The hotel was exactly as the photos showed. I was surprised to be asked for 150 euros deposit, This needs to be more transparent before booking. It’s difficult to find where this wording appears. Also my room on the 5 floor was almost impossible to sleep in due to very strong cooking smells permeating my room, from where I’m not sure. A shame because the hotel is very convenient for the main railway station in Toulouse.

Hotel have great location and just walk distance to Lourdes Sanctuary. Receptions staff friendly and quick response with our request. We have experience the aircon does not work in the afternoon and water heater does not work in the early morning. Hope they could better in the future.

Everything with the hotel is excellent. Check in staff and house keeping are nice. One thing needs consideration is to resume provisions of bath mat in the shower room. Its a safety measurements. The bath tub is slippery when the shower is on. Amenities like toothpaste, tooth brush, slippers could be saved but safety measurements could not be sacrifice.

The room was nice and clean. My main issue with the hotel is the misleading advertisement about offering a shuttle bus to and from the airport. It turns out that they don't provide a shuttle bus to and from the airport after 11:00 PM, and they don't offer such service on the weekends, starting on Friday. These are essential details that the hotel should have shared online to give customers clarity of choice. I arrived around 11:30 PM at the airport and called the hotel. They said that they had stopped the shuttle bus service at 11:00 PM. When I arrived at the hotel and asked about the shuttle bus for the next day, Saturday, since I had a morning flight, they told me that they don't offer such service on the weekend. I chose this hotel because of the shuttle bus service they claimed to offer. This service is not acceptable for travellers due to a lack of clear communication regarding the shuttle service's schedule, which is critical information for travel customers.

We found it in June and returned to it in July and will return there every time we go to Montpellier thanks to Medhi who with the smile always made his best to make our stays be The hotel is very comfortable and the staff (home, barman, servers, household women interviewers...) is very welcome, to your listening and always available. The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in the heart of the city centre. The breakfast is a good breakfast and pleasant to take in its large room with garden or terrace, or you can also take dinner there on lunch and evening. We did not receive advice that the the hotel cannot be accessed by car, so Satnav is not helpful. It was almost 9pm when we left the airport 11minutes away by car, but we did not arrive until 90 minutes, within the traffic-free old city. Phone calls to the hotel (separate phones, several occasions) connected us to a Tesla Charging number(we had a VW hire car|) or an Agent Immobilier. By asking local people on the street and in a restaurant, we eventually arrived at a secure hotel carpark with electronic code access, a young man appeared as he was locking up for the night. He told us we were lucky to find him there. We parked and were transported by him via a circuitous and improbable route through the fortifications. Why were we not given directions to this car park and why was this system not explained to us? Diabolical!

This is a very nice cheap hotel. Calling it a resort is definitely a stretch of the imagination. Very small pool, steam room, and Sauna. Everything was clean and orderly. Limited hours in pool and steam/ sauna. It probably saves significantly on power draw, so I understand, but not guest friendly. Front desk is only open from 15:00 to 18:00. Not guest friendly. Some of the pics are actually from the resort next door. Some false advertising. Beware. The €15 room service breakfast is probably the greatest value room service I have ever seen. Well worth it. Surprising even. 10€ self laundry is too much, and after 2plus hours in the dryer I just took my wet clothes to room and hung them to dry. Additionally, you self clean much of the room or pay 100€. No wifi in rooms. It's 2024. Time to upgrade. I would absolutely go back.

The rooms are very comfortable and the bed is very comfortable and it is very enjoyable! The breakfast is very good is complete!!

El hotel estuvo bien, la calidad de atención más o menos, algunas personas no fueron muy amables y por último debo decir que la habitación tenía la peor ubicación, literal era la última del último nivel con vista a un estacionamiento de buses.

Great little hotel in Toulouse. Really convenient location for everything - 10 min walk from train station, 5 min walk to airport shuttle bus stop, 10 min walk to city centre. Genuinely friendly and helpful staff! Loved that you could grab a coffee and a pastry free of charge. The room itself is on the small side but nice. Amenities were good as well, including hair conditioner and body lotion. The only thing I was slightly annoyed by was the location of the light switches - you open the door to the bathroom, realise that the light’s not on, start fumbling around for the switch, but can’t find it because it’s covered by the door you just opened) Also there aren’t many power outlets, I had to unplug the hotel phone to plug in my charger
