JJiafeiaichiniangaoOh my goodness, this hotel is absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff are all incredibly nice and accommodating, always ready to help and very friendly towards children. They even give you hand cream before bed, and everything in the mini-bar except alcoholic drinks is complimentary – there are even instant noodles, which my kids loved! The semi-buffet breakfast is also wonderful. I've stayed at The Londoner and Four Seasons in Macau before, and this time I tried Morpheus and St. Regis. I have to say, I highly recommend The Londoner and Morpheus; I'll definitely choose these two again next time. Of course, I'd also like to try other hotels, haha. And a big shout-out to Yí Lóng Hè at Morpheus – the food is delicious, the service is excellent, and for my birthday, they even gave me longevity buns and a pen with the Yí Lóng Hè logo. This was the most comfortable stay! I do have one small suggestion though: it would be even better if the customized birthday room key card also included the birth date.

AAhn Hyun JooAll was good except the smoking smell in the room althogh it was a non smoking room. The smoking smell was so strong that I couldn't sleep well. They changed the room next day and it was ok. The Ramen resturant was just down there and many shops connected to other hotels.

GGuest UserThis stay far exceeded my expectations! I originally booked it just for the decor, which I loved, but when I checked in, I found the room was incredibly spacious with excellent facilities. The housekeeping service truly went above and beyond with every detail. It was my first time seeing towels thoughtfully laid out at the bathroom entrance, in front of the vanity, and on the toilet floor even before I used anything. Honestly, the overall quality was well beyond what I paid for. After checking in, I went out for some shopping, and when I returned in the evening, I was pleasantly surprised to find that housekeeping had serviced the room again! Not only had they tidied up, but the half-empty water bottles by the bed were replaced with fresh ones, complete with new glasses, and another towel was placed at the foot of the bed. They even left a thoughtful complimentary travel-sized face cream. The only minor inconveniences were having to transfer once at City of Dreams if taking the hotel shuttle from the airport, and the standard Macau hotel check-in time of 3 PM with an 11 AM check-out the next day.

GGuest UserThe hotel facilities are very new, and the garden on the third floor is beautifully designed and a pleasure to look at. The shuttle bus is also very convenient, and the hotel room card allows for priority boarding. Breakfast is at the Grand Buffet, which is almost the largest buffet restaurant in Macau with a wide variety of options. This time, I wasn't able to upgrade to a garden view room, which would have offered a distant view of Macau Airport. It's very suitable for families, as they provide a free extra fold-out bed next to the sofa. I would choose to stay here again next time.

In the afternoon, they sent a birthday cake [cake], balloons 🎈, and fruit, which made me really happy. Then, I had another pleasant surprise at breakfast the next morning! Every day at 6 PM, there's a champagne toast ceremony 🍷 using Veuve Clicquot, which truly made me feel joyful and happy 🥳 [celebration]. The service attitude was excellent 👍. They were always responsive, sending hot milk 🥛 and cookies!

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean, hygienic, and comfortable. The front desk staff, Emily, Yoyo, Delia, Margarida, Erica, Alex, Susie, and Zika, were all incredibly warm and attentive. A special shout-out to Emily, who even upgraded our room for free – we're so grateful to her! Highly recommend staying here.

GGuest UserThis hotel smells lovely, and the staff provide excellent service. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you're not a gambler. There are plenty of food options downstairs, and you can even catch a slight sea view from the 12th floor. Plus, there's a shuttle bus service to the port.

Vvivian_eastwoodThis is my second stay here, and I absolutely love it! The environment is great, and the service is excellent. They even upgraded my room. Currently, they also have an Indian food night dinner event. A taxi to the Galaxy Arena costs 50, but if you want to save money, you can take bus 21A right outside the hotel. Get off at The Londoner, and The Venetian is just across the street. The Londoner also has a direct shuttle to the airport. I really like it here and will definitely come back next time!

AAnonymous UserThis time, I made a last-minute booking at Holiday Inn Macau. During check-in, Mr. Wang at the front desk was professional and efficient. After understanding my situation, he proactively upgraded me to an executive floor suite. He wasn't overtly enthusiastic, but his attention to detail made me feel genuinely valued.
It happened to be the fourth day of the ***** New Year, and in the morning, the hotel had a lion dance and a 'God of Wealth' performance. The atmosphere was lively but not chaotic – a nice, ceremonial touch. The executive floor was relatively quiet, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay overall.
What truly left an impression on me was what happened afterward. After checking out, I realized I had left my ring in the room, which naturally made me anxious. Upon contacting the hotel, the housekeeping manager quickly helped confirm its location and retrieve it. The entire communication process was efficient, and the sense of reassurance brought by such professionalism was more important than any physical amenity.
