"The room was very sparsely furnished. There was no hand soap or paper towels. The bedding was disposable and quite uncomfortable, and the slippers were the plastic kind you find in public baths. Check-in wasn't until after 2 PM, and they weren't flexible even when I wasn't feeling well. The only upside is its proximity to the Ruins of St. Paul's. I don't think it's worth the price. If you mind disposable bedding, you should definitely reconsider."

"Frankly, for a five-star property the offering falls slightly short of expectations. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and the staff are unquestionably the highlight. That said, for a premium experience, the jacuzzi tub in our room was defective and non-functional, and several towels were visibly worn, some even had holes in them. It’s surprising these details weren’t caught before arrival, but they feel worth noting for a property at this level."

"The location is a bit out of the way, not close to the city center, but it's perfect for those who need peace and quiet. We arrived early and were able to check in ahead of time, plus we got a room upgrade – awesome!!"
