"The room was large and comfortable, and the service was beyond expectation. If needed, the housekeeper would take care of and accompany you throughout the trip. After shopping with my mother, the housekeeper Xiao Huang was very kind to help her arrange a foot bath. Xiao Lin and Xiao Huang carefully arranged small gifts, which showed their listening and thoughtfulness, and the exhibitions introduced were very nice. The ingredients for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails were fresh enough to eat very well. It was a short vacation with good value for money."

The Londoner Hotel is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Londoner Hotel is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Macau. The hotel is conveniently located a short 2km drive from Macau International Airport. Just a short walk from Union Hospital Metro Station, traveling to most city destinations is a breeze. With Aqua World, The Venetian Macao and House of Dancing Water all within a short distance, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Macau hotel features parking on site. There's never a dull moment at this hotel, our guests indicate that the facilities are excellent. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

"The room is huge, a suite with luxurious decor, all marble, and a strong British vibe. Our luggage was delivered directly to the room. There's a separate walk-in closet, a dressing table, and a bathroom with double sinks. The toilet has smart controls, and the wash, blow, and flush functions are all automatic. The shower room is spacious and bright, with a marble seat and six showerheads (one large overhead rain shower, a handheld shower, and four small side jets – great for a back massage!). The water pressure is really strong; be careful when turning it on as there are many controls, and water can spray out suddenly. 😄 I regret not trying the hotel's provided bathrobe; I heard it's very comfortable. The room is fully stocked with complimentary snacks and drinks, more than you could possibly finish, because the hotel's included three free meals are incredibly filling! For breakfast, we chose the Chinese option (there's also Western on the other side). You absolutely must order the Lobster Benedict, Crab Congee, and Abalone Siu Mai. While afternoon tea consists of small bites, it's definitely enough to fill you up! Don't miss the evening cocktails either; you might not feel like eating much more, but it's a must-try! Be careful not to go to the wrong place when checking in; The Londoner is on the left, and Conrad is on the right. Guests who aren't familiar with the names might easily miss it. Special thanks to Abin from the lobby for his enthusiastic and thoughtful care and all the tips, as well as the beautiful Jessica, supervisor at Huating, and Mr. Pu, the breakfast supervisor. Your hard work is appreciated! A truly rare experience on Taipa, Macau! Oh, and don't forget to go see the free musical fountain and take the SkyCab at Wynn Palace at night – it's absolutely beautiful! It's about a 10-minute walk from The Londoner, just turn right when you exit."

Opened in 2018, the City of Dreams – Morpheus Macau offers travelers a pleasant stay in Macau, whether for business or leisure purposes. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 3km from Macau International Airport and 11km from Zhuhai Railway Station. There's plenty to do nearby, with Venetian Theatre, Casino at Venetian Macao and Carmel Garden all within a short distance. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. This Macau hotel offers parking on site.

"I was drawn to the Morpheus hotel's exterior on my last visit to Macau, so this time I specifically booked two nights. The room design is very modern, and all the facilities look brand new, almost unique in Macau. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. Whether calling the hotel through the Ctrip app on my phone or contacting room service from the room, the service was professional and attentive. Communication was seamless in either English or Mandarin, and all the staff were very patient. There's luggage storage service available both before check-in and after check-out. If early check-in is possible, the front desk will call to notify you. You can walk to the City of Dreams' free shuttle bus to get to the ferry terminal, airport, and other places. Staff members guide you, and the queues aren't too long, making it very convenient for catching flights. The hotel lobby is next to the COD casino, with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel gym isn't 24-hour; it opens at 10 AM, requires registration with a staff member, and is relatively small. My room faced Macau University of Science and Technology and the airport, so there wasn't much of a view. Turndown service in the evening included hand cream/essential oil. The fruit platter and mini-bar items were fully replenished each day. The toiletries were a full set from Acqua di Parma, and there was also a Zaha Hadid book in the room. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future."

"We brought our kids here to celebrate Children's Day. The hotel called me beforehand to inquire about our preferences and even decorated for the occasion, preparing numerous gifts for the children. The staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They also offered a complimentary breakfast at the Executive Lounge, and the food quality was outstanding. The changing rooms, located on the third floor, offer direct access to the Grand Resort Deck, where we spent two consecutive days. The facilities in the changing rooms were very upscale, comparable to a high-end spa in Shenzhen, complete with a sauna and steam room. During check-in, a staff member personally escorted me to the room and provided a detailed introduction, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, it was an exceptionally satisfying experience!"

An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"Booked a three-day, two-night luxurious Royal Suite through Ctrip. Upon arriving at the hotel lobby, we were greeted by a young and lovely Ms. Wen. She warmly and thoughtfully inquired about our check-in preferences and then specifically arranged a room for us on a non-smoking floor. To allow us more time for activities, she even permitted us to go directly to our room to rest and drop off our luggage before noon. Her efficient and excellent service added a lot of pleasant surprises and joy to our trip. We are truly grateful for that!"

