AAlexander JoI stayed at the NUWA hotel in Macau from October 13th to 17th, 2025, and found the front desk service to be excellent, while the breakfast offerings were quite satisfactory. Although construction was ongoing in various areas, which occasionally caused noise, the staff remained remarkably courteous and attentive, consistent with my previous experiences at the property. However, despite visiting during weekdays, complimentary room upgrades were never offered throughout my stays.
The hotel's location in the heart of Cotai makes it exceptionally convenient for exploring Macau's attractions. What particularly impressed me was the turndown serviceârequests were handled promptly and efficiently. Whenever I had dining reservations or sightseeing plans, I could request the service and return to an impeccably prepared room, allowing me to enjoy the rest of my evening undisturbed. This level of responsiveness sets NUWA apart from other hotels, where such services are typically less accommodating. The turndown service has consistently exceeded my expectations.
My only reservation concerns the water dispensing system. While I appreciate the property's commitment to environmental sustainability, the current setup proves rather inconvenient in practice, which is disappointing.

Wwujiani_AlinaOn the first day, during check-in, a staff member introduced us to the hotel, nearby transportation, and asked if we needed any extra items (as we were two adults and two children). The hotel staff thoughtfully prepared many items for the kids. We stayed for four days and three nights, and every day, used items were replenished, and if anything from the mini-bar (snacks/drinks) was consumed, it was also refilled. It's very kid-friendly; there's a Toy Story exhibit downstairs and a Don Quijote supermarket to browse. Highly recommended for families with children. The room assigned to us was also very quiet, ensuring a great rest. All the hotel staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and proactively asked if we needed any help! Highly impressed!

GGuest UserIt was such a pleasant stay at the Okura hotel. We were there to celebrate birthday for 2 family members. The hotel decorated the room and offered a yummy birthday cake and stuffed bears wearing kimono. The kids were so happy. They also accommodated our request to arrange a room close to elevator (literately next to it) to my father-in-law who has reduced mobility. Thomas was supper helpful and nice. There is no in-dining breakfast as the restaurant is under renovation. Would like to come back when it is re-opened.

HHerotomThe room isn't very spacious, but it benefits from being relatively new. The design is well-thought-out, the service is excellent, and the breakfast tastes good. Taking the hotel shuttle to Galaxy allows you to transfer to the border gate and airport, which is quite convenient. They also provided a complimentary minibar and almond cookies, and the new slippers are yours to keep. It offers great value for money. If I visit Macau again, I believe I'll choose to stay at Andaz Hotel đ¨ again.

RRobhieStayed at Altira Macau on my birthday and had a fantastic experience. The room was well prepared, and check-in was smooth. Special thanks to the front desk and concierge team for helping receive my birthday cake and for storing a case of wine that arrived ahead of time, which made the celebration hassle-free.
As always, the hotelâs service quality was excellent. The telephone operator was consistently polite and addressed me by name, and every staff member provided sincere and heartfelt service. I would gladly stay again.
Overall, Altira Macau maintains a high standard of hospitality, and I highly recommend it for special occasions.

AAfeiyuCheck-in took a little longer than expected, but they gave us a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower! The whole place was super new and clean, and we slept really comfortably. Having Don Quijote right downstairs was incredibly convenient, and the cinema was just on the second floor. We booked Zootopia 4D for 4 PM, then went straight downstairs to browse Don Quijote, and finally had dinner at Gin Gin at 6 PM â a really smooth experience! The food at Gin Gin was also good, with plenty of dishes. The lobster with garlic was better, and the raw oysters were tastier than the ones with cheese. None of the hot dishes were a letdown either. Overall, it was a fantastic choice for a relaxed holiday.đŤđť

XXuxiao0007As a Mandarin Oriental fan, I specifically chose the Mandarin Oriental Macau for my birthday stay, and the actual experience lived up to my expectations. As one of the very few high-star hotels in Macau without a casino, the Mandarin Oriental is truly an ideal place to stay. Several details really stood out and earned extra points. First, during check-in, the front desk duty manager, Hallie, proactively recognized it was my birthday and reserved a tower-view room on the highest floor in advance. This kind of luxury service truly lies in these small details. After we arrived in our room, we noticed some stains and imperfections on the bedding. When we informed the front desk before heading out, they meticulously re-housekept the room. Later that evening, returning to our room, we found a heartfelt letter and a fan prepared by the hotel's guest relations manager, Melody, which was very touching. The ability to efficiently and professionally resolve issues, even when they arise, is what guests value most. Finally, on the day of checkout, I went to the gym and met Annie and Leo. Upon learning I wanted to purchase some hotel merchandise to take home, they specifically arranged for a colleague from the spa to open early for us. When I used the pool, Leo was incredibly enthusiastic and attentive throughout. These details were definitely a huge plus. I hope the hotel management recognizes these efficient and professional staff members and conveys our gratitude. Should I return to Macau, MO will still be my top choice.

EE1561****So incredibly satisfied! Traveling with a two-and-a-half-year-old was completely stress-free! The hotel room was spacious, and the complimentary extra bed was also large. They offered free stroller service, and the kids' play area was like a kindergarten â my child didn't want to leave! There's also a swimming pool and spa. The Ruins of St. Paul's and the Science Center are nearby. The hotel is right next to Sands, and it's convenient to get anywhere by shuttle bus, taxi, or public bus. The service was thoughtful and meticulous, and the hotel's restaurants were delicious too! I've already recommended it to my friends with kids!

The value for money here is excellent. Breakfast is served Ă la carte on the first floor, and it wasn't crowded at all.
