GGuest UserThe hotel's facilities and cleanliness were very good. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it had all the essentials. My only complaint was the à la carte Argentine red shrimp noodles – the shrimp were mushy and powdery, didn't taste fresh at all. We were traveling with a child, and the hotel provided cookies and a blind box for them, which made my child very happy.
However, regarding the children's amenities, I'm not sure if it's for environmental reasons, but it felt like the children's rinse cups were reused, as there were obvious water stains at the bottom. I'm okay with reusing items, but shouldn't they be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before being given to guests?
Additionally, the hotel staff's attitude was acceptable, though perhaps due to the approaching Chinese New Year and the high number of tourists, they gave off a tired, 'just doing my job' vibe and a superficial politeness.
PS: The casino had too many entrances, and we kept getting lost with our child. The staff at the entrance were very rude and shooed us away.
XXiaoxiaoxiaohutuchongOur stay was absolutely fantastic! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Macau. It was my first time taking the light rail to the airport, and it was such a smooth ride, plus I got to enjoy the dazzling night views of Macau. The hotel's attention to detail is excellent. Everything is controlled by a smart tablet, and you can watch Hollywood blockbusters for free. The mini-bar snacks, drinks, and beer are all complimentary, with only wine and self-heating hot pots being chargeable. Everything was restocked promptly too!
DDeth capiliClean and tidy, very spacious. Special thanks to Jaypee for being very accomadating and making our stay comfortable and worth it. Surely will comeback again next time. 👍👍
CChichifanThis hotel completely exceeded my expectations. Located on the Taipa side, between Taipa and the Macau Peninsula, it offers convenient transportation with a bus stop right downstairs, making it close to all the main attractions. The hotel itself looks luxurious and is easily the most beautiful building in the area.
Amazing View: Check-in is on the 38th floor, and my room also faced the Grand Lisboa with a direct sea view. Lounging on the sofa, watching Macau's fishing boats during the day and the colorful lights of the Macau Peninsula at night – it was incredibly relaxing.
Hotel Service: The room attendant on the 29th floor, though male, was exceptionally thoughtful. He cleaned the room spotless daily and, noticing my glasses on the table, left a glasses cleaning cloth – a really nice touch. The daily fruit was always fresh and replenished.
Overall, I'm very satisfied.
The only minor drawback is that because the hotel is above a commercial area, getting around can be a little inconvenient. You need to go down to the 10th floor and then transfer to a different elevator. However, it's just a short detour. Also, the check-in process could be improved; the system was slow and there were many steps. Check-out, on the other hand, was quick. Hopefully, they can make some improvements there.
I wish them continued success.
GGuest UserI always stay here when I visit Macau. The service is excellent, the hygiene is top-notch, and it's very family-friendly. The complimentary snacks and drinks are delicious. This time, they even set up a tent for my child! The heated pool is also very clean. Overall, it makes up for the less-than-ideal location. It's actually quite convenient to get there; you just take a car to Galaxy and cross the road.
GGuest UserThe location is super convenient, really close to Fisherman's Wharf and Sands Macao. The room was very clean and tidy, and there's a small kids' play area, which is great if you're traveling with children. A special shout-out to the restaurant – we had both breakfast and lunch there, and both were excellent. The concierge service at the entrance was also very good, always helping us call taxis.
GGuest UserConnected to Grand Lisboa Palace, but with a distinctly more stylish vibe. The breakfast was excellent, a significant improvement over Grand Lisboa Palace's buffet. Perhaps it's because Karl Lagerfeld designed the hotel, but it felt a bit *too* fashionable, leading to some rather perplexing design choices – for example, the coffee machine was tucked away inside the TV cabinet.
JjudieshiI brought my mom to stay at The Parisian Macao. Although the room wasn't huge, it was immaculately clean with sparkling windows. In the afternoon, my mom suddenly experienced numbness and weakness in her hands. We contacted the hotel staff, and they promptly brought a wheelchair to our room, escorted us to a taxi, and took us to the emergency room. They even waived the wheelchair rental fee, which was a great help. Later, we had to change our plans and return to Shanghai earlier than expected. The hotel was very understanding and agreed to refund us for the following night's stay. We are incredibly grateful and will definitely choose to stay at The Parisian again in the future!
NNainainnnWe loved our stay so much the first night that my child begged to stay another, so we extended our booking. This five-star hotel truly offers a fantastic experience, highly recommended! The Neptunian Restaurant on the ground floor serves delicious food. It gets quite busy around lunchtime, but hotel guests get a 10% discount, which makes it excellent value for money.
Getting to attractions is super convenient; there's a ** nearby that you can just walk to. The high-floor rooms offer expansive views, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Macau, highly recommended!
GGuest UserFive-star service, the staff were all very enthusiastic, and the room was cleaned impeccably. The breakfast selection was excellent, even offering Indian cuisine. The location is superb, with multiple bus lines right outside the door. The only downside is that the hotel is quite old; the faucet handles were a bit stiff. The room is sealed, so you can't open the windows for ventilation. You have to keep the air conditioning running all day to circulate the air, otherwise, you can smell a stale odor.
