The location is very good, all attractions can be reached on foot, suitable for day trips, the rooms are small and well-equipped, clean and hygienic, there are many restaurants downstairs, the staff service is good, and the English communication is smooth.
Very nice hotel, we were lucky to get a room upgrade to a larger room on the front with full sea view. Check in was quite slow (as on previous occasion I have used this hotel) but not excessively slow and the staff were very friendly; fortunately there was no queue. Very clean hotel with everything looking new and in excellent state of repair. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location by the beach and close to town is great.
Good weekend! I recommend a romantic weekend. Infinity pool and lounge chairs facing the sea.
Great cocktail.
Buffet has options. Very friendly staff.
Swimming in the shade in the morning. When choosing, choose the sun all day
#Swing up Superior
The only downside is paying hotel parking fees for residents.

Booked a standard room but it turned out an accessible room for wheelchair guest. The staff there didn’t mention the room type was strange. I totally dislike the whole bathroom always wet after shower. No curtains and no partitions between the shower and toilet bowl. No mat supplied and I almost got skidded at the bathroom. Toilet amenities looked cheap and I decided to go down to supermarket and buy shampoo and shower gel. Room showed long female hair on the floor on the day of check in. Renovation was not bad and size was appropriate. Vast varieties of food to choose in breakfast buffet. Two tapas bars were nearby. Need to walk long ways to city centre like cathedral. Dinner Food in the hotel restaurant was soso. Should eat out instead
The location is fantastic, right next to the pedestrian street, the bridge, and the Colosseum, and the balcony offers views of the cliffs. Famous restaurants are also a 5-minute walk away. There's parking available for an additional €20 per day. The breakfast is plentiful. The hotel itself is beautiful. The only downside was seeing a cockroach in the bathroom at night. I quickly closed all the boxes; such a nice hotel shouldn't have cockroaches!
A great location on the hill above the city allows a wide and charming view of the region and landscape. The Parador is an enthusiastic building, and both service, quality and service are really top at rooms and restaurants.
We can only recommend this parador as a hotel at the hottest and have enjoyed the unique stay there on our Andalusian trip including reading dinner and rich breakfast.
Lobby: The hotel lobby boasts modern decor. The restaurant, designed in an Arabian style, features white walls and intricate carvings, offering a beautiful and refined aesthetic.
Rooms: Both the rooms and corridors are predominantly white, exuding an elegant decor.
Service: The service was excellent. The gentleman at the front desk was fluent in English, friendly, cheerful, and incredibly helpful. When our room wasn't ready upon arrival, they kindly offered us two complimentary drinks at the hotel lounge. Once the room was prepared, he personally delivered the key card to us.
Location: The hotel boasts an excellent location. Stepping out and turning left, you'll find yourself directly in the city center, an area bustling with restaurants, shops, and tourists. The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the El Corte Inglés department store. Right next door, there's a chain brunch spot called 'Granada Artisan.' It offers fair prices, and two people can have a filling meal for 10 to 20 Euros – definitely worth trying. However, be aware that the staff's English isn't strong, so knowing some basic Spanish for ordering would be beneficial. For visits to the Alhambra Palace, it's advisable to take a taxi or public bus, as the path leading up to it is a steep incline, making the walk quite tiring.

Overall, common areas are modern and spacious. Some rooms have beautiful views over the city, botanic garden, and sea side. The hotel also offers very good facilities such as the pool, jacuzzi & gym. The breakfast is exceptional with lots of variety to pick from.
However there were quite a few disappointments: service at the bar was really bad, with staff sighting and making faces when you ask to order something, the inner spa is at additional cost and the rooms are very small which does not make it worth the price we paid.

The room was OK, although a bit old, but the stay was very comfortable. The service is particularly good. The restaurant environment, packages, and service are particularly good.
Dislike: 25€/day parking space ! Arranged for me the smallest parking space in the corner, next to the parking space there are fire doors and fire extinguishers. Reasonably, there is a parking space here. I talked to the hotel several times and asked them to change my parking space, but they just didn't change it. Finally, gave me both parking spaces... For parking spaces at this price, I want to park the car. If my car doesn't stop, you give me three parking spaces. I don't like it either!
This is for hotel managers: we were 2 days and paying €50 for a garage place, they assigned me a parking that I think was already badly designed, as being a side door (place 20) And with a firefighter should not have any garage space! I was assigned the 19th, if I park well I couldn't get down from the car of how small the square is and I asked you to change it, but they didn't allow it to me and the solution was to give me the two places... my personally I like to do things well! And more if I pay a garage place for 2 days, it was €50. If I can't park the car well even if I have 3 garage places, I'm still not okay!
For the gentleman, who would be the reception officer on the afternoon of August 16, a 0 for his bad ways and no need to talk to people with disgust, in fact he was never able to talk to me personally, The hotel was very good and very comfortable.

