JJiafeiaichiniangaoOh my goodness, this hotel is absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff are all incredibly nice and accommodating, always ready to help and very friendly towards children. They even give you hand cream before bed, and everything in the mini-bar except alcoholic drinks is complimentary – there are even instant noodles, which my kids loved! The semi-buffet breakfast is also wonderful. I've stayed at The Londoner and Four Seasons in Macau before, and this time I tried Morpheus and St. Regis. I have to say, I highly recommend The Londoner and Morpheus; I'll definitely choose these two again next time. Of course, I'd also like to try other hotels, haha. And a big shout-out to Yí Lóng Hè at Morpheus – the food is delicious, the service is excellent, and for my birthday, they even gave me longevity buns and a pen with the Yí Lóng Hè logo. This was the most comfortable stay! I do have one small suggestion though: it would be even better if the customized birthday room key card also included the birth date.

A special shout-out to Val for the warm welcome; they helped me with my luggage to the room and gave a detailed introduction to all the room's amenities. The room itself was clean and tidy. It was a truly memorable stay.

NNichengbaixiaobaiI booked this for my parents for 4 nights, and they said it was excellent. The hotel upgraded them to a suite, which they estimated was at least 120 square meters – much more luxurious than the room they originally booked. They really felt the 'decadence and luxury' of Macau and were very satisfied with their trip.
I chose this hotel for their in-depth Macau experience because it's new and has convenient public transport nearby. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Macau!

GGuest UserThis hotel smells lovely, and the staff provide excellent service. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you're not a gambler. There are plenty of food options downstairs, and you can even catch a slight sea view from the 12th floor. Plus, there's a shuttle bus service to the port.

JJayJay1I booked a King Room with an ocean view. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. The minibar items were complimentary, except for the premium bottled water and wine (though no wine was provided in the room). A deposit of MOP 1,000 was required at check-in, which was fully refunded upon checkout. The hotel also offered free shuttle buses to major hotels and key departure points across Macau. The concierge, Charles, was particularly helpful in advising us on the correct shuttle bus number to reach our intended destination.

Vvivian_eastwoodThis is my second stay here, and I absolutely love it! The environment is great, and the service is excellent. They even upgraded my room. Currently, they also have an Indian food night dinner event. A taxi to the Galaxy Arena costs 50, but if you want to save money, you can take bus 21A right outside the hotel. Get off at The Londoner, and The Venetian is just across the street. The Londoner also has a direct shuttle to the airport. I really like it here and will definitely come back next time!

22688122011Location: It's quite remote. There's only a shuttle bus from Hengqin Port, and it picks up at exit H after customs. It's a small mini-bus, and it runs on a schedule, so remember to ask the hotel for the times and stops in advance. Although they say you can catch the Grand Lisboa shuttle, it's definitely inconvenient to walk a distance with luggage.
Facilities and Hygiene: The room was quite spacious, and the facilities were decent. Adapters were provided, but the view was pretty bad. Many of the shops downstairs haven't been leased yet, so it's not suitable for those who want to spend time at the hotel.
Food: I specifically bought and brought breakfast with me. Although there were three restaurants to choose from, they were all incredibly disappointing. The variety and quality were ridiculously limited, not even comparable to a Hanting Hotel in China.
Summary: If you're looking for something cheap and just need a place to sleep, you can consider it. But if you want to relax at the hotel and enjoy good food, then don't choose this one. There's no pool, limited dining options, nothing to explore, and no convenient transportation.

ZZailvtuzhongdelaoliuThe lobby seating area on the first floor felt a bit small, with only a few chairs. However, the rooms are very spacious, especially for Macau standards. The hallways and elevators were clean and tidy. The room service staff on the sixth floor were very enthusiastic. I booked two non-smoking rooms, but one of them had a strong cigarette smell upon check-in. I called room service, and they quickly brought an air freshener to deal with it, although a slight odor lingered.

Ppeggy7758Our room was on a higher floor, so it was pretty quiet with minimal noise. Overall, the room was clean, though the facilities were a bit dated. The main drawback was the air conditioning at night; it was very loud and constantly rattling. Everything else was generally acceptable.
When calling a taxi from the front desk, there were often issues with the line being busy. If you urgently need a car, it's best to check if someone is getting out of a taxi at the entrance, or head over to the taxi stand at Galaxy, or use their dedicated ride service.
The location isn't right next to Galaxy, but it's still quite close. We were able to walk to Rua da Cunha (Taipa Village) in the evening and back from there without any trouble. The Grand Hyatt Residences are right next door, as is the Inn Hotel Yacht.
