After realizing I had accidentally picked up someone else's identical luggage at the airport, he continuously comforted me, telling me not to worry and to trust that they would absolutely help me find and exchange it. He also arranged for the concierge to give me real-time updates, and my suitcase was returned very quickly. I'm incredibly grateful. I love The Upper House not only for its excellent location – quiet yet central – but primarily because all the staff are so genuinely kind and truly want to provide exceptional service. My girlfriend and I traveled from Hong Kong to celebrate our 2-year anniversary, and our stay at this hotel completely exceeded our expectations! I originally booked via Trip.com, but wanting to arrange a small surprise, I emailed the hotel directly about three days before our arrival. Ms. Jane Chong handled my request, and she went absolutely above and beyond. Not only did she arrange a beautifully warm and lovely room design for the surprise, but she also proactively shared fantastic local recommendations to help us build a memorable itinerary. Her assistance truly made our trip unforgettable. Throughout our stay, I was consistently impressed by the hotel’s meticulous attention to detail. For example, finding a glasses cleaning cloth provided in the room is a rare and thoughtful touch that most hotels overlook. The entire staff is exceptionally professional and well-trained; every team member who assisted us always made sure to ask if we had any other needs before finishing their service. I also want to give a massive shoutout to Trista at the front desk. Since it was our first time staying here, she gave us a wonderfully detailed walkthrough of the room services and amenities. Later, when she was helping us view a higher-tier room setup, she showed remarkable consideration. She arrived and waited silently outside our door 10 minutes early, purposely not knocking until the exact time just to ensure she didn't disturb our rest. This level of dedication, discretion, and personalized care is world-class. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless experience, and I deeply hope management formally recognizes both Jane and Trista for their outstanding hospitality!

Staying in Morpheus has been a gorgeous experience for both my friend and me. Both its architecture and service are top-notch! We arrived at 12 noon aiming to simply drop.off the luggage to wait for checking into.the room at 3 pm. The receptionist kindly advised us that the room will be available at around 1:30 pm. Then, he personally took us to the room and patiently explained to us all the advanced operating tech in it. The ambience and the facilities in the room are unforgettable! Perfect score for Altira Macau! It was our wedding anniversary, and after we made a note, the hotel thoughtfully decorated our room with balloons. The whole room was warm, romantic, and instantly gave us that celebratory feeling – a delightful surprise and so comforting. The service exceeded our expectations in its attentiveness. They proactively added an extra bed for our child free of charge and thoughtfully delivered a delicate mini-cake and a fresh fruit platter. Every little detail was incredibly heartwarming, and we were truly touched. The room itself was spacious and grand, not at all cramped. The bathroom featured an extra-large round bathtub, big enough for two people to soak in! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an absolutely stunning view of Macau's cityscape and ocean, making the experience incredibly comfortable. We could even watch the night view from the sofa. The mattress was soft and great for sleeping, and there was plenty of space for our family. Overall, the service was gentle and meticulous, and the facilities were luxurious and comfortable. It's our top choice for an anniversary family trip, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Macau!

The stay mainly relied on the butler service to elevate the experience, as the hotel's hardware was just average. However, the bedding was incredibly comfortable. I usually struggle with sleep when I'm away from home, but not at St. Regis, which is a big plus. As for the butler service, they were responsive to all requests, which was great, but I did sense a slight weariness in the butler, perhaps due to the high volume of guests during the summer. The Ya She buffet breakfast leaned more Western, and I personally found the variety quite acceptable, though those with a preference for Chinese food might find it a bit lacking. Finally, I have a small concern to raise: during our stay, my child was playing in the outdoor pool on the 8th floor. In the children's wading pool, a tiny splinter pricked my child's toe. Although small, it felt like a needle prick at the fingertip, causing clear discomfort. Fortunately, the lifeguard immediately used a needle from the first aid kit to remove it. The process wasn't entirely smooth, and my child trembled from the pain. It was quite unexpected to encounter something like fine tile debris in such a small pool. What I found unreasonable was that the first aid kit only contained alcohol wipes and no iodine for disinfection. This wouldn't be suitable for wounds that might scar easily. After the safety officer helped us, he asked for our room number. I thought there might be some follow-up to comfort my child, but no butler ever came forward, even up to checkout. We didn't intentionally bring up this safety issue, so as I mentioned earlier, the butler's responsiveness is true, but from the hotel's own perspective, it seems they prefer to avoid extra trouble.

