The room was very nice and big. There were incense and essential oils. The welcome fruit and minibar were also rich. The check-in instructions were also very comprehensive. The only downside was that the temperature of the relaxation pool in the room was only 27 degrees, which was too cold and I couldn't go in the water at all.

I stayed at Banyan Tree several years ago, and the hotel is still well maintained after several years. I really recommend Banyan Tree if you are traveling with children, because each room has a hot tub, and the room amenities are much better than those at Four Seasons. I will probably choose Banyan Tree again next time, as Four Seasons is just average.
