The hotel itself is like a palace. The lobby of the court is decorated with local characteristics. The decoration is relatively new. The room conditions are set to be first-class, the size is suitable, and the breakfast is especially rich. The location is right on the side of the square, next to the bustling commercial street, convenient for eating.

The location of the hotel is very good, in the old city, near the Roman Column, it is very convenient to go out and visit the sights, the hotel is furnished with characteristics, there is also a ruins, the front desk staff are also very helpful, also introduced the sights and restaurants, the only downside is the small room After a little bit, the boxes of the two people were squeezed after opening.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel had a retro and charming vibe; standing in the lobby felt like stepping back into the 1950s or 60s, with a warm overall color scheme. The rooms were large with balconies, and the standard twin rooms were a rare find in Europe. There was a convenience store right outside, and the location was very close to the main street. It was the most satisfying hotel of the trip, but unfortunately, it was also the one I stayed at for the shortest time.

In terms of transportation, the hotel is very conveniently located in the center of Granada. It takes about five minutes to walk to the Cathedral and about half an hour to walk to the Alcazar Palace. You can also take the bus. Driving is relatively troublesome. It is not easy to park at the entrance of the hotel. The cooperative parking lot Parking Triunfo takes about 10 minutes to walk, and it is not easy to find, and it is easy to miss the entrance and exit. You can get a discount if you pay the parking fee in advance at the hotel front desk, about 16 euros a day.
In terms of facilities, the living room and bedroom of the two-bedroom suite are quite spacious, but the room facing the street is noisy at night, and the sound penetration downstairs is strong. The facilities in the house are relatively old. We were going to use a kettle to boil water. As soon as we plugged in the socket, the circuit breaker tripped. It was dark and dark. After waiting for 15 minutes, the hotel arranged an electrician to repair it before the power was restored. The hotel will provide free water.
In terms of check-in and service, we arrived late, and there was no front desk service at 9 o'clock. However, although the self-service check-in process is more cumbersome (you need to press three bells and make three calls in sequence), it was generally smooth. When I came back to pick up my luggage after checking out the next day, the attitude of the front desk was very average.

Environment: The hotel boasts a great environment—quiet yet conveniently located. If you're up for a walk, the Alhambra is about half an hour away on foot, or a quick 10-minute taxi ride. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the hotel also features a beautifully designed central courtyard.
Cleanliness: The hotel is very new, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained. The bathroom is quite spacious, and both the bed and towels are very comfortable.
Service: I must emphasize that the service at this hotel is truly outstanding. The front desk and room service staff are incredibly warm and enthusiastic, always eager to assist, which definitely adds a lot to the hotel's appeal.

Very good, the front desk clerk is full of smiles, the location is good, convenient to everywhere. There are free apples and lemonade at the front desk. It is clean and the room is quite big. I recommend it. I highly recommend it. You can also store your luggage for free. It's really a good deal to stay in a 4-star hotel in the heart of a European city for just over 400 yuan with such good conditions.

This hotel is very low cost. The room is small, and in order to create the so-called high-end feeling, there are a lot of unusable furniture and furnishings, which is even narrower! Really not recommended. Although there is a courtyard that can be photographed and photographed, but it is so small, it is difficult to walk two boxes and the sound is not good. There is no practical facilities. We are at 11 o'clock, and it must be three o'clock before we can stay. With thousands of prices, I can only say that it is not worth it.

It was nice that it was near the main street. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. The facilities were good, and the welcome tea with water and wine was a nice surprise. You have to park across the street, but it's not too far from the hotel. It's a bit far from the Alhambra Palace, a must-see when visiting Granada, but it's very close to the Granada Cathedral.

