4-Star Hotels in Cairo Governorate, Egypt

The hotel is very close to Cairo Airport, about a 5-minute drive. I emailed them in advance to book an airport pick-up. After landing, I called the front desk, and a hotel shuttle bus was waiting right outside the terminal. The next day, I took a taxi to the pyramids, which cost around 250 RMB. It's a good choice for travelers on a layover.

The service was okay the stuff were all helpful and polite The whole Building needed taking care of from the entrance of the building to the lift is so dirty and very old and rusty then when you get into the studio it’s nice and decorated but very dusty, three days I had blockage of drains in the shower room. I had no hot water. Tv does not work doesn’t matter how many times you called them to fix it. It does not work believe that trip.com need to check the whole building not just the rooms the balcony was very dusty. I had to ask them to come and clean it. You can’t sit in there and relax too noisy because of so much traffic the only time I enjoyed myself is to go out of the Property. I only come and sleep..

The staff of this hotel was not good, At about 8 PM in the evening, the hotel front desk staff called the room and said that the hotel we booked only allows one person to stay. If two people stay, they need to add an additional fee of 70 US dollars. Very unlogic, so I leave my friend and I booked another hotel.but the facilities and environment is good .only their service is bad

Everything in the room is outdated. Old worn out furniture Small toilet,small bathtub Fridge is not working , house keeper not trained. Room missing a lot of basics. E gerges

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Egypt! Even the cars entering the hotel grounds are checked by staff and sniffer dogs, which made me feel incredibly safe. The hot water for showering was plentiful and the water pressure was excellent! That's really important, and the room was very clean. The room also had two large balconies with beautiful views of the Nile. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is right by the Nile, and since we had a private car, I'm not sure about public transport access. The facilities are a bit old, and the hygiene isn't great; the carpets looked dusty. It's passable. We arrived late and booked a room with a sofa bed. The staff promptly made up the bed, and their service was good. Breakfast wasn't extensive, but everything was edible. If you're mostly out exploring and just need a place to sleep, then it offers pretty good value for money.

We usually stay at Prime accommodations whenever we visit Egypt, but our usual property was fully booked, so we decided to try Prime Select Bavaria Town. We chose it because it offered a two-bedroom apartment and was conveniently located close to where we normally stay. Its location is also excellent, with easy access to the Ring Road, making it convenient for getting around Cairo. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment had a great layout, was clean and well-prepared when we arrived, and check-in was relatively smooth. It was tastefully furnished and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We enjoyed our time there and would have happily extended our stay. Before leaving, we shared a few suggestions with management that we believe would make the experience even better. One recommendation was to check in with guests daily regarding housekeeping needs, rather than waiting for guests to request cleaning. We feel this small change would enhance the overall guest experience. These were minor suggestions rather than major issues, and we're hopeful they'll be taken on board. With those few tweaks, we think Prime Select Bavaria Town has the potential to become one of our favourite Prime properties, and we'd certainly consider staying there again on a future visit.

Basically, it's OK. It may be a problem of voice communication. Many people don't speak English very well. Generally speaking, the service attitude is very good and friendly. The location is very good. It's convenient to go anywhere when you are bored. The hotel is a bit old, but you can see the antique shadows, with British colonial and Turkish styles. My room was OK on the first day, but I don't know why it smelled heavily of cigarettes at night on the second and third days. I don't smoke, and I don't know where it came from. It may be from the bedside.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, modern and stylish. Our room appears to be newly refurbished as well. The hotel is very safe, staff are very attentive. Except for one rude customer that I had an unfortunate pleasure of witnessing her very appalling childish behaviour toward staff during breakfast service. I feel so sorry for the staff who were treated by this person in such manner. They were nothing but respectful. They handled the incident very professionally and I was impressed. The hotel is also a walking distance to the Egyptian Museum, less than 300 meters walk. The lunch menu especially the lamb shank was an absolute delight according to my husband. The breakfast menu was grand and the best. Absolutely delicious spread. The pool area is very clean and the water is at its perfect temperature. We highly recommend the Steigenberger Hotel Chain. Top notch service.

Our stay was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel entrance exuded a luxurious feel, making an excellent first impression. We were relieved to find that the room matched the photos we saw on the booking site. The elevators were new and quiet, making it comfortable to move around the hotel. With robust security measures in place, we felt safe and secure day and night. The breakfast was fresh and varied every day, so we didn't get tired of it even during a multi-night stay. The hotel's location is ideal for both tourism and business, offering great convenience for getting around. The staff's service was attentive and kind, leaving us very satisfied. I can confidently recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Cairo.
