The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"My stay at The Venetian Macao was absolutely beautiful and truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. The room was amazing — spacious, comfortable, and elegant, with lovely details that made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. One of the highlights was the stunning light show, which created such a magical atmosphere and added to the overall experience. The shopping was also incredible, with so many stores, restaurants, and things to see, making it easy to spend hours exploring without getting bored. Traveling to and from the hotel was extremely convenient. The ferry shuttles were easy to find, well organized, and very affordable, which made getting around Macau simple and stress-free. Overall, The Venetian Macao exceeded expectations — a beautiful destination with excellent service, amazing facilities, and a truly enjoyable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again."

GGuest UserThe hotel's facilities and cleanliness were very good. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it had all the essentials. My only complaint was the à la carte Argentine red shrimp noodles – the shrimp were mushy and powdery, didn't taste fresh at all. We were traveling with a child, and the hotel provided cookies and a blind box for them, which made my child very happy. However, regarding the children's amenities, I'm not sure if it's for environmental reasons, but it felt like the children's rinse cups were reused, as there were obvious water stains at the bottom. I'm okay with reusing items, but shouldn't they be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before being given to guests? Additionally, the hotel staff's attitude was acceptable, though perhaps due to the approaching Chinese New Year and the high number of tourists, they gave off a tired, 'just doing my job' vibe and a superficial politeness. PS: The casino had too many entrances, and we kept getting lost with our child. The staff at the entrance were very rude and shooed us away.

XXiaoxiaoxiaohutuchongOur stay was absolutely fantastic! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Macau. It was my first time taking the light rail to the airport, and it was such a smooth ride, plus I got to enjoy the dazzling night views of Macau. The hotel's attention to detail is excellent. Everything is controlled by a smart tablet, and you can watch Hollywood blockbusters for free. The mini-bar snacks, drinks, and beer are all complimentary, with only wine and self-heating hot pots being chargeable. Everything was restocked promptly too!

GGuest UserI booked two rooms and left a note requesting them to be next to each other. The front desk staff actually gave us adjoining rooms on the 37th floor, which was great. I think the main draw of this hotel is the 'novelty factor,' and it definitely delivered. Everything in the minibar was complimentary except for the hard liquor, which was a nice touch. We ended up leaving a lot of it untouched... The toiletries in the bathroom were sufficient and easy to use. The bathtub, though seemingly irregularly shaped, was actually quite spacious. Soundproofing was also good; it was very quiet at night. The only minor issue was regarding breakfast. When booking, I couldn't clearly tell if it was custom delivered to the room or a buffet, as it wasn't clearly marked on Trip.com. This led to a lot of discussion at the front desk. The in-room breakfast quality was good, and you could select items and delivery times on an iPad, but it naturally couldn't compare to the variety of a buffet. The buffet required an additional payment of around 368 per person, so it depends on individual preference. Everything else was great. The price from Trip.com was basically the lowest available. It's definitely worth experiencing.

CChichifanThis hotel completely exceeded my expectations. Located on the Taipa side, between Taipa and the Macau Peninsula, it offers convenient transportation with a bus stop right downstairs, making it close to all the main attractions. The hotel itself looks luxurious and is easily the most beautiful building in the area. Amazing View: Check-in is on the 38th floor, and my room also faced the Grand Lisboa with a direct sea view. Lounging on the sofa, watching Macau's fishing boats during the day and the colorful lights of the Macau Peninsula at night – it was incredibly relaxing. Hotel Service: The room attendant on the 29th floor, though male, was exceptionally thoughtful. He cleaned the room spotless daily and, noticing my glasses on the table, left a glasses cleaning cloth – a really nice touch. The daily fruit was always fresh and replenished. Overall, I'm very satisfied. The only minor drawback is that because the hotel is above a commercial area, getting around can be a little inconvenient. You need to go down to the 10th floor and then transfer to a different elevator. However, it's just a short detour. Also, the check-in process could be improved; the system was slow and there were many steps. Check-out, on the other hand, was quick. Hopefully, they can make some improvements there. I wish them continued success.

GGuest UserI made a last-minute decision to stay at The Londoner Macao. After booking, I read some negative reviews, and honestly, I was a bit anxious for several hours before checking in and entering my room. I worried about long waits after check-in, strange odors in the room, and poor soundproofing, among other things. However, my experience was completely different. The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, and the room was clean, tidy, and completely free of any odors. The housekeeping staff work incredibly hard; while waiting for the elevator, I saw an auntie tirelessly cleaning rooms and even running to retrieve items on the floor. They clearly want to minimize guest waiting times. It's truly commendable that they're working on the front lines during a holiday when most people are with their families. For those who say the rooms are small, I'd suggest comparing them to hotels in Hong Kong at a similar price point. For what you pay at The Londoner Macao, you'd only get an old, super tiny room in Hong Kong. So, the service and facilities at The Londoner Macao are indeed excellent, and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely choose The Londoner Macao again on my next trip to Macau!

CChunzhitengThe room was spacious, and the interior facilities were exquisite and well-designed. There were power adapters in the room, and the mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable; the bedding felt even better than the satin in other hotels. The location is excellent; enjoying the sea view from the room or going downstairs for a sea breeze is super relaxing. Transportation is convenient, right next to MGM. You can take MGM's shuttle bus after crossing the border. This trip was a bit rushed, and I didn't have time to fully appreciate everything, but I could still feel the quiet tranquility here, which other hotels often lack due to their entertainment venues (even the lobby scent was much more subtle and elegant than in other hotels and casinos). I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Macau. I especially want to thank the gentleman who checked us in on the morning of January 28th (I'm so sorry I forgot his name). His service was very thoughtful and detailed. Seeing that we had a child, he proactively upgraded us to a sea-view room and even gave us fruit, juice, and small snacks. The child felt very special and happy and even wrote a thank-you note.

GGuest UserConnected to Grand Lisboa Palace, but with a distinctly more stylish vibe. The breakfast was excellent, a significant improvement over Grand Lisboa Palace's buffet. Perhaps it's because Karl Lagerfeld designed the hotel, but it felt a bit *too* fashionable, leading to some rather perplexing design choices – for example, the coffee machine was tucked away inside the TV cabinet.

JjudieshiI brought my mom to stay at The Parisian Macao. Although the room wasn't huge, it was immaculately clean with sparkling windows. In the afternoon, my mom suddenly experienced numbness and weakness in her hands. We contacted the hotel staff, and they promptly brought a wheelchair to our room, escorted us to a taxi, and took us to the emergency room. They even waived the wheelchair rental fee, which was a great help. Later, we had to change our plans and return to Shanghai earlier than expected. The hotel was very understanding and agreed to refund us for the following night's stay. We are incredibly grateful and will definitely choose to stay at The Parisian again in the future!

GGuest UserStayed here with my child during the Chinese New Year. The room wasn't very big, probably on par with a 4-star hotel in China. There were a lot of families with kids, and I was very pleased with how soundproof the room was – I got a great night's sleep. What I didn't like was the bathroom and shower design; it was way too cramped. The toilet and sink were right next to each other, so if someone was using the toilet, no one else could wash their hands or brush their teeth. The shower door also opened in a very awkward direction, making it extremely tight, and the bathmat was completely useless, so you had to step out barefoot. The location is excellent though, with a Don Quijote supermarket and various eateries right downstairs.

GGuest UserOur family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Versace! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The luxurious ambiance and excellent service truly made it a memorable experience. The only minor issue was the slow bathroom water drainage, which caused some flooding after showers. However, it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the stay. Would definitely return for another luxurious getaway!
