GGuest UserStaying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and tidy, with a cozy layout, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The bathroom was well-equipped with a stable hot water supply. The location is also excellent, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. There was a gentleman in the hotel lobby with an exceptional attitude; he helped us call a taxi and even weighed our luggage for us.
GGuest UserThis isn't my first time staying at the Rocks Hotel, and every visit confirms why it's one of my favorite hotels in Macau – the service is consistently thoughtful and attentive.
No matter the season, I always enjoy my stays here. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and professional, handling check-ins and inquiries with patience, making you feel right at home.
My absolute favorite is the ocean-front room. The view is truly spectacular, with captivating sea views right outside the window, uplifting my spirits whether it's day or night.
This time, I encountered rain and didn't have an umbrella, but the hotel offered an umbrella rental service for just a 100 MOP deposit, which was incredibly convenient. Plus, the staff were happy to help arrange a taxi, which is a really thoughtful service for travelers.
Overall, my accommodation experience has always been highly satisfying. The service quality is consistently excellent, making it one of my top choices when I visit Macau. I highly recommend it!
GGuest UserThis was my first time staying at an Ascott hotel, and it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. The front desk staff were professional, warm, and attentive, making me feel right at home. The biggest surprise was getting two complimentary breakfasts (simple but tasty!). The hotel is apartment-style, equipped with a coffee machine, induction cooker, washing machine, and even dishes and cutlery, so you can do laundry and cook. The drinks in the fridge were also complimentary. The hotel's location is convenient, right across from the MGM. Traveling after the May Day holiday, the price was fantastic 😎. I hope to find such great prices again for future stays.
GGuest UserStayed in the Deluxe Grand Emperor Quadruple Room at the Grand Emperor Hotel Macau. The room had one king bed, one single bed, and an additional rollaway bed, so everyone had their own space without disturbing each other – the room was perfectly spacious. It was newly renovated in 2025, so the facilities were very new, and the lighting design was comfortable. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, with both a shower and a bathtub, which was very convenient for multiple people. The hotel is located right in the heart of the peninsula, next to the Grand Lisboa, and it's not far to walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining and shopping options. The service team was enthusiastic and answered all our questions. Overall, I felt it was excellent value for money. This room type is really suitable for families or a group of friends visiting Macau.
WWuyulunbideKKThe room was nice, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The outlets in the first room weren't working properly, but they quickly moved me to another room. I always stay at this hotel because it's good value for money, and it's convenient to find places to eat nearby.
AAnonymous UserThe environment is nice, although the room is a bit dated. Especially at night, you can clearly hear the sound of the waves 🌊. The trees 🌲 are very tall, blocking the sea view.
Service: The restaurant hours are from 12:00 to 22:00, with breakfast ending at 10:00. As you can see, the hotel restaurant has high ratings, starting with breakfast. The decor, as shown in the picture, is quite interesting.
Cleanliness: When it rains 🌧, water leaks into the room. Many fixtures are old, especially the very old aluminum alloy door and window partitions. The air conditioning works great, but it's actually very energy-intensive. There are some cleanliness issues to note, with mold spots all over the room.
Plenty of information can be found online.
Facilities: The room is small and irregularly shaped, but it has a balcony facing the sea.
GGuest UserThe Emperor Hotel is ideally located right next to the StarWorld, Wynn, and Fortuna casinos. There's a 24-hour supermarket and plenty of restaurants next door, which is incredibly convenient! The front desk and housekeeping staff are very patient and provide excellent service. They offer various room upgrades, and the value for money is outstanding. This is always my top choice whenever I visit Macau! 👏🏻
7711のflylineThis hotel was really good! My friend and I stayed here on our trip to Macau. The presidential suite was amazing – super spacious, bright, and clean. The facilities were complete, the environment was spotless, and the service was on point. The only minor thing was having to go downstairs to pick up takeout, but I think that's pretty standard there.
PPulishendinachuangwuerThis hotel offers great value for money. It's very close to Galaxy Macau, just across the road. The view from the window is also lovely. Getting a taxi right outside the hotel is super quick, and the metro is also nearby. For food, there's a good restaurant called Macao Restaurant just a few hundred meters away; their pork chop bun is especially delicious and it's very affordable. From the restaurant, Taipa Village (Rua do Cunha) is also very close, perfect for a stroll.