My first stay at Conrad was absolutely amazing, exceeding all my expectations! They truly treat guests like royalty. The staff's hospitality made me feel right at home. I was initially worried my requests wouldn't be handled properly, but the hotel thoughtfully arranged the room exactly as I asked. The room view was super nice, and the environment was clean, hygienic, and tidy! Conrad will definitely be my first choice when I visit Macau again! Truly fantastic!

Our family trip to Macau with the kids was an absolute delight, thanks to our stay at The Parisian Macao. The overall experience far exceeded our expectations. The room décor was exquisite and tastefully done, the space was generously sized, and the bedding was incredibly soft and skin-friendly. The soundproofing throughout the room was excellent, ensuring our two children could rest undisturbed by any outside noise. The floor-to-ceiling window offered a direct view of the iconic Eiffel Tower – a grand sight during the day and even more enchanting at night when lit up, creating a wonderfully atmospheric backdrop for photos. The bathroom was perfectly designed with separate wet and dry areas, and the toiletries were comprehensive, showing great attention to detail. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Check-in was efficient and quick, and they even offered thoughtful and practical tips for family outings. The common areas were spotless, and the facilities were top-notch. The complimentary shuttle bus service to and from the border gate and surrounding shopping districts made getting around incredibly convenient. Whether it was a post-dinner stroll to enjoy the Eiffel Tower light show or an easy trip to the various resorts in Taipa, everything was effortlessly accessible. Our stay was both comfortable and rejuvenating; both the hotel's amenities and service were outstanding. It's truly ideal for family travel. This stay was impeccable, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Macau. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone traveling to Macau.

Booked this hotel nearby for my sister's TF Sports Meet! Everything exceeded our expectations in the best way possible! From check-in, we were already so impressed with the hotel's service. The bed was incredibly comfortable – a real lifesaver for someone like me who struggles with severe insomnia! I was drifting off to sleep within half an hour. Housekeeping was also impeccable, and breakfast was delicious! It was an amazing experience, and this will definitely be our top choice for our next trip to Macau!

Take bus 21A directly to the hotel. Hotel Guide: 1. This hotel is mostly frequented by foreigners and Hong Kongers, making it relatively quiet. The hotel used to be a Westin. Although it's a bit old, it's well-maintained, and there's no musty smell from the room carpets. All rooms are sea-view rooms. You can check in early around 11 AM. A big thank you to Jenny at the front desk for her excellent service. 2. Hotel breakfast can be purchased on Ctrip for 91 RMB per person. The group meal deals on Dianping are a good value, and the Chinese restaurant has tasty food. 3. There are Portuguese restaurants near the hotel if you have a higher budget. 4. Hotel recreational facilities include swimming, table tennis, basketball, chess, billiards, a children's play area, and more. 5. The hotel has a bus, 21A, with two stops, east and west bound. Make sure to check the direction before boarding. Check the 'Bus Stop Reporter' app to see when the bus is approaching, then head out. Although the intervals might seem long, the bus arrives quickly because it doesn't stop if no one is getting on or off. Remember to download MPAY; you'll need to top it up with MOP cash. Bus rides get a half-price discount, but there's no discount for the light rail. It's a quick ride to Coloane Village, passing Hac Sa Beach and Cheoc Van Villas. 6. The hotel offers four daily complimentary shuttle buses to Grand Lisboa Palace.

The environment was good, for 200 patacas for a one-night stay in Macau, a big bed, and a private bathroom – it was more than enough. If you're out late in Macau, it's definitely more comfortable to stay overnight. The front desk staff was very gentle and patient. You can dry clothes on the rooftop. The only thing is this room was on the first floor, next to a masseuse, and an older masseuse was a bit... overly friendly.
