though male, was exceptionally thoughtful. He cleaned the room spotless daily and, noticing my glasses on the table, left a glasses cleaning cloth – a really nice touch. The daily fruit was always fresh and replenished.
Overall, I'm very satisfied.
The only minor drawback is that because the hotel is above a commercial area, getting around can be a little inconvenient. You need to go down to the 10th floor and then transfer to a different elevator. However, it's just a short detour. Also, the check-in process could be improved; the system was slow and there were many steps. Check-out, on the other hand, was quick. Hopefully, they can make some improvements there.
I wish them continued success.
GGuest UserI made a last-minute decision to stay at The Londoner Macao. After booking, I read some negative reviews, and honestly, I was a bit anxious for several hours before checking in and entering my room. I worried about long waits after check-in, strange odors in the room, and poor soundproofing, among other things. However, my experience was completely different. The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, and the room was clean, tidy, and completely free of any odors. The housekeeping staff work incredibly hard; while waiting for the elevator, I saw an auntie tirelessly cleaning rooms and even running to retrieve items on the floor. They clearly want to minimize guest waiting times. It's truly commendable that they're working on the front lines during a holiday when most people are with their families. For those who say the rooms are small, I'd suggest comparing them to hotels in Hong Kong at a similar price point. For what you pay at The Londoner Macao, you'd only get an old, super tiny room in Hong Kong. So, the service and facilities at The Londoner Macao are indeed excellent, and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely choose The Londoner Macao again on my next trip to Macau!
AAnonymous UserThe free mini-bar snacks and drinks were amazing! There were so many delicious treats, and we kept refilling them for the kids, and the staff remained incredibly enthusiastic. Even though it was Chinese New Year and very busy, we still got a room with a great view. I absolutely loved the Toy Story themed tote bag – my child adored it. This hotel truly excels in creating a positive and memorable experience, especially for children. The rooms are also spacious.
Cc1cil1aHad a fantastic stay! We were so lucky to have such a wonderful cleaning lady. She was responsible for our room (06928) for all four nights and was incredibly warm and friendly. Knowing we had two kids, she proactively gave us extra water bottles and tissues, just in case we ran out. Her dedication to her job was truly impressive; she would meticulously check each towel for stains before giving it to us. Even when I told her the bathroom didn't need cleaning, she'd spot dirty areas and kindly ask if we'd like her to clean them. I've never encountered such an exceptional cleaning staff member – so diligent and genuinely caring towards guests. I don't know her name, but she made our stay so much better. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, which made the kids very happy. The hotel also has a heated swimming pool, and on the second floor, there's a Yaohan department store and a food court, making it incredibly convenient. Even if we didn't go out, we could easily spend an entire day enjoying the hotel amenities with the kids.
GGuest UserStayed here with my child during the Chinese New Year. The room wasn't very big, probably on par with a 4-star hotel in China. There were a lot of families with kids, and I was very pleased with how soundproof the room was – I got a great night's sleep. What I didn't like was the bathroom and shower design; it was way too cramped. The toilet and sink were right next to each other, so if someone was using the toilet, no one else could wash their hands or brush their teeth. The shower door also opened in a very awkward direction, making it extremely tight, and the bathmat was completely useless, so you had to step out barefoot. The location is excellent though, with a Don Quijote supermarket and various eateries right downstairs.
GGuest UserMy stay at The Venetian Macao was absolutely beautiful and truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. The room was amazing — spacious, comfortable, and elegant, with lovely details that made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing.
One of the highlights was the stunning light show, which created such a magical atmosphere and added to the overall experience. The shopping was also incredible, with so many stores, restaurants, and things to see, making it easy to spend hours exploring without getting bored.
Traveling to and from the hotel was extremely convenient. The ferry shuttles were easy to find, well organized, and very affordable, which made getting around Macau simple and stress-free. Overall, The Venetian Macao exceeded expectations — a beautiful destination with excellent service, amazing facilities, and a truly enjoyable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again.
CChrisChen1029The L'Occitane en Provence hotel is located on the 11th and 12th floors of The Parisian Macao building. Our room, 1216, offered a view of the East Asian Games Dome, with about two-thirds of the Eiffel Tower visible from the window. The stay included breakfast for two days. On the first day, we chose the Ice Room, and while there were many options, the food quality wasn't great. On the second day, we went to Angelina, which offers a Western-style breakfast that I personally preferred.
The hotel's location is a bit out of the way. There aren't many public transport options directly outside the hotel, with only the T435 'Skating Road / The Parisian Macao' bus route available. It's about a 700-800 meter walk to the nearest Light Rapid Transit (LRT) station.
GGuest UserI'm quite sensitive to the smell of smoke, and being indoors with it makes me uncomfortable and dizzy. When I checked in, I tried to negotiate for a non-smoking room at the front desk, but they said none were available, so I had no choice but to take the room. When I entered, I was overwhelmed by the smell – the smoky odor was so strong, and I couldn't even open the windows to air it out! That's a huge negative. Later, after contacting Trip.com customer service and speaking with the front desk, they moved me to two non-smoking rooms. Their service attitude was very good, and I also enjoy ice water, so I asked the front desk to send some up, and they sent a generous amount. Very good, very nice!
