"I stayed at The Londoner Royal Garden for two nights. From the moment our butler, Willson, and I discussed the details before arrival, I immediately felt the exceptional service: efficient and attentive. Royal Garden was a special choice for our trip to Macau, so we were eagerly anticipating the hotel experience. We often stay in hotels on business trips, and sometimes there's a gap between our expectations and the actual experience. However, The Londoner Royal Garden constantly surprised, touched, and exceeded our expectations. Knowing that we were celebrating a family member's birthday, beyond the usual courtesies, butlers Willson and Joa went above and beyond to make thoughtful arrangements throughout our stay. Every little detail, from the small card to the heartwarming birthday song, touched the family and us, making us feel like family. A luxury hotel is more than just about the high-end ambiance and amenities; it's also about the operational philosophy and advanced service of the entire team, from the director to the butlers. What's particularly touching is the warmth of the hotel. Royal Garden is a warm and beautiful home-like experience. We express our sincere gratitude to the team at The Londoner Royal Garden."

"This time, my stay at The Londoner Macao was a bit rushed, so I could only book the Louis Suite. When checking in, the front desk informed me that the Windsor Suite was available. Katrina helped us pay the difference to switch to the new room, which was incredibly spacious and clean. From the moment we stepped out of the car into the hotel lobby until we reached our room, every staff member we encountered was highly professional and enthusiastic. They even helped us book two Michelin-starred restaurants during a holiday period and were always quick to answer any questions or resolve issues. They also pre-booked our breakfasts for us. One day, when we were going to dine elsewhere, the hotel arranged for their special shuttle car to take us, which was such a thoughtful touch! It’s worth mentioning that The Londoner Court breakfast offers two areas to choose from, both featuring a buffet alongside à la carte options. The highlight of Court Area 1 is their signature Lobster Eggs Benedict and grilled scallops. Area 2's specialties include sashimi, cheung fun, and caviar waffles, and the seafood noodles are a must-try, packed with seafood. The happy hour and afternoon tea are also highly recommended; the dim sum and various small dishes are exquisite and delicious. The hotel staff provided impeccable service. On Chinese New Year's Eve and when we checked out, they even gave us two beautiful gifts with handwritten cards. It was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming. The pillow selection was excellent. Throughout our stay, various staff members delivered cards and gifts. Katrina, Teresa, and Mark Liang from the hotel's Guest Relations team assisted us with numerous issues, and the housekeeping lady was also very welcoming. The entire hotel's service was truly professional. The staff members at the elevator entrances on each floor were all very friendly, especially the foreign gentleman on the first floor who was very welcoming to my family. Overall, the hotel left a fantastic impression on us. It's also very convenient to get to The Venetian and The Parisian from The Londoner. The various restaurants within The Londoner are also highly recommended, especially the Hoi Sin seafood hotpot. It was excellent! I'll definitely choose to stay at The Londoner again on my next trip to Macao."

"Facilities: The hotel is very new, both the software and hardware are up to par, meeting the star rating standards. Hygiene: I absolutely trust the hygiene in Macau, no issues there. Environment: The environment is great, smells lovely, thumbs up. Service: In terms of service, the only thing is that check-in at the lobby was a bit slow, even though it wasn't peak season. Hope they can improve on that, but the service itself was otherwise flawless."

"An absolutely wonderful experience! The front desk service, provided by a Malaysian girl, was exceptional. From check-in to personally guiding me to my room and explaining all the facilities and their use, she was incredibly nice. The room itself was spacious, and the fresh and delicious fruit delivered daily was a lovely touch. Evian water was readily available everywhere. The room was also cleaned promptly and thoroughly. The 31st-floor pool was sparkling clean. All in all, this is hands down the best hotel in Macau. I will definitely choose Banyan Tree again for my next visit."

The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"This hotel delivered a full 5-star experience, and I couldn't be happier! It's super convenient to get to – we just hopped in a taxi from the ferry terminal straight to the hotel. And for our return trip to Hong Kong, there's a direct shuttle service to Tsim Sha Tsui right from the hotel lobby (the 'HK-Macau Express'), which was a great way to experience the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. The hotel is connected to The Londoner and The Parisian, so you could literally spend an entire day exploring and still not see everything. The service was excellent, and the room was incredibly spacious. With two queen-sized beds, it could easily accommodate four people. Definitely much better value for money than the 'pigeon-hole' hotels you find in Hong Kong!"

