Macau Hotels with Pools

This time, I brought my mother to City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau for her birthday, and we had a truly unforgettable experience. Many thanks to the thoughtful front desk team, who prepared a birthday cake, flowers, fruits, and snacks in the room beforehand. This pleasant surprise deeply touched us. The 37th-floor room they arranged offered a superb view. The room's design featured soft lines, gentle lighting, and comfortable bedding. The hotel's calming essential oils and spray were also a thoughtful touch. In the evening, we could see drone performances outside the window, which was a fantastic experience. Both the hotel's architecture and interior design are avant-garde and modern, offering a visually stunning experience. It's conveniently located next to The House of Dancing Water, making it very easy to catch a show. From design to service, City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau truly sets a benchmark for modern hotels. We had a wonderful birthday trip and highly recommend it.

We stayed for 5 nights at The Londoner Grand (Bond Tower) on level 16, facing a near open garden and a far land of further development; side viewing of Studio City, not really a fantastic external view but a spacious internal which is good enough for 2 pax.  We felt room was clean the very 1st night.  Subsequently nights until the night before check-out, room didn’t seem to vacuum as we still saw strands of hair left on the toilet’s flooring.  Throughout the 5 nights, we were quite perturbed about not having a Smart TV in this considered new hotel in this era.  Pillows were a little too soft for us.  But, we were delighted that the front-desk staff able to help reserved memory foam pillows on top of the soft pillows for the subsequent nights. We have no other complains except the above.  In fact, services rendered from the front-desk were superb.  We would love to commend Ms Melody for her exceptional dedication of services rendered to us upon checked-in on the very first night.  She’s very polite, friendly and helpful.  She initiated giving attractions and shows information after knowing we hadn’t been visited Macau for the last 10 years; and when we were in need to exchange smaller HKD notes, she went all the way to the back office to help us exchanged.  We were grateful to have met Melody who also helped to ensure arranging a Birthday cake to be sent to our room on a specific timing.  Apart from praising the service staffs, we love using the Smeg kettle for making our coffee and tea.  Best is, the Jo Loves Pomelo Body Lotion that The Londoner Grand provides, leave the room in really nice fragrance after applying on our bodies. This makes me go all the way to source and purchase after returning to our home country, hehe…

First of all, this hotel stay was for a birthday celebration. I'm very grateful that the hotel arranged a complimentary small cake, and the staff were very friendly. However, the only minor drawback was the room assignment. We had booked a high-floor, non-smoking room. We arrived at the front desk at 1:30 PM to check in. The male staff member who checked us in said that at that time, only a low-floor, smoking, twin-bed room was ready, which was completely different from the type we booked. So, we had to wait until the standard check-in time to get our room. When we went to get the room, we waited in line for a long time even though there were only a few guests ahead of us waiting for room cards. Many guests' rooms were still not ready, and we were only assigned a room on the 11th floor. This was lower than the floor I expected. I wish I had known, then I wouldn't have paid extra for a high-floor room. Moreover, the room view was very poor; there was no view to speak of. The room was on a low floor and faced a construction site, with accompanying noise. Compared to other Macau hotels we've stayed in, the room assignment was worse, and the room facilities were not very good. Furthermore, in the early hours of the morning, the air conditioner continuously made loud noises, affecting the quality of sleep. The stay experience was really bad. If you're celebrating a birthday, definitely do not choose this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to friends and family!!

This stay at The Parisian Macao was excellent value for money. Priced at 857 during the National Day holiday (on the 6th), it was a great deal. The hotel room was quite spacious (around 30+ square meters). I booked a 2-meter king bed room, but it was changed to two 1.4-meter double beds, which was perfect for traveling with a child. The hotel lobby boasts a magnificent French-style decoration. There's a casino on the first floor, luxury brands on the second, a food court on the fifth, and a children's playground and water park on the sixth. It's incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. My child (12 years old) was most thrilled with the spinning waterslide at the water park, saying it was exciting and fun. Yanty, who handled our check-in, had a wonderful attitude and patiently helped us find a non-smoking room. Later, a staff member called to follow up on our stay and offered a small gift for the child, but we had already checked out quickly and left, so unfortunately, we didn't get it. Overall, it was a very good stay. The Parisian Macao will be my top choice for my next visit to Macau.

The room was very satisfying, and the service was excellent with enthusiastic staff. The swimming pool even had a wave machine, which the kids absolutely loved. Among all the hotels in Macau, the hygiene here is exceptionally good. It's not far from Rua do Cunha, just opposite the East Wing Plaza, and within walking distance, offering plenty of specialty food options.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the service is warm and friendly. The entire check-in process was a very pleasant experience, and the staff provided us with some very practical tips. All the employees are extremely polite and will proactively greet guests whenever you encounter them in any area. The view from the room is stunning, and the room feels unexpectedly spacious. The toiletries provided are also of great quality. Highly recommended!

You can take a shuttle bus from MGM to reach the hotel. The room is clean, tidy, and comfortable. The L'Occitane themed room is equipped with a full set of brand toiletries. You can see the 'Little Parisian Eiffel Tower' of Macau from the window. Downstairs, there are convenient facilities such as dining, entertainment, outlet shopping, and the Emperor Cinemas!

The Grand Coloane Resort, located by Hac Sa Beach in Coloane, generally receives excellent reviews. It's a great choice for families with children, those looking to escape the city's hustle and bustle, and anyone who loves sea views and a relaxed pace for their vacation. The sea views are fantastic; being right next to Hac Sa Beach, most rooms offer private balconies with ocean views. The environment is serene, surrounded by lush greenery, giving it a strong resort vibe. Downstairs, there's also an outdoor swimming pool suitable for both adults and children. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, patiently explaining local transportation options. The breakfast buffet is extensive, and dinner can be delivered to your room. The Chinese restaurant also has a good reputation. Overall, it's a very comfortable stay.

This is a great hotel with excellent value for money! The room was clean with no hidden dirty spots, and the bathroom was dry with no water stains. The room directly faces a large stadium. There's a free shuttle bus from the hotel entrance to nearby hotels, where you can then catch a free bus to the airport and various tourist attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's! There are also various shopping malls nearby for some retail therapy!

The room facilities were well-maintained; all the equipment was clean, in good working order, and easy to use. The linens were soft and spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. The overall experience was great, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!
