The hotel is extremely quiet, with spacious rooms, great service, and brand-new facilities. It offers incredible value for money! They even provided complimentary minibar drinks and fruit, and restocked the room with plenty of snacks and treats every day. I will definitely stay here again; it was such a comfortable experience. The breakfast features abalone, shark fin, fish maw, and cod, which could easily pass for lunch—you definitely have to try it!

Came here specifically for Zaha. Extremely satisfied 👍 Words can't really capture how full of design it is. I rode the elevators back and forth numerous times, giving me the feeling of traveling through time and space. The location is also very convenient. I went to see The House of Dancing Water, and walked over to Wynn Palace for the auto show. Everything is within walking distance. The service was quite good as well. The only minor issue was during check-in when the room wasn't fully cleaned yet, so I had to wait a bit. However, after speaking with the staff, they quickly sorted out a room for us.

This time, I stayed at Hotel Okura Macau with my child, and I'd like to extend a special thank you to Loki, the lobby manager. He was warm and friendly throughout, communicated patiently and meticulously, and went above and beyond to coordinate and fulfill all our requests. His service was truly exceptional. He fully understood the various needs of families traveling with children, responded promptly, and was both thoughtful and professional, making us feel incredibly welcomed during our trip. Our overall stay exceeded expectations, and I sincerely commend Loki. Next time I'm in Macau, Hotel Okura will be my top choice!

After much research online, I chose the Altira Hotel. It's one of the Melco hotels, and there are shuttle buses connecting it to City of Dreams and Studio City. There's also a shuttle bus to the Border Gate, but you need to show your room card to ride it. The shuttles are punctual and convenient, so just be sure to catch them on time. The room's view and size are incredible; this is the only hotel with such a view, offering full sea views. The twin room had two 1.5-meter beds, which were very spacious. There's a large round bathtub, perfect for soaking away the day's fatigue when you get back to the room. The double sinks are convenient for a family. The in-room facilities are well-planned and very functional! Highly recommended.

My experience at The St. Regis Macao was fantastic, with service that exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped out of the car, someone guided me through the check-in process. The front desk staff even upgraded me to a room with a view free of charge, carefully asking whether I preferred a non-smoking or smoking room, and diligently noting down all my requests. Every detail was meticulously taken care of. The butler spoke with a kind and gentle tone, communicated patiently throughout my stay, and was never perfunctory. The service was incredibly thoughtful and professional, always resolving any needs I had. The hotel environment is absolutely beautiful, and the view from my room with a view was stunning. It was a truly enjoyable stay!

I've been wanting to stay at Grand Lapa Macau for a long time, and finally, it was time. I used a voucher I bought during the 9.19 sale and paid an extra fee to stay during the National Day holiday. This was our first time in Macau. Getting from Chimelong to Hengqin Port was incredibly convenient – I'm so envious of the people of Zhuhai! Since there wasn't a direct shuttle to Sands on the Peninsula, we took a taxi directly to the hotel, which cost 130 MOP. We checked in at the hotel but couldn't get our room key until after 3 PM. So, we went to the street behind the hotel for lunch. Both Xinghai and Dieji had great food and were very close by. We finally got our room key around 3:30 PM. Children under 12 could get an extra bed for free. My package included a 500 MOP dining voucher. When I checked in, the front desk told me that for two nights, I'd get 1000 MOP in dining vouchers, which could be used at the hotel's restaurants. The next day, we had lunch and bought bread at the hotel, and then the front desk called to say there was only a 500 MOP dining voucher. Later, with the help of Trip.com, the hotel confirmed that they had given incorrect information during check-in but also confirmed the 1000 MOP dining voucher. In short, I'm very grateful for Trip.com's help. Grand Lapa is next to Sands but doesn't have a casino, so it's very quiet. The resort's pool and children's play area are both excellent, and it's very close to the Science Center. We even watched the National Day fireworks show in the pouring rain. Our first impression of Macau: it's not a large place, and it's all about lavish indulgence. We had our child with us, so we didn't get a chance to visit any casinos. The Venetian, Parisian, and Londoner were all packed with people. The Wynn Palace cable car is highly recommended. The shuttle buses are very convenient. Make sure to visit the Ruins of St. Paul's early. Rua da Cunha is tiny. New Yaohan is worth browsing. Next time, I want to experience the City of Dreams Water Park.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the service is warm and friendly. The entire check-in process was a very pleasant experience, and the staff provided us with some very practical tips. All the employees are extremely polite and will proactively greet guests whenever you encounter them in any area. The view from the room is stunning, and the room feels unexpectedly spacious. The toiletries provided are also of great quality. Highly recommended!

The complimentary snacks and amenities in the room are replenished very quickly, and the environment is fantastic—everything you could possibly need is right here in the hotel. A special mention to Trip.com for their excellent booking service, which provided a wonderful reservation experience for guests. I will definitely stay here again next time!

The Grand Coloane Resort, located by Hac Sa Beach in Coloane, generally receives excellent reviews. It's a great choice for families with children, those looking to escape the city's hustle and bustle, and anyone who loves sea views and a relaxed pace for their vacation. The sea views are fantastic; being right next to Hac Sa Beach, most rooms offer private balconies with ocean views. The environment is serene, surrounded by lush greenery, giving it a strong resort vibe. Downstairs, there's also an outdoor swimming pool suitable for both adults and children. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, patiently explaining local transportation options. The breakfast buffet is extensive, and dinner can be delivered to your room. The Chinese restaurant also has a good reputation. Overall, it's a very comfortable stay.

The room was quite spacious, especially the bathroom, which had a bathtub, a shower, and still plenty of room. The air had a slightly musty smell, but it was tolerable! The service attitude was similar to what you'd find in China, with very polite greeters! There wasn't much for breakfast, and many places nearby only opened at 10 AM, though there were a few 24-hour shops. The restaurant downstairs closed at 10:30 PM! There's no **car**, but there's a bus stop nearby. If you're not familiar with the area, you won't know how to take the bus. The first time I hailed a taxi, it was quick, but after that, I couldn't get one for over ten minutes! It's more affordable on weekdays, but a bit expensive on Saturdays!