GGuest UserSecond time at this hotel
A tad pricey but so is the whole of Marbella!
Love the rooftop pool and spa massages are the best I’ve ever had!
Staff are super friendly and accommodating
For an easy stay I would definitely return!
ZZaidMy stay at Novotel Sevilla was excellent! The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is absolutely perfect — close to the metro station, shops, and restaurants, with easy access to all major attractions like Seville Cathedral.
The staff were friendly and professional, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The rooftop pool offers a beautiful view of the city.
Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Seville. 🙌
IismaelMThe apartment is in the heart of Seville, just a few meters from the Mushrooms in Plaza de la Encarnación, so the location is excellent.
The apartment has absolutely everything: kitchenware, bathroom amenities, a closet outside the bedroom, an ironing board and iron, towels, a duvet, and two pillows per bed. The bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the street and air conditioning. The living room is spacious with a TV and a large, fully soundproofed, and very bright window overlooking Plaza del Cristo Burgos, from where you can see the Mushrooms of the Encarnación.
The bathroom was spacious and everything was very clean. The apartment is one of the best I've stayed in in Seville to date.
Bright, spacious, and right in front of the parish of San Pedro.
And the location? Unbeatable. It's right in the center of Seville, just a few meters from the Encarnación (the mushrooms). Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay in these apartments again.
A very gratifying weekend.
The automated check-in process may be a bit confusing. But there are two highly trained receptionists who will help you with everything.
SsaharamoonI still had a little bit when I booked this hotel. Two nights 7000 included three meals, not including children's meals. Look at the comments and say that the breakfast is rich and worried about stepping on the pit. After arriving, the more you live, the more you don’t want to go, it’s a bit like c lu b
Med, there are various activities every day, according to the age of the child, you can play until 11 o'clock in the evening. The hotel faces the beach, walks left to the lively night market and restaurants, and to the right is the volleyball court. There are no Asians here, and the waiter will be very enthusiastic to us. The most cow is the meal. I am too lazy to eat salmon. The sweet red shrimp is longer than my palm. There is also wheel cheese pasta. The fresh juice in the morning is fresh. We can't eat it for two days.
Wwangwei02aAn absolutely fantastic hotel! While it's a bit far from the city center, there are several bus lines nearby. Bus route 3 takes you to Plaza de España, from where you can easily walk to the Seville Cathedral, the Royal Alcázar, Las Setas (Metropol Parasol), and the bustling streets of the old town, as well as the main bus terminal. Bus route 12 goes directly to the main train station. The room decor is very new and the staff are incredibly welcoming. We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, but they kindly allowed us to check in for free around 11 AM. The breakfast spread is generous, and you can even make your own waffles!
AArthur C W TsangRoom is large. Have small bar and have a long arm sofa. Bathroom size is not small. It has a separate bath tub and shower room. Bed is comfortable and air conditioning is good, especially in Spain. It's critical. The location is good. We just walk from the Train Station with 15 minutes. Also it is not far away from the old town where there are many restaurants and shops over there.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's communication is not prompt or effective. Also, the hotel address was changed to a new address after the hotel confirmed my booking. The distance from the hotel beach changed from 5 to 12 minutes, and the promise of 24-hour reception changed to no reception.
The access code was not sent out promptly after checking in, but I only got it from the hotel after Trip contacted the hotel. The flat is newly refurbished with an open kitchen. The bathroom has only one towel for each person for a 4-day stay. The extra towel costs you €10. The water pressure is strong and quick hot water.
The kitchen has everything you need, but the tableware is not visible. There is a kettle but no coffee maker.
The living room and bedroom have windows, but we are at the same level as the people on the street. We don't feel private and comfortable opening the window or even with the shade curtain closed with the window opened.
The washing and drying machine is shared with other travellers on the rooftop. The cleaning function is good, but the drying doesn't function well. The hanger was only found on the last day after the cleaner showed it to me. The hotel should say it on the first day when I asked them, rather than asking me to give them a call while I was only on a data sim and could not make a call. The washing balls are provided.
Beach umbrellas are also stored in a the lobby that is not visible to us until the day we checked out. I would say it has everything, but the communication skills of the hotel have room to improve.
GGuest UserIt was nice, but it's a pity that you have to pay 25 euros to check in earlier and 15 euros per hour to check out later, which adds up if you have a late flight, it's better to book an extra night.
GGuest UserWe were a party of three, staying in a room with two single beds and a sofa bed. The cleanliness was acceptable. There's a large supermarket about a 5-minute walk away where we had dinner, and the prices were fair. Right next to the hotel, about a 3-minute walk, there's a bus stop for the bus to Granada Airport, which costs €3.1 per person. You can take bus route 32 to the Alhambra. Walking to the Cathedral takes about 15-20 minutes. Overall, the transportation is convenient. This was the cheapest hotel I stayed at in Spain and offered the best value for money. There's also a restaurant right next to the hotel with delicious food.
GGuest UserThe geographical seat is quite good, just waiting for a long time at the entrance on the first floor, and I have not received the cold code. The service staff of the restaurant next door saw that we have been waiting for a long time. They are very enthusiastic to help solve the door opening. Give the restaurant next door a thumbs up 👍, thank them, check out the day, The cleaning staff came to knock on the door at 10:59 on time, except that there were no other problems, a great house.