"First of all, the 7th floor of the Eiffel Tower is free to enter, so the 'free entry' voucher offered by the merchant was meaningless. When checking in, Calrin upgraded our room and gave chocolates to the children. However, the staff helping with luggage when we checked out had a bad attitude and wouldn't open the trunk for us, which immediately soured the experience. The hotel also had an overpowering perfume smell."

"We chose the Cotai view room at Studio City for our honeymoon in Macau, and we could see the Eiffel Tower. Studio City has a shuttle bus, which made it very convenient to get directly from the airport to the hotel lobby. The hotel service was incredibly thoughtful. I had emailed them in advance with my requests, and they met all of them: a non-smoking room and a high-floor room with a tower view. The room view was excellent, and we received complimentary fruit and snacks (drinks in the mini-fridge were free, and snacks were replenished daily). Knowing it was our honeymoon, the hotel decorated the room beforehand and even surprised us with roses and a chocolate cake – it felt very special. The Eiffel Tower view was even more spectacular at night. Our view room offered a panoramic vista of Cotai's bustling cityscape, and we could even spot the Londoner's Big Ben. We also tried Studio City's Golden Reel Ferris wheel, and the night view from there was fantastic. The hotel's amenities are comprehensive. The Don Quijote on the first floor was very convenient for shopping; you could find a wide variety of Japanese bentos and snacks there, and we went almost every day. The hotel breakfast had a good variety and was generally quite nice, plus there were many other dining options available, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay!"

Hotels in Macau Peninsula,Macau
YOHO Treasure Island hotel, a landmark situated in the center of the transportation hub in the peninsula of Macau, boasts breathtaking views. The hotel features rooms with a sophisticated luxurious design that captures some of the most iconic landmarks, such as the stunning views of Nam Van Lake, the dazzling Nam Van Lake fountain, and the renowned Wynn fountain. As the sea meets the sky, the lake blends with the city, forming an unforgettable scenery. YOHO Treasure Island hotel provides long-stay apartment-style suites with fully equipped kitchens and washing machines, allowing you to feel at home while away. And located in the key area of Macau peninsula, the hotel is right in front of the largest bus transfer station in Macau and is connected to nearby Grand Lisboa, Hotel Lisboa, Wynn Resorts, MGM Macau, StarWorld Hotel, and Bank of China Building via pedestrian tunnels, offering convenient transportation while surrounded by stunning views. At sunset, the sunset paints the sky orange, reflecting on the lake surface, creating a romantic and beautiful scenery. When darkness falls, experience the dazzling city landscapes up close and bring home an unforgettable experience.

