"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at Londoner Grand Macau Our stay at Londoner Grand exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. The hotel feels elegant, modern, and luxurious, yet still warm and welcoming. Our room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the quality bedding and spacious bathroom to the premium amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the room. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee machine, TWG tea selection, luxury toiletries, and the stunning views overlooking Cotai. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding resorts, attractions, shopping, and dining options. The hotel itself is connected to a vibrant complex, so there is always something to see and enjoy without needing to travel far. What impressed us most was the level of service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and throughout our stay we felt valued as guests. The facilities were equally impressive. Everything was maintained to a very high standard, and the overall atmosphere felt refined, comfortable, and relaxing. It is clear that Londoner Grand aims to provide a premium guest experience, and in our case, it absolutely succeeded. One tip for future guests: if possible, I highly recommend paying the full reservation amount in advance. We prepaid our stay through Trip.com, and when we arrived for check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we were exempt from paying a security deposit, which made the arrival process even faster and more convenient. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we have had in Macau. We would gladly return and would not hesitate to recommend Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience."

"I had a very satisfying stay at this hotel. The overall environment was clean and tidy, and the lobby design was grand, giving a comfortable and relaxing feeling. The room space was well-proportioned, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very quiet night's rest. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in and check-out efficient. They were also patient and prompt in answering any questions I had. Housekeeping was quick to respond and attentive to details. The hotel's location is also quite convenient, with easy access to dining and transportation, making getting around hassle-free."

"I celebrated my birthday here today, and the hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. They even surprised me with a birthday cake. The pool area has both indoor and outdoor options, plus a small jacuzzi. The changing rooms have a small sauna, and best of all, there's a hydrotherapy pool. The hotel boasts several Michelin-starred and fine dining restaurants. The Buffet at the Hill has a huge buffet area with a wide variety of food choices; we booked a room that included breakfast. There's also a garden outside that's perfect for photos. There aren't many shops around, and the Yaohan department store didn't have much of interest. I went to the Vivienne Westwood exhibition, which was free and definitely worth a visit."

"Mandarin Oriental is one of my favorite brands, so staying here whenever I visit Macau is a must. It truly embodies a rich cultural heritage and understated luxury. From the warmly welcoming doormen dressed in traditional Qing dynasty attire, to the bellhops and front desk staff, everyone was wonderful. A special shoutout to the lovely Ms. Ye, the Front Office Manager, who upgraded us to the best view room, personally wrote a card wishing my child good luck on their exam, and prepared a beautiful, delicious cake (with chocolate frosting bearing a message of good wishes). It was such a delightful and touching surprise! Thank you again! Oh, and the bellhop even arranged for a cute cartoon electric cart to take us and our luggage to the neighboring MGM to catch our bus back to Hong Kong 🚌."

"I still prefer staying in the city center over Taipa, and the room rates are better too. Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite good [rose emoji]. "The location is excellent, and it's a new hotel with almost all rooms offering views. The room was clean and tidy, and even the bathroom offered a scenic view, with the bathtub right by the window so you can soak and enjoy the scenery. During off-peak times, the room rate is reasonable, offering good value for money. My only minor complaint was that the room temperature was set quite low, around 16-18 degrees Celsius, which felt cold in summer when wearing short sleeves. After I adjusted it to 22 degrees, housekeeping reset it to around 10 degrees the next day. However, after speaking with the front desk, they didn't lower it again for the rest of my stay. Overall, the service was quite good. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, the quality was excellent, and the restaurant environment was very pleasant. The infinity pool, highly recommended by other guests, is beautiful and perfect for photos or children swimming. For adults, it's a bit shallow, only reaching an adult male's hips. The hotel also has luxury outlet stores, a supermarket, various dining options, and a cinema. The surroundings are great for morning and evening strolls, even on weekends. It's very close to Senado Square, Grand Lisboa, and Wynn Palace. The Amares Plaza bus terminal is just a few steps away, making it very convenient to get around. I'd read reviews about slow check-out and deposit refunds, but if you pay online when booking and use the express check-out by simply dropping your room card in the box at the counter, you don't need to wait in line, and the refund is processed within a few hours."

"I enjoyed staying at the Wynn Hotel. The staff were very friendly, the service was excellent, the room was clean, and the location was strategic. When I walked out of the hotel and returned to it in the evening, I felt calm, like I was back home. I would definitely stay at the Wynn Hotel again."

"The room was pretty good. Even though the hotel is a bit old, I'd stayed here once before 1999 (when there was no Grand Lisboa or Venetian Macau), and it's clear they've been continuously renovating. They offer a shuttle service from the Gongbei Port to the hotel. The staff were all very enthusiastic, helped with my luggage, and communication was seamless. You can easily walk to famous spots like the Ruins of St. Paul's, St. Dominic's Church, and Senado Square. Margaret's Café e Nata (for egg tarts), Yee Shun Milk Company (for double-skin milk pudding), and Koi Kei Bakery (for local snacks) are all nearby. Plus, casinos like MGM and others offer free milk tea, Coke, Red Bull, coffee, juice, sausage buns, and red bean buns – the rich folks really are generous!"

"I came to Macau for an IVE concert and stayed at three hotels (Grand Emperor, Altira, and Hotel Taipa Square). I originally thought Hotel Taipa Square would just be a one-night stopover, but it ended up exceeding my expectations the most! First, the overall hotel style is very modern and convenient. After check-in, the front desk kindly arranged a room upgrade for us, which I greatly appreciate! 👍🏻 Secondly, regarding the deposit, Hotel Taipa Square was the most thoughtful. Mainland Alipay is accepted, and they use a freeze function, so the freeze automatically lifts after check-out (unlike a certain five-star hotel that insists on cash for deposits 🙄, which is very outdated). The room itself was also very clean and tidy. Though small, it had everything you needed and felt very secure 👍🏻. There's also a window with a view of Taipa's night scenery, quiet and peaceful~ It's located in the northern part of Taipa, but the surrounding neighborhood is very convenient, with many convenience stores and breakfast shops downstairs. It's also very close to the Light Rail Transit station and bus stops. Regarding power outlets, Hotel Taipa Square's own outlets are universal, so there's no need to bring an adapter, and it's not recommended to use one (there are warnings). You can also store your luggage for free after check-out, and the service is very professional. All in all, it's a fantastic hotel 🏨 with excellent value for money."

"The room is quite spacious, approximately 60-70 square meters. Soundproofing is good, and with fewer people coming and going, it's relatively quiet. There's a diverse selection of dining options, and it's also within walking distance to Grand Lisboa Palace for shopping. The service attitude is top-notch, especially Christina Guo Fang and the lovely lady who handled our check-in. I've stayed here several times, and they even gifted macarons and canelés, both of which were delicious! The housekeeping is meticulous, ensuring plenty of water is provided daily. The only potential drawback is its distance from other hotels, apart from Wynn Palace, making taxis the most convenient option for getting around. However, this contributes to its peacefulness and fewer crowds. It's definitely worth a try, and I'll be back again!"
