NNibieshaleaLocation: The location is excellent. It's about a five-minute walk to Senado Square, then another three minutes to St. Dominic's Church, and seven minutes more to the Ruins of St. Paul's. Next door is Yaohan department store, and across the street is Macau Square. The central shuttle bus stop is right downstairs. It's a five-minute walk to the old Grand Lisboa, and then another five minutes through an underpass to Wynn.
Facilities: My room type had a small bathroom with only a bathtub for showering. The toilet was behind the door, which made it a bit cramped. The mini-bar fridge offered two drinks, a beer, and a packet of crisps for free. However, only two small bottles of drinking water were provided daily.
Service: During the May Day holiday, they allowed a half-hour late check-out. I booked breakfast at the front desk the night before for MOP 88 per person. The Chinese and Western buffet, though not extensive, was decent.
The first time I visited, I stayed in Taipa. This time, I stayed on the Peninsula. If I visit for a third time and stay on the Peninsula again, I might choose this hotel.

YYaoyaoxiaotaoThe room was beautiful and spotless. All the toiletries were L'Occitane. The front desk staff were professional and spoke good Mandarin. I tried breakfast one day; it's on the top floor. The food was tasty, but the space was a bit small. For the rest of my stay, I walked across the plaza next to the Sands to Governor Marques de Aguiar Avenue, where there are several cha chaan tengs (Hong Kong-style diners) nearby. If you walk one more block, there are more large restaurants, which is where I had dinner every night. Every day when I returned to the room, I would sit on the balcony and enjoy the sea breeze. It was really comfortable. I've already recommended it to my relatives and friends.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the Jockey Club MTR station, which has a direct link to the airport, making transportation super convenient. It's also easy to get to the Venetian and Galaxy resorts, as well as the A-Ma Temple on the Macau Peninsula.
The rooms are clean and offer good value for money.
Downstairs, there's a local community area with plenty of amenities, giving it a lively, authentic feel. The restaurants nearby are also quite good.

GGary H.K. ChanIt was our anniversary and Gary at reception offered us a lte check out since we arrived at the hotel quite late. We were also upgraded together with a free red wine as our gift and we were thrilled and we were further offered 2 complimentary breakfast althought we didn't use att the end. I found out that I didn't take my airpods with me at the time when I checked out and we went to lunch. I came back and then 2 receptionists helped me out and called the room to bring it back down even after checkout, I m so pleased by the services Ascott provided me and to us.
Thank you very much and I will for sure come again.
Btw the room we stayed was really nice spacious and comfortable.

PPandagal21The Line friends themed room was spacious with great amenities. Bed was a little on the soft side but otherwise a lovely stay. Hotel employees were super friendly. We had a lovely quiet tea at the cafe. The matcha Swiss roll was delicious. There are plenty of great coffee shops downstairs where you can enjoy a chillaxing afternoon

GGuest UserI couldn’t have asked for a better place to escape the big city. The hygiene standard was excellent – everything felt very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast offered so many options, something for every taste. The swimming pool was a highlight: nice and deep, great for a proper swim. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The whole atmosphere was incredibly relaxed, making it the perfect choice if you truly want to unwind. Highly recommended!

It's super convenient for getting things done, there are lots of food options nearby, and it's easy to get to the border crossing. Plus, the hotel offers shuttle service. Oh, and the egg tarts in the lobby are absolutely delicious!

JJiaowocaishaoyeBooked the fairly affordable Grand Hyatt during the May Day holiday. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the bed could be moved, which was convenient when traveling with two kids. The hotel offers shuttle buses to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge port and the airport, though the schedule is quite limited. Compared to the newer, larger hotels, this one offers great value for money and is definitely recommended.

GGuest UserExtremely comfortable stay! The hotel is conveniently located right next to the airport, and the staff are incredibly friendly, truly showcasing the warmth of the people of Macao. The room was clean, hygienic, quiet, and cozy – a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. It's absolutely perfect for anyone with a layover who doesn't want to just sit around the terminal. I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserThe hygiene is good, and the sea-view breakfast environment is pleasant. It's convenient to get there by taking the Galaxy Shuttle and crossing the skybridge after getting off. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to The Venetian, but it only runs a few times a day. The facilities are a bit old, especially the hairdryer. A deposit of 500 MOP is required, payable only by Alipay or cash, WeChat is not accepted. The service is decent; I didn't have a power adapter for charging, and they sent one up immediately.