"Let's start with the pros, then the cons. **Pros:** The view from the window is incredibly clear, making the city views very pleasant. The bathroom has a rain shower. Both the bathroom and bedding were spotlessly clean, and the quality of the toiletries provided was excellent. The hotel itself is relatively new. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedside outlets are compatible with mainland China plugs, so no adapter is needed, and the room even provides a 3-in-1 charging cable. **Location:** The location is excellent, situated close to the old and new Grand Lisboa and Wynn (the original Wynn, not Wynn Palace). However, because the roads are wide, even though everything is on the same roundabout, it still takes about ten minutes to walk across a few streets. Families with elderly members might want to keep this in mind. If you're looking for easy access to food, it's probably better to book a hotel near Senado Square; there are several good options there. If you're not planning on hitting the casinos, a city view room offers great views of these iconic buildings. Also, just across the road is a large bus hub (as shown in the picture), which is a huge plus as you can basically get anywhere in Macau from there. The hotel offers shuttle buses to other hotels and major border gates, and taxis are easy to find. Personally, I think staying in the old district is more convenient than Taipa for city walks; within 1-4 km, you can explore many historical sites, small shops, and local eateries. Macau is small, so taxis are convenient everywhere. The starting fare is MOP 25, and from Qingmao Port to here, it was MOP 76. **Floors:** The front desk is on the basement level (B1), so there's a distinction between the 'Hotel Lobby' (L floor) and the 'Entrance Lobby' (G floor). Taxis and food deliveries drop off at the Entrance Lobby (G floor). **Price:** For reference, I stayed in April on a weekday, in a city view fountain room, and it cost between RMB 600-700 including tax. **Cons:** The room didn't have a 'do not disturb' sign or light. When I smelled smoke, both the front desk and housekeeping phones went unanswered. The wardrobe doors were covered in grease stains and fingerprints from previous guests; housekeeping might only do basic cleaning and overlooked these 'public' areas of the cabinet. The soundproofing is indeed very poor. If anyone walks by in the corridor or talks at a normal volume, it sounds very loud in the room. When housekeeping cleans the rooms upstairs or on either side, and their mops hit the walls, it causes serious disturbance in the room (as shown in the video recording), making it feel like the walls are hollow. Ironically, the glass windows are well soundproofed; despite the busy roundabout downstairs with constant traffic, I couldn't hear any outside noise. A major negative point is that the hotel doesn't manage its non-smoking policy effectively. The elevators smelled like a KTV lounge, and the corridors had a pervasive smoky carpet smell. Passing by one room, three men walked out, and the smell of smoke from inside was nauseating. The 11th floor is supposed to be non-smoking, but I frequently smelled smoke in the corridor, and once, the smoke smell from the corridor directly entered my room. I opened my door to complain to the staff but noticed that even though staff members were present, they seemed to ignore the situation. Later, I complained to the duty manager in the lobby, who was also quite helpless, stating it was an issue of guest etiquette, and they could only check for smoke smell upon checkout and fine the departed guests if found. This doesn't solve the problem at all, leaving non-smoking, rule-abiding guests like us as the victims. When I went to the front desk for an inquiry, I saw a male staff member there who was very perfunctory when another guest approached with a question, not even looking up, which was very rude, almost like a roadside shop assistant dealing with someone asking for directions. Overall, despite claiming to be a five-star hotel, the management seems quite disorganized."

"I stayed at The Londoner Grand from March 22 to March 25, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel’s location is incredibly strategic—directly connected or within walking distance to The Venetian, The Parisian, Four Seasons, MGM, City of Dreams, and Wynn. It made exploring Cotai extremely convenient. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the bathtub, the complete amenities, and the fact that the air‑conditioning could be adjusted so it wasn’t overly cold like many other hotels. This small detail made a big difference, allowing us to sleep very well. We also requested extra pillows during our stay, and they were delivered promptly. The hotel facilities are extensive, including a 24‑hour gym, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi—although I didn’t have the chance to use all of them, it’s impressive to have such options available. The staff were consistently warm, polite, and responsive. Every request was handled quickly and professionally. During checkout, we asked for a late checkout because our flight was at 9 PM, and the team accommodated us without any issue. I would also like to give special appreciation to Koenig from the Concierge/Bell Boy team, who was extremely helpful when we were heading to the airport. His assistance left a very positive impression. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at The Londoner Grand. It was comfortable, convenient, and supported by excellent service. We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we visit Macau."

"Check-in took way too long. When I booked, Trip.com showed that Grand Lisboa Palace offers 3 PM check-in. We arrived at the hotel at 2:40 PM, planning to shower and rest a bit before heading out in the evening. However, we were told our room wasn't ready and we'd have to wait an hour and a half. So, we walked around the mall and garden. At 4:30 PM, we checked again, and they said it still wasn't ready, another 30 minutes. We were getting sleepy from all the walking, and finally checked in at 5:30 PM. That's a solid two and a half hour delay. After complaining online, Grand Lisboa Palace only offered a small fruit platter as an apology, and nothing else. As for the hardware, I found the bed a bit too soft, which gave me a backache. The soundproofing in the room was mediocre; I could clearly hear people talking in the hallway. The shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom were bolted down, as if they were afraid guests would take them. Service-wise, it wasn't bad, but it wasn't amazing either – just average."
