The hotel lobby is very distinctive, and it includes a buffet breakfast with a wide selection. Even if you have an early flight the next day and can't make breakfast, the front desk staff are very thoughtful and will arrange sandwiches and drinks for you. On the downside, the sauna's operating hours are from 5 PM to 9 PM, which often means we're not in the hotel and can't use it.

We love the hotel because it just like our home. We hope to get everything which the Noli has prepared for us.the staff are very kind and professional. The traffic is convenient. We lived in the place every year for one week and feel happy every time.
The hot springs are quite large in Finland. It ends at 21 o'clock. You must remember to go early. We only checked in at 20:30 and couldn't make a good soak.
The hotel is very big and beautiful like a park, and there is a 60s labor at the door.

The hotel’s location was perfect—just a 10-minute walk from Helsinki Central Station. The facilities were modern and spotless, and the free sauna (though small) was a nice bonus. The hotel reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. They offer complimentary afternoon tea, coffee, alcoholic beverages, water, and snacks. It's close to the beach and the breakfast is plentiful. The room size was a bit small, but that's common for hotels in Europe.
Lovely hotel right it the centre of Helsinki, and within walking distance to most of the main sights. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by. All of the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast is probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. Plenty of choice and always well stocked.
The only small negative I had was that there were about 10 steps from the front entrance to the lobby and no one to help you with your suitcases.

The place is incredibly nice, it’s a pity that I checked in at 10pm and leave at 5am the other day, but the design is modern and beautiful, the environment is chill, and I am so impressed that since I left in the early morning and they can provide breakfast at 4am, also I’m so impressed they use Rituals… for shampoo, shower gel, hand washing and body & hand lotion:)
After all, since it’s a very short stay, but the experience is excellent and impressive, definitely a great choice for you to stay

I booked the 4-person penthouse room primarily for the use of the sauna on my last day of the trip.
Firstly, pin code provided was only valid for door access to the stairs, not door to the elevator side at night. This became a significant inconvenience, especially for a female traveler like myself who arrived at night after a tiring flight. Having to carry a 20kg luggage and a 10kg carry-on up five flights of stairs was both physically demanding and frustrating. Clear arrangements on how to access the elevator at night should have been considered for guest.
Secondly, check-in process was not clearly communicated, causing panic upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to seek help from customer service on a third-party booking site and reach out via email to obtain a check-in link, which added unnecessary stress and confusion.
Furthermore, instruction for turning on the sauna were unclear, and I was unable to enjoy it until the next morning at 8am, just few hours before my checkout time. I had specifically chosen the penthouse room with the sauna for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. due to the lack of clear instructions, and had to seek assistance to figure out how to operate it properly, which ate into the limited time I had available to enjoy the amenity.
In conclusion, my stay with Bob W fell short of my expectations. The limited time to enjoy the amenities, issues during the check-in process and accessing the elevator, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope that Bob W seriously takes feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for travelers in the future. Thank you

The hotel is just a few minutes from the airport, with a free shuttle service running every 20–30 minutes. It is also within walking distance of Aviapolis train station (about 15 minutes), making it easy to reach Helsinki city center. A major plus is the Jumbo Shopping Mall nearby, offering a variety of restaurants, shops, and a grocery store—perfect for those needing last-minute essentials or an alternative dining option.

Perfect location just right outside of the hotel is a tram stop. It has a grand lobby with a nice overlooking of a Town Square which is good for People Watching. Room is clean and spacious. I was able to checkin early at 12pm.
My only complaint is the pillow. It’s too ‘bloated’ and not comfortable for sleeping. So I used the duvet of my other bed (being in a Twind Bed Room) as my pillow. The handwash container was empty. But the shower is nice. Strong waterflow.

The check-in, luggage storage, and check out services were all efficiently arranged. The room is reasonably specious. Amenities are basic. There are a 2 in 1 shampoo+body wash, and a conditioner. There was a hair dryer but no kettle.food choices in the buffet breakfast were reasonably rich. As an airport hotel, it has a checkin kiosk in the lobby.

We are happy with the services, breakfast and facilities overall. One thing that I want to give credit to the hotel is that the toilet flush suddenly didn’t work on the second last day of our stay. The front desk officer immediately arranged a new room for us, which was just next door. The prompt response and arrangement was very much appreciated.
