4-Star Hotels in Cairo Governorate, Egypt

To catch an early flight, I chose this hotel for my last night, and it turned out to be the worst memory of my entire trip to Egypt! The room was tiny, the facilities were poor, and the front desk staff was extremely rude during check-in. They gave me a room with a broken air conditioner. The first time I reported it, the staff insisted I hadn't inserted the power card properly. I told him it wasn't the card, the AC was simply broken. He told me to go back to my room and wait, saying he'd send a colleague to check. After a long wait, no one showed up, and the room was sweltering. So I went back to him and saw him smiling and serving other foreigners (he certainly didn't treat us that way). I was furious! In front of all the guests in the lobby, I loudly confronted him and demanded he immediately follow me to experience how hot the room was. Everyone in the hotel was watching us. He realized I wasn't to be messed with and finally helped resolve the issue. So, my friends, don't book this hotel, and remember to be assertive when you encounter similar problems abroad!!!!

What an absolutely wonderful experience I had staying at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully prepared. The decoration deserves a special mention - it is elegant, tasteful, and full of character. You can really feel that a lot of attention has been given to every little detail, creating an atmosphere that is both stylish and incredibly comfortable. The residence is located in Zamalek, one of the most beautiful and charming areas of Cairo, and the location honestly could not have been better. The neighborhood has a very special atmosphere: it feels safe, comfortable, lively, and relaxing at the same time. The streets are always animated, with cafés, restaurants, shops, and beautiful corners to discover. There is something interesting everywhere you look, and it truly feels as though every street and every corner has its own story to tell. I had the pleasure of staying here for five nights, and I can confidently say that it became one of the highlights of my entire trip to Cairo. One of my favorite things about the apartment was the beautiful view of the Nile from the terrace. Sitting there and enjoying the view was such a memorable experience, especially after spending the day exploring the city. It gives the apartment a peaceful and almost magical atmosphere that is difficult to describe until you experience it yourself. The location is also extremely convenient. Almost everything you could possibly need is just a minute or a few minutes away, whether you are looking for restaurants, cafés, shops, transportation, or simply a nice place to walk around and enjoy the neighborhood. Staying here made exploring Cairo much easier and more enjoyable. However, what made this experience truly exceptional was not only the apartment or the location, but also the amazing people working at the residence. I have rarely experienced such genuine hospitality. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and helpful. They genuinely pay attention to the smallest details and do everything they can to make sure that your stay is comfortable and pleasant. A special mention goes to Mazen, whose name I remember, but I would also like to thank the entire team because every single person I interacted with was wonderful. They were always available whenever I needed something, always greeted me with kindness, and sometimes went far beyond what I would normally expect. Their warmth and willingness to help made me feel genuinely welcome rather than simply being another guest. Overall, my five nights here were an unforgettable experience. Between the beautiful and spotless apartment, the tasteful decoration, the incredible Nile view, the perfect location in Zamalek, and most importantly, the outstanding hospitality of the entire team, I honestly could not have asked for a better stay. I would highly recommend this residence to anyone visiting Cairo and looking for a place that combines comfort, elegance, an excellent location, beautiful views, and exceptional hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay in Cairo so special and memorable. I arrived as a guest, but I left with wonderful memories that I will carry with me for a very long time.

Shereen at the reception was incredibly welcoming and warm.☺️☺️☺️ I could always count on getting the best greetings and the most attentive service from her. Having this sense of belonging far from home made my entire trip absolutely perfect. The overall environment and service are exceptional. Highly recommend to anyone traveling for business!

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Egypt! Even the cars entering the hotel grounds are checked by staff and sniffer dogs, which made me feel incredibly safe. The hot water for showering was plentiful and the water pressure was excellent! That's really important, and the room was very clean. The room also had two large balconies with beautiful views of the Nile. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Exceptional! Absolutely excellent. The staff are cheerful, kind, highly respectful, and professional. Everyone treats you like family, as if you're the owner of the place. My greetings and thanks to my two honorable and respected daughters, Miss Aya and Miss Menna, and to Mr. Khaled, the restaurant manager, and to all the staff. The location is superb. The views from the back rooms towards Cairo Tower are no less wonderful and beautiful than the views from the front rooms overlooking the magnificent Nile. The breakfast buffet is rich and varied with appetizers, salads, fruits, pastries, natural juice, and a cappuccino machine, but there are few hot dishes. God willing, we will have future visits to this outstanding location.

We usually stay at Prime accommodations whenever we visit Egypt, but our usual property was fully booked, so we decided to try Prime Select Bavaria Town. We chose it because it offered a two-bedroom apartment and was conveniently located close to where we normally stay. Its location is also excellent, with easy access to the Ring Road, making it convenient for getting around Cairo. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment had a great layout, was clean and well-prepared when we arrived, and check-in was relatively smooth. It was tastefully furnished and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We enjoyed our time there and would have happily extended our stay. Before leaving, we shared a few suggestions with management that we believe would make the experience even better. One recommendation was to check in with guests daily regarding housekeeping needs, rather than waiting for guests to request cleaning. We feel this small change would enhance the overall guest experience. These were minor suggestions rather than major issues, and we're hopeful they'll be taken on board. With those few tweaks, we think Prime Select Bavaria Town has the potential to become one of our favourite Prime properties, and we'd certainly consider staying there again on a future visit.

Basically, it's OK. It may be a problem of voice communication. Many people don't speak English very well. Generally speaking, the service attitude is very good and friendly. The location is very good. It's convenient to go anywhere when you are bored. The hotel is a bit old, but you can see the antique shadows, with British colonial and Turkish styles. My room was OK on the first day, but I don't know why it smelled heavily of cigarettes at night on the second and third days. I don't smoke, and I don't know where it came from. It may be from the bedside.

I was really satisfied with my stay at this hotel for my business trip. The transportation nearby is convenient, saving me time and effort getting to and from my meetings. The room was clean and bright, with stable internet, and the desk was very practical. Housekeeping cleaned daily and paid attention to the details. The staff were responsive, gentle, and polite. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious, perfect for a quick energy boost. The environment was quiet and not noisy, allowing me to rest and recharge well. It's an excellent choice for business travel.

1. The hotel evaluation in trip.com is nothing to do with reality, i mean the 10/10 outstanding is not true 2. The furniture of the hotel is not up to standard 3. The air-conditione in the room is not working properly even i complain about it ,but the hotel management did not take any serious action ,with which I hardly could sleep at night ,the air-conditione is set at 16 c but the real show in the screen is 27 to 29 c 4. The most worse and bad in the room is the pills, which is very thick and sooooo cheep quality ,I could not sleep at all because of its condition ,I complain, the manager said that this is what they have and could do noting ,I told him that I will complain to the trip .Com then he called me and promise to change it but all the time he was just sending the same type but with different face of stuff ,he was cheating, and he did nothing ,it was a night mare fir me to sleep the second night 5.Tge resturant open at 8 am in the morning, and the quality of food is cheep I do not recommend this hotel
