Very Good
3320715****The hotel is clean and hygienic, with good facilities. The staff are warm and attentive. There are many restaurants nearby, and the location is great, close to Fisherman's Wharf, Lotus Square, and Sands Hotel. You can also walk to Senado Square. Located on the Macau Peninsula, it has a more authentic local vibe and is a very good value for money hotel.
AAnonymous UserThe sea view room we booked was an absolute delight! The French window opens onto a private balcony, offering panoramic views of the azure sea and the cross-sea bridge. Enjoying tea on the balcony while watching the sunrise in the morning, and listening to the waves accompanied by the sea breeze in the evening, instantly melted away our travel fatigue. The room was spotless, with a subtle, pleasant scent in the air, and the plush bed ensured a fantastic night's sleep. The L'Occitane toiletries added a touch of luxury. It's truly rare to find a room with such expansive windows in Macau.
The service was an added bonus. The front desk staff were attentive and efficient, proactively helping us with taxi calls and answering our travel questions. The multilingual service made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed authentic Portuguese cuisine at the hotel's Yi Jing restaurant. While breakfast wasn't overly luxurious, it offered a good variety and was excellent value for money. The only minor drawback was that nearby businesses had shorter operating hours, limiting dining options in the evening, but this didn't detract from the overall experience at all.
AAnonymous UserWe booked a triple room with proper beds for 3 pax. During check in, staff asked if we can take a twin room with an add on bed as the last triple room available has smoking smell. Staff brought us to see the room. The room is squeezy but we sensed that the advice is to take the twin room. In the end we decided to take the triple room which we have paid for and asked for air filter in the room. Staff was not as friendly compared to other hotels we stayed.
GGuest UserHappy to get upgraded to a suite. Appreciate the customer service of their staff very much! They were proactive to offer help and reacted fast to solve any problems arise. They would also go an extra step to make their customers satisfied and happy. Overall cleanliness is good. Bed is comfy. Gym room and indoor swimming pool is nice too. The only drawback is the outdoor swimming pool not opened due to construction which we didn’t know ahead. But it was still a very pleasant stay. Big thanks to the staff:)
MM284094****The hotel was very clean and well-equipped. Perhaps because it was New Year's Day, I didn't get the room type I wanted. The only drawback is that it's a bit far out. While walkable, it's quite a trek. However, compared to other major hotels, Grand Lisboa Palace still offers excellent value for money. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were all very patient and attentive.
VVernette LaiA comfy hotel with beautiful views, relaxed atmosphere, very friendly staff.
We had an episode where medical attention was required (not the hotel's fault at all), all staff were super helpful and that helped to calm a lot of nerves down. And that was greatly appreciated!
YYanxiaohualvyouquThe rooms are very spacious, and the price is quite reasonable, especially since it's the off-season now. I recommend traveling during off-peak times!
Facilities: Fully equipped
Cleanliness: Acceptable
Service: The hotel front desk staff speak very standard Mandarin.
Environment: Exceeded expectations
GGuest UserThis hotel is right next to Macau Airport; you can walk across the pedestrian crossing and be there in 3 minutes, which is perfect for catching early morning flights. The hotel seems a bit older, with facilities that are showing their age, but it's very well-maintained overall. The bed and duvet were extremely comfortable!
SStevenOng.Hotel is old and tired, need renovation badly. However room is clean and tidy. Reception service was so-so and not welcoming. Check-in was good though, just the night time when approached another receptionist for my own room number but was given a cold and not welcoming reply. It was normal for guest to forget their own room numbers as they don’t stay permanently. However a simple way to verify was guest able to give his identity numbers and name. Or hotel can always accompany the guest to the room to verify. However this guy was so unpleasant and blunt in his replied. Will not stay again in this hotel.
DDengdengxiaowangzhiThe environment here is great, with a stunning night view of Galaxy Macau right outside the window. The room was very clean and smoke-free. It's also very convenient to get here from the airport; you can take the Light Rail to Galaxy-Cotai Frontier Station, or take a taxi to Galaxy Macau and walk over. The front desk staff were all very helpful, and you can store your luggage there.