Ppierre andreRooms were too hot as they turn off the air-conditioning, so only got warm air and with door open you noise from the hi way
But lovely place!!
TTiantangjiejiaoThe location is a bit far, but it seems like there's a bus stop right outside, and a stadium next door. It's also right by a large shopping center with a Carrefour downstairs, all reachable within 5 minutes. There's also a fantastic, super value-for-money Argentinian steakhouse nearby.
The room is small but perfectly adequate. The sofa bed was already made up upon arrival, which was a nice touch. You do have to go up one floor to get to the room, but otherwise, everything was great. We only stayed two nights; despite being street-facing, it was very quiet. Satisfied.
천천주홍(영은맘)It was a comfortable place to stay in Seville, and the location was great for seeing the main attractions.
I also got a discounted flamenco ticket and enjoyed watching the flamenco show~
However, it was a pity that the cost and space were too small to leave my bags for a while. Other than that, everything was great.
GGuest UserGood location — just a bridge away from the old town, with department stores, restaurants, a supermarket, and a coin-operated laundry all within walking distance. The room layout felt a bit awkward, with unnecessary curves, and the toilet was very small and located separately from the bathroom. Daily cleaning service was a plus — the cleaners were polite. Staff weren’t particularly enthusiastic, but they provided information when asked.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's communication is not prompt or effective. Also, the hotel address was changed to a new address after the hotel confirmed my booking. The distance from the hotel beach changed from 5 to 12 minutes, and the promise of 24-hour reception changed to no reception.
The access code was not sent out promptly after checking in, but I only got it from the hotel after Trip contacted the hotel. The flat is newly refurbished with an open kitchen. The bathroom has only one towel for each person for a 4-day stay. The extra towel costs you €10. The water pressure is strong and quick hot water.
The kitchen has everything you need, but the tableware is not visible. There is a kettle but no coffee maker.
The living room and bedroom have windows, but we are at the same level as the people on the street. We don't feel private and comfortable opening the window or even with the shade curtain closed with the window opened.
The washing and drying machine is shared with other travellers on the rooftop. The cleaning function is good, but the drying doesn't function well. The hanger was only found on the last day after the cleaner showed it to me. The hotel should say it on the first day when I asked them, rather than asking me to give them a call while I was only on a data sim and could not make a call. The washing balls are provided.
Beach umbrellas are also stored in a the lobby that is not visible to us until the day we checked out. I would say it has everything, but the communication skills of the hotel have room to improve.
JJuanyingyingThe price is OK, Trip.com helped refund the difference, calculate the price of less than 1k a day.
The location is in the city center, next to a net red street, it is very convenient to walk to various attractions.
The facilities in the room are very complete, pots and pans, knives, cups and stoves are all available, and it is very comfortable to cook for dinner.
The whole process is self-check-in and check-out mode. There is no front desk. It is very convenient to receive the password for check-in in the email. But this mode also has a bug. We encountered no quilt in the room (only thin sheets). I found the contact information on the webpage for a long time. I found the contact information and electricity of WhatsApp. The phone number, at the beginning, was contacted through WhatsApp, the reply speed was very slow, and finally contacted by phone. The staff replied that the front desk was off work and the quilt could be sent tomorrow, but I didn’t see it when I returned to the room the next day. WhatsApp contacted customer service again, still answering as above, Finally, the quilt was delivered to orz on the third day.
The shower head on the top of the bathroom is OK, but I don't know why the water is always overflowing to the outside floor. . And no housekeeper cleans it daily, and the water can be dried naturally.
CCindyTsangMy dad loves staying in this hotel. Unfortunately, we only stayed for 2 nights for visiting Gibraltar.
We felt welcomed by the receptionist and the check in was smooth. The room we stayed was as spacious as we saw on the internet.
As the hotel has been 123 years old, you can tell from the hotels and aged furniture. I think it needs refurbishing, as the air conditioning was weak and we sweated in the night. And I think it may only happens to some of the rooms, as my friends' room are as cold as a fridge. This problem should be fixed easily, but we got back from another town and were so exhausted, so we didn't want to move to another our luggages again and chose to bear with it.
Water pressure has no problem and instant hot water. Duvet and the bedding were clean and new.
The buffet breakfast was excellent in varieties and quality. We love having our breakfast outside enjoying the birds as our companions.
The swimming pool is in good size with a safe guard. I would love to come back as the price is totally worth for it.
The hotel called us taxi and it took only 2 mins to be there for us. We are happy with the efficiency.
Also we love meeting people here. They are all very nice and enjoy making friends here in the hotel. I would say staying here was one of my great choices I have made
WWenchaThe best apartment I've ever lived in Spain, the location is very convenient and close to everything, the check-in process is very professional, it's very comfortable to live in, it feels great to have a balcony, the sound insulation is also good, the only drawback is that the cleaning service is not included for three nights, there will be a lot of garbage, it would be better if the cleaning service could be included!
GGuest UserClean, friendly with amazing location to stay in Granada. The room was nicely remodeled and it was very clean. Staff were very friendly too. I would highly recommend my friends who wants to visit Granada :)
RR.A.UHotel that I booked because of the good reviews, but it doesn't really boast a 4-star rating. The room I had on the first floor made the AC very loud. It was a triple for single use, the beds were small. The hotel was full and I probably didn't get a good room.
The hotel is well located if you are passing through and close to the northern ring road. It is very far from the ”beautiful” area.
The room was not completely clean and the shower had very little water flow.
But it is more than enough for one night, but the price of 130 euros is an exaggeration for this type of hotel.
