The hotel is located 10mn walk from Tramway A stop. The rooms are spacious and very clean.  The warm welcome, with staff at the small care . Negative points 2 small beds with a Queen size bed-size little comfort finally.  The hotel is a very good hotel, and the hotel is very good.

The hotel is an old building, it looks very classical, but it seems that the paint is still used to hit the floor, the taste is very big. Because I went back to dinner very late at night, I lay down and found that the taste was already in the middle of the night. I was sorry to disturb. I sat with the window open for one night and was very helpless.

A very pleasant surprise. The location is next to Chartres station for quick access to the trains (but it is not noisy). The town is also compact, so walking to the main attractions such as the Chartres cathedral is only 5-10 minutes away, and there are restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was clean, and well-furnished. In my room, there was a small kitchenette for self-catering. Hair dryer was also provided in the room. There were two staff members (one in the morning and afternoon), who spoke excellent English and were very friendly and accommodating. Their attitude was no different than that of the staff members of a 5-star hotel.

The food was very over-priced and of poor quality. The room was way too hot and paying so much for a 4-star hotel room, having paper cups is not acceptable. The exterior of the hotel looks very shabby, the lack of a sensible location as it is very difficult to navigate to just added to the gaggravation. The staff were pleasant and some helpful but it is all over-priced for what you got. The eV chargepoints in the piravte car park were a welcome addition for an eV driver but the first one I tried didn't work so I missed the opportunity to get a full charge during dinner which gave me a lot of issues the next day.

I recently stayed at the Hôtel de Bourbon (the Mercure one) in Bourges, and honestly, it felt like stepping into a little piece of history while still having all the modern comforts you could want. My room was a classic double, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent—properly supportive after a day of wandering around—and the bathroom had a great walk-in shower with good water pressure. Everything felt freshly renovated (they did a big update around 2018), with a nice blend of modern touches and the old abbey character. Some rooms overlook the park, which must be lovely in summer.

The hotel looks brand new, is really well kept, well clean and the service and the staff are very professional and friendly. The location of the hotel is great, right in the center of Amboise, and the parking is very convenient. Also the breakfast is great. The room was really good, great large comfortable bed. The only odd thing was that the hotel blocked 200 euros as a deposit in my credit card, as if I was renting a car, never saw this before in my multiple years of travelling.

Personnel a l'écoute, Nous avons eu un problème avec la réservation et l'établissement nous a tout de même fais une réduction pour excuser le dérangement. Piano tres agréable pour jouer, mérite peut-être un petit accordement ;) Chambre propre, confortable, petit déjeuner tres complet et local, chambre parfaitement insonorisées. Rien à redire pour l'établissement. Nous sommes tres satisfait.

The hotel didn't look very attractive from the outside, but upon entering it smelled very pleasant and looked very clean. The receptionist received us very kindly and explained everything very clearly. Our room was on the 3rd floor and on the way there we were pleasantly surprised, everything looked clean and maintained. The room was also beautifully and spaciously decorated with a bath and shower in the bathroom and also very clean. The mattress was comfortable and we slept wonderfully. Highly recommended!
