This time, I brought my mother to City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau for her birthday, and we had a truly unforgettable experience. Many thanks to the thoughtful front desk team, who prepared a birthday cake, flowers, fruits, and snacks in the room beforehand. This pleasant surprise deeply touched us. The 37th-floor room they arranged offered a superb view. The room's design featured soft lines, gentle lighting, and comfortable bedding. The hotel's calming essential oils and spray were also a thoughtful touch. In the evening, we could see drone performances outside the window, which was a fantastic experience. Both the hotel's architecture and interior design are avant-garde and modern, offering a visually stunning experience. It's conveniently located next to The House of Dancing Water, making it very easy to catch a show. From design to service, City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau truly sets a benchmark for modern hotels. We had a wonderful birthday trip and highly recommend it.

This time, I stayed at Hotel Okura Macau with my child, and I'd like to extend a special thank you to Loki, the lobby manager. He was warm and friendly throughout, communicated patiently and meticulously, and went above and beyond to coordinate and fulfill all our requests. His service was truly exceptional. He fully understood the various needs of families traveling with children, responded promptly, and was both thoughtful and professional, making us feel incredibly welcomed during our trip. Our overall stay exceeded expectations, and I sincerely commend Loki. Next time I'm in Macau, Hotel Okura will be my top choice!

Thanks to Coco and Alax at the front desk. We originally booked a standard king room, but since none were ready for check-in at the moment, they upgraded us to a suite. The room was spacious and very clean, and room service requests were answered promptly. Grand Resort Deck is just across the street, which is super convenient. The hotel breakfast also offered a great variety of choices, though you have to wait in line during peak hours. We had a wonderful two-day stay in Macau!

I stayed at Studio City W Hotel after carefully considering options for attending a concert at Galaxy. The hotel has a very convenient location with direct shuttle buses from both border ports. If you take the Light Rapid Transit (LRT), just get off at Lotus Station and walk straight there (without having to bake in the sun). It's also super close to the Galaxy Arena—just a 5-minute walk. Plus, there's a Don Don Donki right downstairs, so even if the concert ends late, you can still grab ready-to-eat meals (there are microwaves in the store, and an electric kettle in the hotel room too). The room is really spacious for one person! The bathroom has a wet and dry separation, and there's a huge full-length mirror in the room (which wasn't facing the foot of the bed in my room), making it totally convenient for girls to check their look before heading out 👌. It's worth mentioning that the hotel service is exceptionally good! From the moment I got out of the car, staff proactively took my luggage, guided me through the queue, check-in, and check-out processes. Also, before the show, I had turned on the 'Do Not Disturb' light while resting; instead of knocking, the staff slipped a service note under the door. The whole experience truly made me feel at home 👍. I highly recommend considering Studio City W if you're going to Galaxy for a show too!!!

First of all, the hotel's service was excellent with very prompt responses, which is a big plus. Secondly, I need to bring up an issue with the bed and pillows—they were extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was exceptionally hard. As for the pillows, of the two provided, one was way too soft and the other way too high. Even after requesting a latex pillow replacement, it turned out to be super-duper hard! Perhaps because I had just been hiking that day and my whole body was already sore, combined with the uncomfortable bed, I didn't fall asleep until past 2 AM, only to wake up in unbearable discomfort around 3 AM, and barely managed to fall back asleep until past 5 AM. The sleep experience was just awful. No matter how good everything else is, it doesn't matter if you can't get a decent night's sleep.

We stayed here for two nights in a Standard Twin Room. Overall, it was a good and convenient place to stay in Taipa, especially considering the price. The location is one of the best things about this hotel. There is a bus stop right in front of the property, and many different bus routes stop there, so getting around Macau was quite easy. It was especially convenient for going to the Cotai area and The Venetian. There is also a 7-Eleven and a Sunsco supermarket nearby, which was useful for buying drinks, snacks, and other daily items. The hotel has 9 floors and the room itself was quite comfortable and a decent size for a standard room. However, when we first entered the room, there was a fairly strong cigarette smell. The bathroom door was also a little difficult to close properly. The staff gave us a complimentary breakfast coupon for one morning. However, the coupon only included one breakfast set for two people. The set came with a choice of congee or fried noodles, together with one boiled egg. The biggest advantage for us was the value for money. The room rate was very reasonable and noticeably cheaper than many other hotels in Macau, while still offering a convenient location, decent room quality, and easy access to public transportation.

Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel environment is comfortable, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. The room was clean and created a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely consider staying here again next time and recommend it to travelers looking for accommodation.

Upon check in so long time to wait even there’s only 2 guests checking in. No instructions about how to get in our room and no assistance like bell. About the restaurant and the service its excellent the food is tasty and food attendant are helpful and approachable. The amenities and facilities are quite stafisying and we enjoyed it.

When checking in, I specifically asked the front desk staff for a quiet room. Even though it was on a lower floor, they thoughtfully arranged a room not facing the road, and indeed, there was no street noise. However, I could still hear the sound of people opening doors next door and water running, which suggests the walls might be a bit thin. Breakfast is included with the stay now. While the selection isn't huge, with mostly standard breakfast items, it's definitely filling. The pork chop with fruit juice was particularly flavorful.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very pleasant stay at Pousada Hotel in Macau. The location is convenient and the area is quiet, which makes it a nice place to relax after exploring the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. I also really enjoyed the traditional Portuguese-style atmosphere, which gives the hotel a unique charm compared with modern hotels in Macau. Overall, it was a great experience and good value for the price. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Macau.
