This trip is mainly for the Macau firework festival and hotel arrange a really good room for us which can view the firework without any blocking.
The room conditions is good but the strange issue is we can't find any clock unless we switch on the TV.
Breakfast is good although the area is not big but not many people join.
The main issue of this trip is we wait for almost 2 hours to get the room. The guest manager shows her apology to provide a sweet set and a red wine for the inconvenience on our arrival which is unexpected.
I may stay again if the price is right.

The hotel is indeed uniquely designed, with an excellent location and convenient travel. The front desk reception was very thoughtful and brought a series of room introductions. It was very considerate service. The room design was also great. It was very comfortable to stay. I will stay here again next time

My recent stay at Nüwa in Macau was truly unforgettable. The level of service provided by the Nüwa team was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the personalized surprises, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Kurt, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. The beautifully decorated room, complete with birthday decorations and a delicious cake, made the occasion even more special. The stunning view from my window added an extra touch of magic. I highly recommend Nüwa to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable experience in Macau.

Entering the Venetian always makes me smile with the scenery. It’s a great photo opp. The customer service was really great with it being so busy. Check-in was very smooth. I always feel safe when I stay by myself & the room was very spacious & comfortable. My favorite hotel to stay in & I can walk to other locations.

Great but need improvement
Pros:
Rooms are very spacious beautiful and quiet, plenty of electric sockets and USB plugs. Very strong water pressure and anti slip floor good for family or elderly, breakfast has a large selection and worth it. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to various places, and there is a shopping mall and many restaurants inside the hotel. Check out very convenient just drop one your room key into a box and one key insert into scanning machine.
Cons:
Some areas are not clean properly, below the sofa there are a few pieces of tissue left by previous guests which are actually easy to spot but somehow HK missed it. Check in although smooth but staff seems to lack welcome attitude and lack initiative to provide details except you are asking, and location is a bit far for tourist spots. I requested a room with a garden view but got a room facing a street with a dirty glass window, I was a bit disappointed but understable.
Overall GLP is a very well maintained hotel, and of course we would be happy to stay again in the future.

Nice design , iconic style everywhere and great vibe as a decent designer hip hotel carries glamourous!
Magnificent garden view and great interior design in same modern classic tone.
One minor thing a bit shame re the blue tooth music amplifier in room can be improved , for instance, a small Marshall makes a big difference 😄
One other final comment is the coffee in cafe hv room to improve ,taste really so so 😅
All staff are very friendly and helpful, especially concierge teammates and the guest service officer
A great stay and highly recommend for a couple days to relax and enjoy 👍
The MGM Cotai is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The MGM Cotai is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Macau. Just stayed for four nights at MGM Cotai, had to add on an extra night at the last minute and the staff, particularly Shellee helped so much with this, going out of her way to make sure my room was decorated (was a celebration with friends), and making sure that notes were carefully made to assist me upon check-in. The free coach from/to the border was a huge help as well. Even after I checked out, Vincent walked my luggage for me to the shuttle area and was kind and generous. Drinks at the bar, though pricey, are really worth it. Someone is always there to help if needed and the twice daily room cleaning/turn down were so nice to have after a day exploring and when bed time came. Will be returning and bringing friends, so very happy to have this wonderful escape close to home. As a note to anyone visiting the area, convenience stores on the strip are not easy to find or are closed, so bring cigs and snacks for times before you find a store with a taxi. Can't wait to return!
With its unmistakeable design, the Grand Lisboa Macau is a prime Macau attraction and one of the city's most distinctive landmarks. The crown jewel in Stanley Ho's casino empire, the Grand Lisboa is an inspired oddity. Though strangely alluring from the outside, once indoors all doubts about the Lisboa's dedication to luxury vanish. Guests will find ultra-luxurious rooms and suites furnished with high-tech in-room facilities, such as a Turkish steam baths, 60-centimeter rain showers and Jacuzzis.Guests can dine on Chinese or Western cuisine, stop in for a drink at the coffee shop or bar or lounge or order 24-hour in-room dining. Meeting facilities, laundry service and airport pickup are also offered from the Grand Lisboa Macau. This Macau hotel has plenty to do in terms of relaxing. Guests can use the spa, indoor or outdoor swimming pool and fitness facilities.
