00862****So glad we chose to stay at The Manor for our trip to Macau! The top-notch service was incredibly heartwarming 🥰. We were celebrating my nearly 80-year-old mother's birthday and seeing The House of Dancing Water, and The Manor provided us with perfect accommodation, a perfect view, and a lovely birthday celebration. My mother was absolutely delighted. Angel, Lancer, and Bryan all gave us a warm welcome. Orlando helped us with our luggage and escorted us to our room during check-in, explaining all the facilities and even helping to set up the birthday atmosphere. At check-out, Jim accompanied us all the way, assisting with our luggage to the car drop-off point. So many moving and happy moments, The Manor will definitely be our first choice next time we visit Macau!
GGuest UserFacilities: Excellent and very convenient.
Cleanliness: The room was spotless, and the housekeeping staff were very attentive.
Ambiance: The overall environment is lovely, and the best part is the sea view.
Service: Absolutely 5-star worthy.
KKai Lee AustraliaThe best and most beautiful hotel accomodation I have ever experience.
Airport pickup by hotel limousine was pre organised to welcoming us at the hotel front door by a dedicated host, leading us straight to the suite, skipping the checkin process at the lobby was fantastic.
Breakfast & dinner at Hampton Court was very luxury, absolutely fantastic.
Communication via WhatsApp was very efficient and respond was very fast.
The best feature in our suite was the massage chair.
SSharoncaopengThe hotel is located in a residential area, so there are many local eateries and restaurants right downstairs. It takes about 25-30 minutes by bus to get to the Ruins of St. Paul's. The service is standard for an international five-star hotel. However, when I booked, I thought breakfast would be a buffet in the restaurant, but upon arrival, I was informed it was room service breakfast. So, if you're someone who expects a lot of choices for breakfast, that might be a drawback.
GGongshangjiaohuiyuOur trip to Macau was absolutely wonderful this time, and my family and I were very pleased with our choice of the W Hotel. We arrived just after 1 PM, and while there was a queue for check-in, the concierge was very attentive in helping with our luggage, so the wait wasn't long at all. The front desk lady quickly arranged a room for us. The room itself was very comfortable, with a lovely view of the tower. Housekeeping was excellent and always responsive to our needs. My child had some specific requests regarding the internet, and a staff member promptly came to assist. They also asked if we wanted turndown service.
The dinner buffet at 'Tastes' restaurant was fantastic. What really stood out was when my child, who loves lobster, asked if they could make it with butter, and the chef actually prepared it especially for us! A lovely young lady brought it over and even asked for our feedback on the taste. Of course, the chef's skills were superb, and all the other desserts and dishes were delicious, and the ambiance was great too.
Furthermore, the hotel's location is excellent. Just a right turn from the lobby guest elevator, you'll find a coffee shop and a Don Quijote supermarket. Across the street is The Parisian, and a short walk further brings you to The Londoner. This whole area is vibrant at night, making it very convenient for post-dinner strolls and shopping. At check-out, the concierge was equally thoughtful, helping us call a taxi and load our luggage. Macau isn't a large area; a taxi from the hotel to Gongbei was just over 100 MOP, and it would be much closer to Hengqin Port. Overall, the hotel's facilities and service during our stay were impeccable, highly recommended!
XXuxiao0007As a Mandarin Oriental fan, I specifically chose the Mandarin Oriental Macau for my birthday stay, and the actual experience lived up to my expectations. As one of the very few high-star hotels in Macau without a casino, the Mandarin Oriental is truly an ideal place to stay. Several details really stood out and earned extra points. First, during check-in, the front desk duty manager, Hallie, proactively recognized it was my birthday and reserved a tower-view room on the highest floor in advance. This kind of luxury service truly lies in these small details. After we arrived in our room, we noticed some stains and imperfections on the bedding. When we informed the front desk before heading out, they meticulously re-housekept the room. Later that evening, returning to our room, we found a heartfelt letter and a fan prepared by the hotel's guest relations manager, Melody, which was very touching. The ability to efficiently and professionally resolve issues, even when they arise, is what guests value most. Finally, on the day of checkout, I went to the gym and met Annie and Leo. Upon learning I wanted to purchase some hotel merchandise to take home, they specifically arranged for a colleague from the spa to open early for us. When I used the pool, Leo was incredibly enthusiastic and attentive throughout. These details were definitely a huge plus. I hope the hotel management recognizes these efficient and professional staff members and conveys our gratitude. Should I return to Macau, MO will still be my top choice.
JJushifulvxingrijiThe room was spacious and clean with complete amenities, and all the toiletries were L'Occitane products, which really got me interested. When I checked out, the front desk even gave me a sample, which I loved. It's also quite convenient for getting around; there's a light rail just a few hundred meters away that goes straight to the airport. The only downside is that the toothbrush bristles were too hard and made my gums bleed. 😫
MM28715****It's pretty good, and they offer Chinese-speaking service.
The only minor drawbacks are that the hotel's surrounding environment is a bit noisy, and rooms facing the street might be affected by some noise. Also, the hotel doesn't have facilities like a swimming pool or a gym, which might be inconvenient for guests who require them.
GGuest UserThe hotel was clean, well-organized, and sufficient for our stay. It has a convenient location near the ferry terminal, though it’s not the best spot if you want to be close to major attractions — you’ll need to walk a bit. The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and comfortable as well. The casino had a somewhat dated vibe, and we didn’t have time to check out the pool, but note that you’ll need to bring a hair cap if you plan to swim.
MM819371****The hygiene was excellent, and the environment was decent. However, the front desk service was very mediocre. Once you've booked a room, you're expected to follow their rules with no flexibility whatsoever; in other words, they're quite rigid. The hotel's location is superb, right on Beijing Street, making it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The hotel facilities are pretty standard.
