"The room layout is well-designed, with complete and functional amenities. The large bay window, in particular, is great for enjoying the view and relaxing. There's a bus stop about 100 meters away, and it's not far from Wynn and Grand Lisboa, making transportation very convenient! The hotel also has shops and restaurants.
However, the service was mediocre. The front desk staff was cold during check-in. The hallway light in the room wasn't working, and despite calling twice, no one came to fix it. The hairdryer socket in the bathroom had poor contact.
The hotel requires a MOP 1000 deposit upon check-in, which is refunded within 24 hours of checkout if paid via WeChat. However, some guests have mentioned issues with their deposit being partially withheld, so it's advisable to take photos as proof when checking out.
Aside from these issues, everything else was pretty good!"
