"I chose the Hou Kong Hotel this time and was very satisfied. You can take bus 25 from The Venetian to Shui Kang Mei, and the hotel is right across the road. The soundproofing is excellent; with the windows closed, you barely hear a thing. A special thanks to the two front desk staff, Picky and Edie, who were very kind, enthusiastic, and had a great attitude! There are also plenty of dining options around the hotel!"

MM2cvmmh6p****Upon entering the room, my first impression was that it was small. My second impression was how warm and inviting the overall decor and color scheme were. And thirdly, it was very clean. After actually using the room, my first thought was that the bed was indeed small, making it difficult for two people to sleep comfortably. My second impression was a strong, unpleasant odor, likely coming from the bathroom. My third impression was that the soundproofing was very poor. Since my room faced the street, I could hear people walking downstairs. However, I managed to sleep by wearing earplugs. I wouldn't recommend staying here during the off-season. I simply couldn't find a better room for New Year's Eve.
Ffrog_the_nameA great place! Stayed there for 1 night but would gladly stay for longer and would definitely come back if I happen to come to Macao again. Not new, but tidy and comfortable. The room was exactly as on the pictures, my window faced a small playground/park, not a bad view :) You could open the windows. Great location, a walking distance away from almost everywhere in the area.
Check in was smooth, the staff asked for a 100$ deposit which I was ready for and provided 100 HKD I had on me. The deposit was returned upon checking out. After the check out they let me leave my bag for as much as I needed so I went on to explore Macao without the extra weight on me.
The room was spacious, the areas nicely separated. The shower had a glass wall. Shower gel and shampoo provided, but I have a little suspicion it was the same liquid poured into 2 different bottles because it smelled the same lol did not bother me since I only stayed for 1 night. there was also a dental kit, a hairdryer, hangers, tissues, disposable slippers and even a shaving kit. there was no soap but I asked the reception and they kindly provided me with 2 small hotel-like bars.
The air conditioner worked perfectly, the bed linens were clean, the sockets had universal adapters
DDennis hiDisposable sheets and pillowcases were provided. The floor was clean, and there were no strange smells from the bedding or the room. The area is quite small, about 6-7 square meters. There's a private bathroom and disposable bath towels are also provided.
GGuest UserThe place was very convenient and highly accessible to Senado Square. Thereâs a nearby 24/7 convenience store and the place is surrounded by plenty of food options. The place was clean, and everything worked perfectly during my stay.
I arrived close to midnight, and while the staff when I checked-in was a local with limited English, I was still able to go through the check-in procedure smoothly. The staffs were friendly and accommodating, especially the morning shift, which was a fellow Filipino so it was easier to ask for some recommendations around the area.
Overall, I highly recommend this place! For directions, simply search Naughty Nuri on Google Maps. The alley on the left side will lead you to the accommodation.
WWodeyouzizhine^Hotel prices in Macau are always on the high side. I stumbled upon this hotel in the old town area. Since I'm not familiar with the place, a kind acquaintance helped me find my way. The hotel is on the second floor and not too hard to locate. It's also very close to the Ruins of St. Paul's.
MMhelanieThe experience of staying in the place is great! It is convenient for those who needed a place to stay temporarily. Also to include the placeâs destination, wherein it is close to the tourists spots that we wanted to visit and take pictures. Overall, the place is good and convenient for everyone.
GGuest UserWe stayed for two nights. We did know that they only provide disposal towels so we brought our own. What we did not expect was disposable bed sheets (pic). It was very uncomfortable feeling on the skin, made me sweat like crazy probably because of the plastic like fabric. It also ripped during the first night, I expected it to get exchanged when they bring new water (itâs very common to get two water bottles per night) but it didnât. So we were left with the ripped disposable sheets and the actual blanket came through. That made me think how often that must have happened before: the people start to sweat (macau is warm and kinda humid) into the actual blanket which is probably never cleaned because of the disposable sheets. Next guests the same thing happens, so basically everyone is sleeping under the same blanket. Doesnât seem very hygienic to me.
Also the bed was very hard (even for Asian standards). My partner and I are both under 25 and had back pain the next morning.
The whole hotel and also the room was very humid, smelled like cigarettes/cigar and you canât open any windows, not even partially.
Otherwise it does look like the pictures and the rest of the room/bath was clean except for the smell and probably the bed. Also the location is very convenient.
If I wanted to visit macau again I would probably get a hotel in Zhuhai (mainland china) which is less expensive and locals told us there is a 24h border control and the whole process only takes about 10min.
GGuest UserIt is my first time to book through trip.com and i will rate 5 star for our trip.Happy Family Hotel or Hotel Familia Feliz is in good location, walking distance to Ruins of St Paul, Cathedral of the Nativity of our Lady, St Dominic etcâŠ. As well to senado square to Casinoâs it is at the back of Lisboa Casino Hotel very accessible to buses, the room is small but it is very clean, the front desk is english speaking, they are filipino even chinese front desk can speak english they have wifi and some complimentary water, you can make your coffee they provide electric kettle in every room, what i really like is the elevator, it can wait long time even with out pressing the button, plus the staff or fronk desk very polite and approachable, Mr Sraul filipino front desk even help us to get taxi outside, when we go back to Macau airport,we check out early and left our luggage at the front desk during our last day, since our flight is 19:00 Pm we got back around past 15:00 Pm,i recommend this Hotel to those who want cheaper hotel ,more power to Hotel Familia Feliz hope we can go back soon i will bring my family
NNur17Front desk staff was very helpful despite the language barrier. She tried her best to explain everything including the amenities in the room. Other than the bed that was quite hard and having to climb the hotel stairs with our luggages, everything else was reasonable and good. If there is a lift, it would have been perfect.
AAlex Vohn Co Del RosarioUpon my arrival, I met a tenant that was wearing pajamas and she seems to have an annoyed expression because probably I arrived at around 1 a.m. to check in at that time. And there's one document that she asked me to give her that has some sort of QR code and I'm not sure what it is. Luckily she let it slid by and led to my room. There was no elevator so you have to walk by stairs and unfortunately my floor is at the highest floor and the corridor around it is so dark. The room itself seems clean. However, the walls had no color so it gave me an eerie vibe as well as the bathroom. They gave no water bottles so you have to get the glass cup to get water outside the door because the dispenser is outside. Overall, the room is ok but eerie at the same time. Will I come back? Probably not