"We requested a smoking room, but there was hardly any lingering smell, which was great. We stayed on the 17th floor, and the breakfast included a fantastic lobster buffet – truly all-you-can-eat! Downstairs, you can go shopping, and it's quite close to Wynn Palace. To get to Senado Square, there's no shuttle, so you'll need to take a taxi or other transportation. We paid 80 MOP for a taxi there. On the way back, we took a shuttle to another hotel and then walked the rest of the way. Overall, the breakfast offers much better value for money than the local cha chaan tengs, so it's definitely worth trying."

"From December 2nd to 4th, I had a leisure vacation and chose to stay at The Londoner Macao's Grand Suites. The service experience was truly excellent. Check-in is usually at 3:00 PM, and by the time I got to the front desk, it was already past that. The front desk staff informed me that the non-smoking area still needed a bit more time as housekeeping wasn't finished yet, and Deluxe King rooms were in high demand. They offered to upgrade me to a suite and first asked if I minded being a bit further from the elevator. I said I didn't, and they immediately processed the upgrade to a suite. I was able to move into the room right away, and I was very happy with it. For my first night, the mini-bar drinks and snacks were complimentary, which was a thoughtful touch. I was quite hungry and didn't want to go out, so this considerate gesture was perfect. After a two-and-a-half-hour drive and crossing the Hengqin border, I was exhausted and needed to rest, and this really made things convenient for me at that moment. I was very satisfied with the hotel service – that's the first point. Secondly, when I checked out on December 4th at noon, I called for a bellboy to help with some luggage. He arrived even quicker than expected, with a genuine smile. He introduced himself as Koenig and said, 'Ma'am, I'm here to assist you with everything.' He was polite and spoke in a very friendly tone. Such a bellboy leaves an excellent impression; he was truly courteous. It's clear the hotel's training program is very effective. Koenig was absolutely a professionally trained hotel staff member, with every action being perfectly executed. He proactively asked about my stay and if I was satisfied with the hotel, and if everything was convenient. His proactive communication with guests shows how much he cares about their experience, which is an excellent quality. Hotels really need frontline staff like this to get feedback on guests' experiences. This has already given me a good reason to choose The Londoner Macao's Grand Suites again for my next stay. I hope the hotel continues to offer more pleasant surprises to its guests. 💁🖐🌹🌹"

"Weekend Macau Staycation Solo Diary 📔 | Treasure Island Hotel Guide No early mornings, no socializing, just a quiet moment to recharge solo. Staycations are truly rejuvenating! 🔋 📎 YOHO Treasure Island Hotel - Pure Gold (Treasure Island) Firework Seaview Room 🌃 The room offers a stunning view of the Macau Tower at night when lit up – absolutely gorgeous. This room type is a must-book during the firework festival! 🌊 The infinity pool on the second floor of the hotel is a fantastic spot for photos. 🏊‍♂️ Lying there soaking up the sun felt like I was back in Bali! 🏝️ 🏋️ The gym equipment is more than enough for a beginner like me. Sweating it out while running with a view of the Grand Lisboa & Almeida Ribeiro Street is truly refreshing. 🪧 The location is superb, right on the peninsula. It's only a 15-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. Guests get free parking upon check-in, plus 3 hours of free parking for all guests, with additional free hours for spending! This is super friendly for those who drive!!! Dining, a supermarket 🛒, and a cinema 🎬 are all downstairs in the YOHO Treasure Island Mall. The Jellycat tennis 🎾 charm and the small bear soft necklace 🧸 are so cute!!! For lunch, I had a Five Guys burger 🍔 – I absolutely love their bacon cheeseburger; the beef patty is so juicy. In the afternoon, I went to CAFÉ KITSUNE for coffee ☕️. The coffee art had the brand's classic little fox design. The dessert display had a wide variety of beautiful pastries. In the evening, I had an authentic Chaoshan beef hotpot at Hoi Wan Hoi Kei, then went to Bona International Cinema to watch the latest Zootopia 2. It was so chill ✨. The seats were large and comfortable, and there were USB charging ports and small lights. #staycation #YOHOTreasureIslandMall #YOHOTreasureIslandHotel #MacauHotel #MacauFoodandPlayGuide #MacauTowerView #MacauInfinityPool"

"Arrived in Macau after 9 PM. The 701X bus from Hengqin Port took us directly to the hotel lobby entrance, which was super convenient. Every staff member was polite and helpful when answering questions. We arrived too late to ride the Ferris wheel, though. They told us the room had free snacks and drinks and also pointed out places for kids to play. There's food, drinks, and a Don Quijote on the first floor, great for a browse. The night view was beautiful, with the Eiffel Tower and MGM visible across the way."
